    "Scrambled eggs" sausage and bacon

"Scrambled eggs" sausage and bacon.... Not only did they serve me after 4 people ordered after me. The cook was rude and literally threw my items in my box. They gave me runny/raw scrambled eggs ( I'm pregnant) bacon (not fresh) I didn't ask for. I went back to request sausage. The cook had me open my box and tossed what was on the grill into my box. I broke it into pieces and as you can see.... Not done. Never been so disappointed and mistreated.

A three stars because the portion size of the eggs, bacon toast was super small. Salsa was small packets like McDonalds and tasted like ketchup. Couldn't find any utensils. Tables were not clean but there was only two ladies working. Tons of napkins. However the breakfast burritos were huge! All three is us could not finish ours. Came to Nation because the place we were going to, Watson's next door had a line out the door. Because we were from out of town and in a hurry to beat Sunday traffic home, we settled for breakfast at this establishment. If you have more time, I recommend finding something different. Note: this is just a breakfast critique, not lunch or in the hamburger.

Good old fashioned burgers multiple pies . Slices are large, almost like two pieces. Milkshakes on the menu. Super nice staff. A good find while in the Napa Valley area. Will return next time in town.

Fiest ate her in the 1960's - so good need a lot of napkins because your face gets coated in yummy goodness. Burger was huge, excellent onion rings abd outstanding pies. Best deal is to get a pie to go but heading home so we stuffed ourselves once piece at a time.

The cashier, Phoenix, didn't seem happy to be there let alone greet a customer. He preferred to stare the customer down until I spoke first. Ok, I obliged. I start by asking about pies...they had none of the pies I love best from Nations...no strawberry pie, no chocolate pie, no sweet potato pie, no German chocolate pie...just 2 choices of cheesecake and pumpkin pie...so I ordered cherry cheesecake pie (tasted like it had been refrigerated for days) and a cheeseburger. The burger was meh, they just microwave precooked patties. The patties aren't freshly cooked like Nations is historically known for. Luckily I ordered onions rings, they had to freshly prepare those because theyre probably uncommonly requested. Nations has gone down over the years but I was hoping that this Napa location proved to be better. Unfortunately, it didn't.

LUNCHTIME! Oops, sorry to shout. We walked over to Nation's and arrived pretty much on the dot of noon. A couple of regulars were here enjoying pie and we ordered burgers. I got a bacon burger with cheese and everything, in a lettuce wrap because keto. It only took a few minutes and here's my lunch. It held up pretty well down to the end. Quite tasty and filling. The restaurant isn't fancy at all. It's not the cleanest either. But I'm just here for an unhealthy grilled burger, so no complaints. [Review 17588 overall - 384 in California - 1106 of 2022.]

We enjoyed the ample servings, cleanliness and great service for a reasonable price. The food was also good.

Customer service at the Napa location is not to friendly when taking orders. I also have to clean up the table to seat down and eat.

Ask the Community - Nation's Giant Hamburgers

Can you order breakfast any time?

Yes, breakfast is served all day long. at most of our restaurants. The only locations that cut off breakfast are Oakland, Pittsburg, and Daly City. They don't have enough grill space for both hamburgers and breakfasts but we are working on remodel…

I make the 30 minute drive to Super Duper because this is the closest location and I'd rather not settle for a mediocre burger. This is the burger I want when I'm craving one. I ordered the double patty super burger with bacon, aged cheddar cheese, and avocado. The burger is always so juicy and delicious and the best bites of the burger is the end where all the juice is sitting. The house made pickles are so amazing, I always grab a plate of them, they are self serve next to the fountain drinks. I also discovered these cute little burger pockets that help catch the juices next to the fountain drinks so I grabbed those and my super duper burger fit in it perfectly. I was trying to get some ketchup and it was coming out a little slow so I accidentally poured out some mustard from the fountain next to it. For some reason, I have never tried the mustard here before and that has been my biggest mistake! The mustard is house made as well as the ketchup and they are the best condiments I have ever tasted. I have honestly never been excited about ketchup and mustard as much as this one really wakes up your taste buds and adds so much tangy flavor from a prominent vinegar taste that it has that makes it feel fresh! I had fries at a fancy restaurant a couple days later that came with basic ketchup and I found myself missing Super Duper's Ketchup!! My boyfriend tried the chicken sandwich and it was so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside! He enjoyed it! Don't sleep on super duper burger when you're near one!!

Note to self - ONLY get regular fries, NOT garlic fries…read more Super Duper was my 5 star burger place. I used to rank them as high as In N Out Burgers. Quality/Quantity - We are going to lunch at La Cheve Bakery and Brew, so only got a soft serve today. Atmosphere - Decent size location if you include the outdoor space. Plenty of indoor seating, table seating, and counter seating. Open 7 days a week. Plenty of mall parking. Service - Self kiosk service when you enter. Two kiosks available. Self service drinks. Self service everything/counter service, if that means anything. Plenty of employees everywhere. The manager was visible. Price - $7; expensive, but that is the cost for quality. Decent portions also. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success since 2010 and now with your 21+ locations

Here yesterday (Friday) afternoon with no line and an open lot, today (Saturday) afternoon is a complete contrast filled with lots and lots of people with zero parking. The parking lot was packed, the line looked like an amusement park waiting on the most popular ride. It was a 35 minute wait from the end of the entrance to get to the front. 12 minute wait to get our foodThere is tons of seating, with the quantity of people ordering it was not difficult to find a shaded seat. The food is SO GOOD, hence I'm here two days in a row. Veggie burgers are typically dry. HERE, my veggie burger (extra $2) was juicy like a traditional one, with the availability of any burger option. I selected the California ($17.99) - a fried egg, Gruyère cheese, balsamic onion option on a toasted sesame brioche bun. Everything is à la carte, so make sure you order want you want... no combos. The 12oz Oreo shake ($6.99) was yummy yesterday, but I could've sipped a little longer so today it's a 16oz ($8.99). The shake is thick and creamy with lots of cookie pieces. The garlic fries ($4.99) are tossed in garlic butter and parsley. They were a perfect combination of crispy and soft, evenly coated with the right amount of flavor. My husband does not usually favor these and he ate most of them. Would I return, definitely - lines and all. Great service, great food, amazing company I've enjoyed it with every time.
