Went for breakfast and ordered 2 sausage McGriddles and 2 hash-browns. I got my order and drove home like one normally does. I get home and see that I have no hash-browns and 2 egg McMuffins. I drive back and explain that I received the wrong order and pull up to the drive through window as instructed. The lady working the drive through window hands me the correct order and then rolls her eyes and I was confused. She then asks if I have the old order and I said yes along with the receipt. And she asks for the food and gets mad because I touched it! And I said well yeah I touched it because how else would I have known it was the wrong order. I have not visited a McDonalds in a long time....now I remember why! Although I have empathy for the franchise holder with the ridiculous minimum wage and California regulations, the service was horrible. I went through the drive-throw (my mistake) and ordered two Sausage, Egg, and Cheese biscuits, two hash browns, and a coffee. Paid and was handed a bag, but with only one Sausage, Egg, and Cheese biscuit. Was pulling away when my wife stated only one was in the bag. Fortunately, the car behind me had not pulled up and I backed up., beeped the horn, and asked for the other sandwich. Received it and went down the road. Only while driving down the road did we realize NO EGGS, only sausage and cheese. We checked the receipt and yes we paid over Twenty dollars and no eggs on the sandwiches. Unfortunately, this is so typical these days. It is a lack of training, lack of attention to detail, and lack of management paying attention to employees. Absurd! I ordered my food through the drive-thru and received the wrong sandwich. I had my receipt to PROVE they gave me the wrong sandwich. So they replaced my sandwich but made me "give back" the wrong one. Please tell me how this makes ANY sense??!!! I had already left when I realized it. So I had to drive back to get the sandwich swapped. I assumed they would let me keep the wrong sandwich as payback for my time, gas and inconvenience. Not sure what's going on at this location...but this morning (8/28) after placing my order I drove up to pay for my meal and was informed "We are only excepting exact change or a credit card for payment!" When questioned If this the new way of doing business I was yelled at and advised they are out of change. This was just RUDE, and it would've been good to know prior to being in line! Stale fries and no soda machine, so NO FREE REFILLS!!! Ordering was painfully annoying as their touch screens don't work properly. I know that I'm not expecting stellar food since this is McDonalds but it was worse than the usual. My food came out fast tho, but it's probably because the food was sitting for many hours. Prices were also quite unreasonable. It cost me around $10 to add stale fries and a drink for a redeemed free Big Mac with points!! Wow, was not surprised by all the negative reviews. I have been to this location twice in the last couple of weeks and they have messed up twice with my order. This is after waiting a long amount of time parked waiting for my food. Both times forgot my hash browns, and they are expensive! Had to go inside both times. One time after going in already, I had to back because I realized my sandwich was wrong also. They don't give you contact and ignore you also. When they finally acknowledged my presence, I told them the sandwich was wrong and that this is the second time they did not put my hash browns in. The girl said oh we have been looking for that sandwich we were wondering where it went. Then laughed. Then after awhile gave me the right one and said she put some extra hash browns in there Also. Nice of her, but really doesn't make up for it! I Was talking to my sister last night and she lives right by there and she said that she has a terrible experience every time she goes there also. I just had the most ridiculous experience at this McDonald's! I was STUCK in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, no movement AT ALL, cars in front/cars behind. After all that time elapsed, people started reversing out so I was able to get out. Then I parked and went in to get my order because it was already paid for on the app, I asked the girl what was going on with their drive-thru that it hasn't moved in so much time. She said she didn't know what I was talking about. I asked "you don't know that your drive-thru hasn't moved in 20 minutes??!" She said no.. So I told her I came inside to get it, it was up on the screen that it was received. And I'm waiting.. waiting.. I ask again what's going on that they can't get my order to me, she said do you have a receipt for the order? I pointed to the screen & said "it's right there!" And I've been here like 10 minutes inside now! Then she says "well that's what I needed to know, your order" and I said I told you that. So her & another girl proceeded to argue with me about how it was a drive-thru order that's why it was taking extra time. I said "no, I switched it when i came inside-the order has been up on the screen for 10-15 minutes now & I was stuck in your drive thru for 20 minutes!!" All it was was an iced tea & a small cheeseburger. They couldn't get it together! Lots of other people upset too. They wouldn't help, just ignored us all. Never apologized. Never did anything to try and make it right. They might as well have just flipped us all off and said you'll get it when I feel like it! I will never come here again. This is NOT a hard job! I have been to this location a lot as a mobile order customer. The communication is absolutely horrible. Rarely greeted on entry, rarely attended to post entry, I'm often left standing or sitting inside the restaurant with zero idea if my order is ready or not, but with a pretty good idea of how much they care... They have also messed up my order multiple times with forgotten items, on top of that, they are often much slower than most locations I have been to. read more

Ordered Sausage, Eggs, Biscuit.....the biscuit was flat looking, hard as a hockey puck, the egg look like they took one egg cooked it the cut into four pieces because it was so thin. Now for the sausage that looked like on piece cut in half. These use to be good and use to look like the pictures now don't waste the $5.75. Not sure when the price increase went into affect but not worth even $3.00. Quality has gone to nonexistent at least at this location. Should have gone to Denny's where I could have gotten an Original Grand Slam for $5.99 or $.24 more and had 2 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage links, hash browns, and toast. read more

Waited 10 minutes just to order....was told to hold on the in the middle of me ordering so they could take 2 other cars orders and I was there before both cars!! Then make me pull around and wait another 10-15 minutes. It never fails at this location. Minimum wage minimum effort. Slow, rude and zero care for their customers.
