Wow! Not often are you BLOWN AWAY by a fast food restaurant but this McDonald's location did just that! We dined in. The employees we interacted with were WONDERFUL! The cashier so friendly and such a sweetheart! I wish I caught her name! (Our receipt said KS#3... not sure if that would identify her.) it was my daughter's birthday and she wished her a Happy Birthday and then upon leaving, remembered and wished her one again! We also spoke to a gentleman who might have been a manager. My daughter accidentally spilled her drink and I went to inform them so they could clean it up and he was SO NICE to her! He told her that he spills his drinks sometimes and that it's ok, even giving her a hug so she didn't feel so bad about it. And yet another gentleman who also appeared to be a manager, gave my girls free mini ice cream cones. Our food was good. 2 Happy Meals And a 10-pc nugget meal. The cashier gave me their newest sauce to try with my nuggets in addition to my chosen sauce as. It was a Szechuan teriyaki sauce. It was ok. Not my favorite. It was nice of her to let me try it. Our food came out nice and hot and order was 100% correct! Restaurant was clean as well as the restroom. My kids LOVED the Play place! We actually came to this location specifically because of the playground. We'll definitely return!

Countless mistakes over the visits we've had here. Soda with little to no syrup, missing items, wrong orders, missing sauces.

It's located alongside the leasing office for the apartment complex. The service is great. There were two young ladies working and they were both friendly. I arrived around 4:30 on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and ordered a muffin and a decaf latte since it was so late (for me to drink caffeine). The cranberry lemon muffin was absolutely perfect, so much flavor, so fresh & moist. The Salted Brown Butter Latte was the best. From the first sip to the last drop, I loved it. This particular morning, I knew I wanted to stop by Trader Joe's afterward, but they weren't open yet. So I pulled up the map looking for a coffee shop where I could get a little coworking done. Thousand Hills Coffee popped up, and it had been on my "need to try" list for a while. I also shot my buddy KH a quick text to see if he wanted to join me and catch up on our latest ultra running training shenanigans. Thankfully, he was game. I rolled in around 8:30 a.m. and managed to grab a decent parking spot. Worth mentioning because the coffee shop shares parking with the apartment complex next door, so I imagine spaces can disappear quickly. KW arrived a few minutes before me and had to park a bit farther away. Walking inside, I immediately liked the vibe. It feels modern but still cozy, almost like someone's really well-designed living room. There are several distinct seating areas, plenty of soft chairs, a long community table, and even bar seating overlooking the baristas. It struck a nice balance between coffee shop and comfortable workspace. Since I'd already knocked out my morning run, I was ready for a little breakfast. KH and I both ordered the cheese, Danish. It looked huge in the display case, though it shrank a bit once it made it onto the plate. That said, it was really flavorful and definitely worth ordering. I also grabbed a regular drip coffee, which was excellent. My timing was amusing because they had just finished the last pot and were brewing a fresh one, but honestly, getting a fresh cup probably worked out for the best. We grabbed chairs next to the long community table instead at the table since the morning sun was already heating things up. We spent a while catching up, talking running, races, and all the usual endurance athlete nonsense. After KH headed out, I relocated to the long table that was in the shade and spent another hour or so catching up on emails and getting a little work done. It turned out to be a great co-working spot with plenty of room to spread out without feeling like you were taking up space. One last shoutout to the staff, who were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. Good coffee is one thing, but great people always make the experience better. Overall, I came away impressed. Somehow, they've been open for about two years, and I'm honestly not sure how they managed to stay off my radar for so long. Safe to say they'll be making it into my regular rotation whenever I need a good cup of coffee and a comfortable place to get some work done.

The coffee options were plentiful, with options for whatever your preferences may be whether you're more of a coffee enthusiast looking for lighter roast to taste all the notes, or enjoy more flavored and decadent drinks. One thing that was an incredibly exciting surprise the last time I went were the whole beans they had for sale from Fritz Coffee (imported from Korea im pretty sure). I had to grab a bag despite them being a bit pricey as they were freshly roasted too (price was expected for something like that). A slight down point for me though was the food, got a couple chocolate chip cookies and they were very much not worth it. Pairing with the yogurt made it taste a lot better though. Service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. It was very crowded there's not a lot of seating inside, they do have outside sitting. I did like how the inside looked and they had their pastries out front. I ended up ordering a medium cappuccino which I know see from other reviews that my disappointment was not just me. we did get a waffle croissant thing which was not bad. It tasted stale. So it was a bit tougher and chewier or I'm not sure if that's how it was supposed to be ? I'm sure if it was fresh it would have been better. My daughter ended up getting a fruit smoothie and a hello kitty looking Madeline that was banana flavored she really liked that. There are no prices on the things that aren't at their coffee station area. I did ask the guy up front that it was my first time here and I wasn't sure what to get, he just stared at me. We only came by because it was across the street from our therapy appointment. But left more disappointed.. and I spent $22 with tip. Purple & Pearl specializes in fruit tea/bubble tea/milk tea/matcha latte/Vietnamese coffee/fresh milk beverages with a few snacks in the form of croffles (waffle and croissant hybrid). Upon entering, this space is very nicely decorated with high aesthetic appeal. I looked over the menu and decided on getting the strawberry lime tea with a croffle to snack on there. I got the tea with the lowest available sweetness (sticker on it stated 25%, from the natural sweetness of the fruit it was explained to me as I did ask for no sweetness) and liked it a lot with a great taste as well as refreshing. Looking at the topping section of the menu under the snacks/croffle area, I saw custard and asked for that on my croffle. I was quickly informed, short version, that the custard was not actually available as a croffle topping so after the explanation I decided on going with the default topping which was a lot of whipped cream with powdered sugar. I did take off a majority (not all) of the whipped cream and powdered sugar and enjoyed the croffle itself as a nice snack (in the future I would ask for no powdered sugar). I would definitely visit Purple & Pearl again for a refreshing beverage, I enjoyed the strawberry lime tea choice very much.

It was very clean and unoccupied, though the staff were busy making many takeout orders. I was handed my drink and out the door in a jiffy. Even on their own items, I've seen this place as BenGong's Tea and Ben Gong's Tea which supposedly means "Her Majesty's" Tea in Chinese. I went into the quaint, bright, inviting bubble tea shop and saw that you can order with staff or by kiosk, a plus for those of us that are not "kiosk friendly" yet. In looking at the menu, I spotted the Green Grape Sparkling Tea and went with that one. The staff member was pleasant and helpful taking my order. I ordered with less ice and no added sweetness, with the added fruit in it the sweetness was just right for me without adding extra so good call. The tasty bubbly tea was just what I wanted, I liked this drink. I did notice afterwards with their online menu that the "toppings" included with this drink are crystal jelly and lime slices, so I think I might ask for no crystal jelly next time. Also of note is that their containers are very sturdy with a good sized portion as well (as they are not the cheapest beverages but again, good quality). My tea came out in pretty good time, I thought, but did I did see others waiting around a bit for their order so it may depend on what you actually order on how quickly you get it. I'm glad I stopped to try out BenGong's Tea and won't hesitate to visit in the future when needing a bit of refreshment.
