They always send me to the spot, there's no body in the dining or drive through, and when I take the food is cold.

This McDonald's really needs to rethink how they handle their drive-thru. I normally don't mind being asked to pull forward if food isn't ready -- that's standard, and most locations have designated pickup spots for that. But here, all four pickup spots were full, and instead of pausing the line or managing the flow, staff kept telling cars to pull ahead even though there was nowhere to go. Because the spots were full, they directed more cars -- including mine -- to line up across the front of the building. By the time my food came out, all four pickup spots were occupied AND several additional cars were parked across the front, blocking the entire lane. You literally couldn't drive through the parking lot. This is especially bad because the parking lot is one-way-in, one-way-out. Once cars were pushed forward into the front lane, they completely blocked the only exit. The cars in the official pickup spots couldn't even leave when they wanted to because they were trapped behind the cars stacked in front of the building. It turned the lot into a gridlock with no way to move. Then, when food finally started coming out, it was even more chaotic. Instead of using order numbers or receipt codes, employees were walking up to cars asking, "What did you order?" They had no way to match orders to vehicles they'd scattered all over the lot. It felt messy, disorganized, and honestly avoidable. It's extremely frustrating to be told to pull forward when there is literally no space, and then to have the food handoff handled with no system at all. This is the only McDonald's I've ever been to where cars become trapped, the exit gets blocked, and staff have to roam the lot guessing which order belongs to which car. I really hope management steps in, because this setup isn't just inconvenient -- it's unsafe, confusing, and completely preventable with better drive-thru organization. Oh and I'll add that this review was posted while waiting for my food for 27 minutes.. according to my receipt. Still waiting.. I've now been asked "what did you order" by 3 food runners. Each responded with "they must still be preparing it" which tells me this is a trained response. Absolutely terrible. Edit update: At 31 mins a nice young man came and asked me for my receipt. Seems my food was given to another car and they had to remake my. Additionally, they did not have all of the items in which I ordered, and they made substitutes and replacements. I actually appreciate these workers attempting to make things right and would like to clarify that this is management issue and management's issue only. Learn to support your staff and make things right. read more

I'll take the blame for this. I keep coming to this McDonald's and it has to be the worst McDonald's in the county anytime you come even if there's nobody here the food is never ready. It's a friggin waste. They're horrible people horrible service thank you. Now I know why McDonald's is in the way they are. It's who they hire and how they work again. It's my own fault. read more

I had been pleased in the last year that the service and quality at this McDonald's was much improved. In particular, the coffee was better than most other shops in the area - even the boutique coffee places. So my husband and I began driving through to pick up coffee nearly every day. In the last few weeks, however, the quality of the coffee has deteriorated and is no longer reliable. It tastes watered down, and the cup is less full. Perhaps this is due to President Trump's tariffs. In which case I would recommend that McDonald's put a "tariff tax" on related products and keep the quality up. It is better to have reduced patronage due to higher prices than to develop a reputation of serving up poor quality. For example, we have become fearful of trying other menu items, expecting that cost cutting may be affecting the quality of everything. read more

This place is filthy. All sorts of papers on the floor by the counter. Plenty of staff but no cleaning. The solution seems to be putting the caution cones in front of the mess. Food tasted old and not very hot. Kids play area was not open. Never again read more

Ordered a shamrock shake and Chocolate shake and all I can say is absolutely disgusting. Way too much syrup and liquid in the making of this. We had them remake it and the attitude filled employees did .It seems the only difference is they added more whip cream. The chocolate shake we ordered was abysmal as well, should of called it chocolate milk. Can't image how you give people an attitude when you yourself screw up. This should be zero stars. I pulled into the drive thru and ordered 4 cheeseburgers-no special directions. When I pulled up they sure wasted no time taking my money. I was told to pull into spot 1-to wait for my 4 regular cheeseburgers. This is a pretty standard menu item. I pulled over and watched e real cars go through after-getting their food bags and driving away. I waited 15 minutes and there was no sign of any of the 5 people working there-sweeping the floor, standing around-coming out with my bag. I finally had to drive away. I've accepted that the universe did not want me to eat a cheeseburger-but this was unacceptable and gross. I don't recommend anyone going here, ever. Drive to the next one. Horrible. read more

Uneventful We stopped in for a late lunch, more like a snack. I had a McDouble, which was a perfect size for what I wanted. It tasted good. I scored a few fries from my wife and those were the great fries you find at pretty much any McDonalds. This is an old restaurant or badly designed. There is the counter area which is basically an empty area, and seating along one side that is out of sight from the counter. No self-service drink machine. The drive thru also looked like a confusing mess. Yet, they kept busy with customers the entire time we were there. No problem placing our order or getting our food. This was quite possibly the dirtiest McDonalds I have ever been to. Walking into the place I noticed food , bits of napkins and straw wrappers all over the floor in the lobby area. Then when ordering behind the counter there was food all over floor, half the staff wasn't even wearing a uniform. Then when looking at seating area, even though this part was empty there was food everywhere on the tables and on the floor. The counter with straws and ketchup was filthy as well. Garbage cans over flowing. While waiting, one of the staff came out from behind counter to empty the trash bin , pulled out one overflowing can and tied bag off and put it on top of an already dirty table, then pulled out The other can and he walked away, straight to the fry machine to salt and package fries for customers. I asked for a manager who barely spoke English and asked her why is the guy who just had his hands in the trash handling food. She said he washed his hands and when I told her her I watched him walk straight from handling garbage to handling food she didn't really seem to care. She did take to heart when I told her this was the filthiest mcdonalds I have been to because she personally started cleaning up tables and the trash. I would never ever eat there. EVER! Actually saw the cleaning woman sneeze onto the corner wall next to the kid's playroom this morning. No tissue, no hand cover, no nothing. Never returned to the wall with any disinfectant, but did wipe the coffee counter with a dirty rag pulled out of a drawer. At least she didn't have any germs on her hands from that open sneeze. I wanted to treat myself and use my survey coupon for egg mcmuffin sammies-buy one get one free. Sign at drive thri 2 for 5. I thought good deal because with my coupon two sammies even less! but when I went to pay worker he says 8 plus change (not even giving the deal at drive thru sign menu) So I hand him my survey coupon-even better deal anyway) and he says he is new and never seen that before. No probs I say Get help for entering it in. He leaves window, comes back still holding my survey coupon in his hand and deja vu asks me for for 8 plus again! I said get the manager to help him. Manager comes and enters coupon so price was finally correct at 4 plus change. Get my food, pay and ask WHERE IS MY RECEIPT? Worker says machine is broken no receipt. OK I said I will not leave here with no receipt. I was willing for cops to come at that point. Manager comes back to window and lo and behold prints my receipt, What a scam. I foolishly got in line on the drive thru even though there were 7 cars already in line. I then got STUCK in the drive thru line after waiting 10 minutes. I couldn't pull out or leave because I don't have a 4 wheel drive. I placed my order on a Sunday morning at 11:15. I finally got to the window to pay for it at 11:32. I was then told to pull into a waiting parking spot because THE ORDER STILL WAS NOT READY!!!!! I could have gone to the grocery store, BOUGHT FOOD, WENT HOME AND COOKED IT FASTER!!! I waited in the spot 12 minutes and went in. I saw 10 people working and 15 waiting in the lobby. The drive thru was STILL at a stop. One of the employees finally handed me my order and I checked it. Sandwich missing. I asked for the manager, who said "one minute please" I replied "sure, the 45 I've already waited are nothing at this point." The employee who handed me my order looked at the receipt and turned to find the missing sandwich waiting on the prep line. The entire time it had been sitting there. AVOID THIS MCDONALD'S!!!!!! Go to Nanuet. Go to some other place to eat. IN THE EVENT AN OWNER OR MANGER READS THIS (Judging from other reviews here, it appears they don't.) PAY A SUNDAY MORNING SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL!!
