I went to this location after doing errands. The time was efficient and workers were friendly. I used my app so I got a great deal. The bbq crispy chicken taco was good but after eating it, I felt it kind of altered the taste of the regular tacos I ate. We came by late and there were no other customers. Izzy and Manny were extremely patient with my pregnant daughter when she could decide what she wanted. The came up with ideas and had us laughing, which was very important since we were on our way home from the hospital. Then my daughter wanted the cheesy potatoes they said they wanted to make sure they are fresh for us and did we mind waiting. They were very kind and considerate even trying to entertain and talk to us while waiting on the potatoes to finish cooking. I'm glad they have teens and young people working there. However customer service skills need to be implemented, quality and remembering that people are giving their hard earned money over to get food. We Ordered a combo 6 with steak and the employees read the order back as a combo 6 steak. We had to repeat the order 3 times due to them horsing around in the background. A female took the order then a male took over a repeated the order with steak. Got home and it's chicken. Called the taco bell and the manager said she won't replace it because that's what they put down. And since I didn't receive my receipt to confirm that it was steak. She said I should have asked for the receipt. She also said I can re purchase the steak ones but she can not take back the chicken ones to swap them out.
