Just went to this location for the first time to get some quick food on my way to Yakima. The four stars is based solely on customer service, speed and cleanliness. Let's start with cleanliness. Obviously when you walk inn to McDonald's for the most part they appear clean. Where I normally find the issues is 1. With the bathrooms, 2. The soda fountains, and 3. The tables. So unlike many I've gone to I did notice I higher level of care here, the employees actually seamed to do their jobs and not just be sitting around. Everyone appeared to have a purpose and was keeping busy. The bathroom was my first stop after my order, let me just say I have never been to a McDonald's bathroom where it wasn't foul. The toilets were clean and the counters and floors were spotless. After I was done there and washed my hands of course I made my way to get my order. I found my way over to the soda fountain and processed to get my drink. Again usually there's spilt soda and straw wrappers all over. Here, there was not. Finally I went to set my food on a table. To my surprise I didn't see one table in the whole dinning area with food particles, trash or any other garbage people also seam to leave behind. You could definitely tell the employees waste no time wiping everything down as people leave. Customer care. This is usually my biggest complaint, I find that usually when people are making minimum wages and dealing with difficult customers all day they seam to kinda not give a shit about customer care and are a little on the rude side. That was not the case here. The lady that took my order was extremely nice. As I looked at the menu having a little trouble deciding what I wanted I didn't feel rushed at all. After I had got my order I asked for some bbq sauce, the lady I asked was clearly busy but took the time to stop what she was doing, give me a smile, thank me for serving in the army and say of course but only because I rock! You know what, you rock! It made what's seamed to be a tad bit of a shit day seam like things were getting better. Sometimes I think it's important we reassure each other in live and give people even just a smile. This can really change someone's day, I know it did for me. Anyways just thought I'd leave my thoughts on everything. One star was deducted because let's face it, it's McDonald's and there's nothing very spectacular food wise going on here. Lol. Very long line in the drive thru, waited for over 20 minutes because of how slow they were. Once I got my food it was absolutely horrible. Fries were unsalted, my spicy chicken burger was not spicy and it did not taste one bit like chicken. The chicken nuggets were the same way, I assume they were either overdone or old. I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted by their food. I would not recommend this McDonald's read more

Meanwhile the line next to me was being closed by an employee, many cars being put in front of others who were there first. 6pm and 1 out of 2 lines being closed. We showed up at 9pm on a Friday night and they locked the doors behind my husband and said they were closing, even though online said they were open 24 hrs? We ordered one order of hot cakes and it took over 20 minutes. My 6 yr old son had to go to the bathroom and ran to the front door to go inside and no one would let him in, even though his dad was at the counter waiting. My husband tried to go to the door and got scolded as they didn't want the door to open or people would keep coming in. I looked up on yelp and apparently closing for no reason at early hours is common. I'm not even sure what to say but there is no way I can come back as this is not "fast food". read more

Always filthy dirty with trash cans overflowing and more trash all over the restaurant, that is, when the inside is open which is rare if it's even still open at all. Every time I've been there within the last year, it's been locked up, and the drive-thru is extremely sporadic with its hours as well. I've heard they're extremely understaffed. Me and my wife stopped in for a quick afternoon lunch, making our way back home. We made our order a couple of hamburgers a fry and some chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. The lady behind the counter just assumed my order was someone else's and gave a kid my bag where he started to eat some of my fries. No biggie about that. My issues start with why wasn't my order number called out and why was it just handed to someone else before even asking? This McDonald's is a disaster. Whose idea was it to have only two cashiers on Memorial Day, the day when every single person comes through North Bend on their way back from camping all weekend? Because that was the stupidest decision of all time. The line was all the way to the door! On top of that, one of the cashiers was a very young and very nervous teenager, who seemed to have no clue what she was doing. The food took forEVER to come out. My milkshake sat there on my tray, melting, as we waited an eternity for two small fries, one 4-pc nuggets, and a cheeseburger. Once we finally had our food, everything was fine. I counted 33 cars go through the drive-thru. Before they served 15 people in the lobby. When I ask to speak to the manager I was told she was busy. So I asked for my money back, for the second time. The drive thru was shut down, making customers go inside. once inside there's no one at the registers, making people use their kiosk to order food. Only problem is the kiosk isn't clear on how to check out. while I was in line to order I saw no less then 5 groups of people leave in frustration. Once I got the the kiosk I encountered the same issue. they wanted you to use their damn app to order the food and scan some QR code from the app to complete the purchase. I don't eat at McDonald's unless there's no other option. this is a perfect example of why. read more
