Food was great but the service and wait time were unacceptable. I visit this location on a busy afternoon, made busier by a large conference that was in the area and that was I was a part of. We selected Cracker Barrel because of the consistency of the food and we're excited to see the fried chicken special. We sat down, and we waited, and we waited, and we were finally brought menus by our original server. She then disappeared in another server, asked us for our drink order. We were never brought any cornbread muffins or biscuits and I actually had to ask for them. It was approximately one hour and 10 minutes from the time you seated by the time we received our specials while other tables around us that had arrived later, but ordered different items were served and actually departed. We could tell that our server was very fluster, but really could give us no idea of when our food was coming, and we were on the brain of deciding to leave and try someplace else when our food arrive. With no apology or any explanation for the wait. The ambiance as always Cracker Barrel chic

Ordered breakfast. Service was OK. Had to flag down several servers for different items such as creamer, extra napkins and utensils. I've had better service at other locations, but I never shy away from Cracker Barrel.

I'm not even sure where to start. It took 10 minutes to be acknowledged by our server. We ordered two eggs over-medium, grits, bacon, biscuits, a Diet Coke, and coffee. When the food arrived, the eggs were over-easy instead of over-medium. We sent them back, but they came back the same way--still over-easy. Frustrated, we decided to just eat them rather than deal with more back-and-forth. To make matters worse, my fiancé's coffee arrived with a spoon in it, and when he pulled it out, there was some kind of residue on it. We had to send that back as well. Given its prime location across from the Gaylord Opryland, this restaurant has the potential to serve countless guests from the resort. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations. I didn't get that many photos, but the few that I did, I have attached.

This was a great brunch !! The service was awesome ! Definitely need to take a moment and appreciate our server she was Very friendly and definitely knew the menu Verry well!! The ambiance was just like every Cracker Barrel, old and "southern" ohh it just tickles me every time I see it ! The food. Grilled chicken tenders-- theese were Verry good, just how I remembered them! Grandmas platter -- you could also say the "maw maw platter" my granddaughter got this and she said " a lot of food .... Delicious " Chicken dumplings -- my granddaughter's husband got this and he said " it was good " He had dry awnser kind of like the "country" food he makes ! Grandpa special -- my great grandson got this and he said " it was just like all the other Cracker Barrel's he has been to" you can't beat that it's just a classic. I will say the bathrooms were not the best. They could use an update-renovation and a good maw maw scrub.

The host/greeter show the most grateful, beautiful merciful customer service I ever experience that was my first time here and I'm from Memphis. We have plenty of Cracker Barrel there. This team made me want to become a member and even when I became one I got free food for the first time thank you thank y'all. I hope this experience will change in mode, striving competitive strong team throughout all the other Cracker Barrel's because this one here at Music Valley is the greatest one I ever experienced!!!!!!!!!! The greeter/ host ( NATALY MAZARIEYOS) needs a raise and maybe move up in the ranks as a manager because she definitely has the qualities and the attributes of a manager a man God bless y'all.

This place never disappoints when I am hungry. Except for the long wait for the food , I love coming here, specially when on a holiday and I am craving some good southern comfort food. I would recommend this place when on a holiday for sure they also have a shopping area for local gifts and such. Overall it's super cute!!

We loved our breakfast at Milk and Honey!…read more I've read this place can get very busy and have lengthy waits! Thankfully when we stopped in on a recent weekday morning there was no wait and we were seated in the most perfect spot right away! We chose an outdoor table! The outdoor patio is so nice, even in the Nashville summer heat!! We got there before it was super hot out and the patio kept us super comfortable the whole time!! :) We had a really great waitress who was very knowledgeable about the menu and was able to help us make the best decisions for what we were craving!! We started with a couple of drip coffees that came out in adorable cups, on saucers, with spoons, very lovely appearance! Quite delicious! We ordered a fried chicken biscuit sandwich that was served with their home fries and a side of country gravy. This was delicious! I HIGHLY recommend trying their table hot sauce! We loved it so much we bought a bottle to take home!! :) We also ordered the Chicken and waffles. This dish is also served with home fries and a then a side of syrup. This meal was also fantastic!! We had a really great experience at Milk and Honey and would highly recommend for someone looking for not just a good meal, but an entire lovely breakfast experience! :) Don't forget to check out their gift shop and bakery treats to go, on your way out!!

(We had other dinner plans in a few hrs) we got the ricotta/honey bread, the honey butter biscuits and a Bloody Mary. Ricotta/honey: everyone raves about this but we thought it was boring. Ricotta was cold but the bread was warm. No flavor. Added salt and pepper just for something. It gives me ideas of something better to make some day do for that I'm Grateful. Biscuits: husband and friends loved them!! Could have used more butter but still good. Bloody Mary- YEEEESSS!! It was perfect. Our friend got the hot chicken and he loved it. I had 1 bite and it was definitely hot!! And yes- very good. All in all, a good different brunch place for an out of towner. Nothing amazing that I will come back for. Great customer service!

We had the BEST experience at Biscuit Love!!! A new favorite for sure!!…read more Biscuit Love turned us on to the chicken/biscuit breakfast!! We live in Michigan so this southern fare was SUCH a welcomed change!! We walked in to this spot and were immediately struck by how cute it is! I would recommend checking out the menu before you go because once you enter you are immediately in the line to place your order at the counter! There isn't a lot of room in this area so standing there trying to read the menu for an extended time is difficult! I love to read the entire menu before deciding so for me, I need the extra time! ;) We placed our order and then they seated us at one of their tables with a number. The kitchen brings out the order to your table when it's ready. Everything on the menu sounded so very good, it was hard to choose! Because I was using yelp to see what the menu items looked like I was able to spot a "secret menu item" as the staff member explained. I ended up order the "Nasty Princess". The princess sandwich, which is the Nashville hot chicken version, but add gravy and and egg! AMAZING! This was so, so good! I highly recommend! I also ordered a side of the fried potatoes, which were also very good but ended up being way too much food!! The biscuit sandwich was very large and incredibly filling!! :) We also ordered an egg plate with an upgrade to the chronic bacon - HIGHLY recommend the chronic bacon!! This was super delicious and very unique!! We LOVED the cheese grits on this plate as well as the biscuit with jam!! This is a good choice if you like a platter of different, separated items! For drinks we tried an Iced Sunshine latte, which was very tasty, but very sweet and over the top for our preferences while eating a meal. The drip coffee was wonderful! A perfect compliment to any dish!! :) Biscuit Love is the perfect southern charm spot for a WONDERFUL breakfast experience! Super kind staff, super delicious food, super cute atmosphere... you can even purchase a mug or piece of cute merch to take home to remember your fun time!! We will for sure be back!

I'll start off by saying I'm not the biggest fan of pancakes, nor cinnamon and have to be in the mood for both. Today happened to be the day. I tried their pancake sampler, with cinnamon, Caribbean and banana bread pancakes. They were all good, fluffy, airy and flavorful. Banana bread with their maple syrup, Caribbean with cinnamon. But, their cinnamon pancakes were amazing!! Those were definitely the winner!!! Best pancakes I've ever had. Their three pig omelette was pretty bomb as well. I got some of their sausage gravy on the side, to douse the omelette and that was definitely the move there. I think this is the first time I didn't need to use cholula for flavoring. The location is centralized, set up nicely, with huge open indoor space with plenty of seating outside. The service was great as well. Attentive and fast.
