When I think of McDonald's, I think of Ronald McDonald--the cheerful clown who made us believe fries, burgers, and happiness all belonged together. What I don't expect is to pull up and feel like I accidentally ordered from the Cranky Clown Café. Where's the sparkle? The smiles? The "Welcome to McDonald's" energy? TLDR; It's a McDonald's. (I don't know where all the negative reviews are coming from, maybe I'm just lucky.) As this being the closest one to me, never had an issue with them and if ever there was they would correct it in a swift. Alas, the food is good, fries are good, nuggets are good, burgers are good, cafe drinks are good, desserts are good. If you were tight of a budget are too lazy to whip up a meal, a $5~7 meal deal is solid value. Speaking of value, USING THE APP IS VERY RECOMMENDED. You're missing out on a free cheeseburger or chicken sandwich per $15 spent in rewards points! Growing up here I've seen this place's dining area renovate twice, the current dining area looks good but personally felt more comfortable with the previous renovation (had a central TV and better decor). Half the time the workers look annoyed that you're even there, like YOU messed up by ordering food at a fast-food restaurant. No communication, no apology when they mess up, just attitude. And if you actually point out the mistake? Good luck -- they act like you're the problem. Let's talk about consistency, or lack of it. One visit it's bad, the next visit it's worse. You can't rely on this location for anything. When a place messes up this often, it shows poor management and zero attention to customers. I'm not asking for gourmet food. It's McDonald's. The bar is already low. All I expect is: * the correct order * food that's at least warm * basic respect as a customer Somehow, this location fails at all three. First of all, the drive-thru line was ridiculously slow. It took me at least 15 minutes to get through. To make matters worse, both of the drive-thru screens that are supposed to display the menu were completely glitched out -- unreadable, flickering, and not functional. It's 2025 -- how is a major fast-food chain like McDonald's letting their equipment get this bad? I only ordered two items: * A bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit * An egg and cheese bagel Seems easy enough, right? Wrong. After waiting forever, we finally got the food and left. When we opened it up, the egg and cheese bagel was missing both the egg AND the cheese -- literally just a burnt, blackened bagel that should have never left the kitchen. How does that even happen? Someone clearly wasn't paying any attention or just didn't care. For a company built on speed, consistency, and quality control -- this location fails on every level. Poor service. Broken equipment. Incredibly slow. And food quality that is frankly embarrassing. I'm 100% completely honest when I write a review because I hate when people are being vindictive it's not cool. So with that being said , this place is horrible. I mean, I literally watch people that were standing in line literally walked out , the one person that was taking orders Honestly seems like she doesn't know what she's doing.. First off, make sure you check your order to make sure everything is there. The guys who ordered before me received the incorrect order, one receiving the wrong drinks and sandwiches and the second getting the wrong sandwiches. When i received my order, i didnt check it right away, and when i got home 15 minutes later, i was missing nuggets, the big mac patties look like they had been stepped on, and they only gave me 2 sauces for a 20 piece meal and a chicken nugget meal. Second, the employees are liars. I called tbem to ask what happy meal toy they had and the person who answered the phone told me that there was only the genie available. When i arrived, the cashier told me they only had goofy and "daffy", and wouldnt let me pick which of the two i could get. My review is in regards to a large order I placed for our NOC (night time) Nursing Staff at Christmas time. I spoke with George, a manager, and pre-arranged a specific menu for our staff to select from and then, with a deposit, ordered 20 breakfasts to be picked up by 6am. Everything was bagged and ready by 5:59am. Just had to finish paying off the balance and was off to deliver all the breakfasts to our staff before they finished their shift at 7:00am ALL THE FOOD WAS CORRECT!! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Hands down the worst McDonalds or fast food I've ever had - no exaggeration. Did I just pay $22 for a bag of salmonella? I really believe they reheated some very old food and served it to us. The burger was charcoal burnt (see a piece of it in picture) and the chicken sandwich tasted rotten. Then they finished off the order with som greasy soggy fries. I'm praying that neither me or my nephew get sick, although we threw away most of the order.
