I hate leaving reviews for fast food places cause let's be honest it's fast food and u get what u pay for. I live in eastvale and This used to be our go to McDonald's spot. I rather drive a bit further instead of going to the one in eastvale because Norco usually has better service and quality of food. This time will be the last time I ever go to Norco. Long story short, they messed up and order... I drove back after they said they will fix it over the phone. Of course the person who picked up the phone said "are you done? I have to get back to work now." I get there the nasty manager Juan doesn't honor what was said over the phone. Not caring about the Inconvenience it is to drive all the way back for something they messed up on. I ended up getting a refund and spending my money across the street at jack in the box. The real turn off was the manager Juan. Never have I met someone who works in customer service so rude/sassy. The workers are the way they are because the shitty manager that you are. As I stood there he was talking shit about other coworkers ... smh. Owners should re-evaluate who they hire as managers. Corporate will be hearing from me. read more

I have gone here a lot, over the past few years. It had always been consistent and you get what you order and it comes as you expect, not so much any more. Ordered 2 cheese burgers with the meat on the side since my girlfriend is a vegetarian and well we got 2 burgers with meat in the burger. Fries were cold and disgusting. Walked to this McDonald's ordered 2 6 piece McNuggets to only get 4 sauces what a rip off I won't ever go here again

I'm always impressed with this McDonald's. Maybe because I live in Eastvale and the one there has got to be the worst one i have ever encountered. So I can appreciate that when I visit the Norco McDonald's I never spend more than 15 minutes in the drive thru, my order is always right, and their fries taste good (like their fries should taste). This McDonald's is terrible. I just sat in line for over 30 mins. The employee could not get anyone's order right and was holding up the line all the way back to the street. She asked what I wanted at least 4 times and afterwords put me on hold then proceeded to ask me what I wanted again. Finally when she got my order correct I pulled forward to the 1st window and gave her $20.25 she put all the money away in the register then looked at me and asked, "how much did you give me?" After waiting for about 10 mins I got my change back and pulled forward grabbed my food and left. The food is terrible and tastes like it's been sitting out for 2 days. You can't find a more screwed up mcdonald's than this place. The employees are fighting with the cook people waiting 20 plus minutes for food. There is a nice young man trying to apologize his way out of complete chaos but you can see his pain on his face. The cars in the drive thru are honking it's a complete joke. I've been to this one before and haven't had an issue until the other day. On Saturday I went with my family and we picked up a chicken sandwich for me while everyone else just got shamrock shakes and fries. Unfortunately I have to have my sandwich lettuce wrapped due to my gluten intolerance. Later that night I had stomach issues but thought it was nothing. The next morning I woke vomiting constantly and ended up at the ER. Turns out I got food poisoning. It had to be the chicken sandwich it's the only thing I had that nobody else did. This means someone obviously cross contaminated my food with some other food. I was forced to call out of work for this and am still going through the after effects of this food poisoning. I will not be coming to or any other McDonald's for a long long time. read more

Stopped here for breakfast twice when I had to drive to Norco and each time they f'd up our order. It didn't matter who was running the register,something was always missing or they never put the item in computer. The first time they totally forgot to start cooking our order and when I saw other people that walked in after,getting their food and leaving I was like WTF and she was like omg let me get that and blaming the other employee. Today is 4/17/17 at 530 pm. Was not able to catch the lady's name but she was the worst manager ever have I dealt with I used a mc Donald app coupon like I do everyday. And cause something was not working on her end I left with out purchasing nothing cause her bad atitude. She could have handle this way different being that I live in norco I will drive to hidden valley just not to see her again. I will also tell all my friends and family about the bad expierence so they no to go elsewhere. Went here and this is probably one of the worst MC Donalds ever. This is one of the reasons why I stopped going to MC d's . That and the price hikes in fast food. Fries were awful, lemonade was severely watered down. And the Mc Rib I got was horrid. The customer service was also crappy. Horrible experience last night. I go through the drive through because it's supposed to be fast. We place our order and wait for 10 minutes so they can get one order ready for the one customer in front of us. When we get to the window and I hand them my card, the worker looks at my with a dumb founded look on his face and tells me they aren't accepting credit cards at the moment. When I asked him why he didn't tell us before we ordered he tolled me, because there is a sign stating the fact. The only problem is the sign was no ware near the the food menu (where most people look before they order). And even if you see the sign ones you pulled in your stuck in the drive through till the person in front of you is done with their order. Horrible system! read more

They have good breakfast 90% of the time and they are pretty quick but I never goto McDonald's with high expectations.

This location is awesome! Every time I have been here when they are busy, they must kick into overdrive because they crank cars through the drive through like nothing I've ever seen. I was so impressed with their quick service that I called to compliment them. They have the standard McDonald's food but the service is why I choose this location over one that is the same distance from my house. They recently did a remodel that looks great and the employees are all very nice and helpful. read more

Came to this McDonald's location with an issue from another McDonald's location. Ordered 2 peppermint mochas from the first McD's and they were just plain coffee with some cream. Since we were already a ways away from the previous one, we stopped here and asked if they'd fix it for us, despite it not being their error. And instead of just adding some pumps of peppermint and mocha, they made new cups altogether. That's service! read more

Horrible Service. Every single employee at this McDonald's should not have their jobs. They have all their name tags covered or removed. They render unsatisfactory service and cannot be held accountable. The employees are always friendly and professional. They accept expired coupons, and even honor competitor's coupons!!!! The staff seems happy to be there and speak very highly of the owner! My ONLY criticism would be, the temperature of food is sometime a bit cold. Other than that, thumbs up to the owner, management staff and employees. read more

Awful. First employee at the drive thru was not nice felt like he wouldn't let me finish. Then my order was wrong. I went back in to get my order. As I am waiting this young man watches everyone get their food and asks politely for his order. An older woman snaps at him and points that it's on the counter.
