This location has been hit or miss. For a while they were doing great on breakfast. Then several slips last few visits. Burnt and or undercooked food. 8/19/23 I love hot mustard on my chicken nuggets, and some locations claim they no longer serve it? So this location/franchise gets an additional star for supplying me with several for my 10 piece nuggets! We're in Napa & what do we get to eat, yeah, fast food, McDonalds! We were super hungry (my last meal was dinner at Domenico's last night, about 14-15 hrs ago) and I was not going to wait another hour to eat! It's fast, convenient & drive thru was available. Hubby ordered a Quarter Pounder, of course, my chicken nugget meal with french fries & a Diet Coke. It really would've just been 3 stars, my nuggets were pretty good, fries were not piping hot but seasoned well, Hubby's burger also good. This is an urgent message to the store Owner/Manager. YOU NEED TO HIRE MORE PEOPLE. I went through the drive through today and ordered 2 McDoubles with extra sauce. Mind you, there was nobody ahead of me NOR behind me when I ordered. When I rolled up to the second window, they take a minute to even open the window to tell me that I need to pull to the side and wait for my order. What? Why!? It's not busy. It's 3:30pm and there's no one in line but me. I waited more than 5 minutes while other people were pulling up and somehow getting their orders without pulling over. I only ordered 2 McDoubles, it's not like I even ordered 2 Big Mac meals. Are you so under staffed that it takes 10 to 15 minutes to make 2 small burgers that aren't even fresh? Or are you just trying to cheat the timer somehow? I don't care if you are getting mobile orders or doordash or whatever. But waiting that long for 2 little burgers like I'm waiting for food at a sit down restaurant is beyond ridiculous and it's unacceptable. Most reviews are them forgetting to complete your order, and I am not surprised to see most of the reviews are what happened to me today. Service is terrible. This location is constantly known for cancelling mobile orders without giving a reason. I placed a mobile order at 8:40pm, drove to pick it up at curbside and found out the order was cancelled. They closed the curbside pick up ordering option at 8:59pm, which means they had time to fulfill the order but for whatever reason chose not to. I tried to pre-order 2x via the mobile app and it wouldn't process. My suspicion is that this particular location, probably per the franchise manager, does not want to accept/will cancel orders that utilize mobile offers. Very annoying and disappointed given that McDonalds' pricing has recently risen to a ridiculous cost and have gotten rid of a lot of in store deals. read more

The night manager has horrible customer service and will blame the customers when given the wrong order. She won't correct the issues and is very miserable when dealing with customers. Took the kids here to grab breakfast for Dad for Father's Day after all the doughnut shops were sold out of his favorite Apple Fritters. We got him a sausage McMuffin with egg and opted for the new Australian Cheesy Bacon fries instead of a hash brown and we were sorely disappointed. They looked nothing like the picture and the blob of cheap canned cheese sauce made their normally crunchy fries soggy and gross. Oh and there were a few bacon crumbs underneath the blob. This is definitely a McDonald's fail. We have actually ate at McDonalds in other countries and Hawaii & many tines the food is both delicious and healthy unlike the menu items here in the mainland US. I'm thankful there's a McDonalds nearby to get breakfast. However, if you can avoid this location pls do so. It took the cashier clerk 3 times to get my order right. I ordered the big breakfast and complained that I did not get the sausage. The manager said it's under the scrambled eggs. I had to open the tray to in front of them to make sure. The manager Olga is horrible, when she made my families sundaes incorrectly, I said something. So, instead of setting them to the side, I watched her take the lid off and use it to scoop the sundae into another cup and then add to it what was missing, because she was irritated, she dropped one and then had to make a new one anyways to which she still made it wrong! The customer service was horrible, I don't even eat McDonald's but went there for desserts for my family. I don't understand how she can be a manager.
