This McDonald's used to be great. I don't blame the employees at all because they do their jobs for the most part, but this location was recently remodeled and it's horrible. The drink machine is no longer in the dining area, so if you go inside to just order a drink you may end up waiting 10 minutes for someone to hand you a sweet tea that's not even full. This location used to have charm and very big Music City vibes, but not it just looks like a gentrified McDonald's, and I'm not one to use that term often. If you're going here, use the drive thru because that's what they prioritize. It's difficult to even get your order taken if you go inside. This was the WORST customer service I have ever been to, with the rudest manager. I ordered a happy meal for my daughter and when I received my meal it was in a regular McDonalds bag. No big deal, but there were no fries which come with a happy meal. When I told them I did not receive my fries the attendant got the manager and I have never been talked to more rudely that that guy. All I wanted was the small fries for my daughter that I PAID for and the manager would not give them to me because I didn't get my receipt. I know McDonald's has always been a stereotype for bad fast food but lately it's like every location I go to is 1000x worse than normal. I came here and ordered a pumpkin pie and a mcchicken and a McFlurry. When I got to the window after paying I saw him hand mixing the McFlurry. I asked him if the mixer was broken and he got really uncomfortable but was honest and told me it wasn't broken but they hand mix them because the mixer makes a mess. I asked for the manager and the manger blew me off trying to cover for the worker by trying to lie to me and tell me the other worker was confused and the blender was in fact broken. The worker just stood there not knowing what to do because he knew his manager was lying. I said whatever and drove off. After leaving the parking lot I opened my bag and they had given me an apple pie instead of the pumpkin. How can you actually be this careless and bad at your job? read more

Showed up at 7:45PM and the doors were locked. No signage present to notify anyone that there was a chance to the lobby hours. Several people were observed inside to include ordering food. Eventually one customer came to let another customer out and informed us that the lobby was closed. Then proceeded to lock the door on us. If the lobby doors are locked why is there not an employee there to open the doors. Additionally the website stated that this location was open from 5:00 AM to 10:00PM. McFlurry wasn't mixed Orders weren't made the way they wrote down, the fries were undercooked and unsalted. I asked the manager for some mac sauce and ketchup for the fries. She says to get Mac sauce I have to pay 27 cents. I said the fries are undercooked and without salt just let me get some to go with them "Nope not going to override it if you want it you're going to have to pay the 27 cents" so I pay it and the sauce had an awfully strong taste of vinegar. By far my worst experience of any McDonald's, if you got another one coming up just go there instead. Best advice I could give. read more

First of all, this is the nicest cleanest and most delicious McDonald's restaurant in the USA. It has THE most delicious and freshest breakfast I've ever had and to the point where I had to leave the restaurant after climaxing. The English muffin was fresh, the cheese was melted, the sausage hot in temperature, and the egg perfectly cooked. I would travel up to 500 miles to visit the restaurant for their breakfast, and I'm quite tempted to move to Nashville for this sole reason. Besides the delicious food, the restaurant is clean, the service was fast and friendly, and all the tables were wiped down clean.
