Went through the drive thru and they asked if I was using a code and I gave it to her and she said it didnt work. Then she told me to refresh to get a new code and the app said I now have to wait 14 min for a new code. I got to the window and gave them the code and the QR code to scan and she said it didnt work. This is the 2nd time this has happened in the last 2 weeks. At least the first the the girl comped me the free fry friday. Today the girl was completely useless and basically said too bad so sad. Customer service is what brings customers back and seeing that this McDonald's have a 2.8 rating tells the story. Ownership and Management needs to do something otherwise they will continue to receive low Yelp scores and lose customers. read more

To start off, a week ago I ordered a frozen coke off of doordash yet did not recieve one. I understand mistakes happen but once again, I ordered an oreo fudge mcflurry today for my little sister and didn't' recieve one. I'm sitting at the playgrounds booths reading a book while my son plays and eats. He spilled some milk on The seat. I didn't have napkins so I decided to get a wipe and wipe it down. Order #1349 at 614am ordered three things, burrito, hash brown, iced coffee with extra vanilla syrup. I was missing the hash brown and had to ask for it. I got charged for extra vanilla syrup and it was not in the coffee. It's disappointing that I am not getting what I payed for and have to be diligent in checking all of my order before I leave the drive thru. There isn't the excuse of it being really busy because it wasn't. Check your orders to make sure you are getting what they charged you for. read more

I was greeted by a sweet specimen named Romania. She was the sweetest and explained what comes in a big mac. I ordered the egg mcmuffin combo with a medium orange juice. When I pulled up they were fiddling with the juice machine and couldn't get the right consistency of liquid out. Finally I got my drink and tasted as I'm driving away to work. It was like bitter water with an aftertaste of moldy wet sponge. I couldn't drink it. For almost $11 after tax I don't think I can stomach another orange juice from McD ever again. read more

As far as fast food restaurants go, it was a clean dining area. And as busy as they were (pretty busy for a Saturday morning), they were equipped with enough staff to clean the restrooms and wipe down tables, plus get our food quickly. Vegetarian breakfast #1 - fruit and maple oatmeal, hashbrown, fruit parfait with granola, blueberry and cheese pie (split in half with my boyfriend) = under $6 Vegetarian breakfast #2 - egg mcmuffin without Canadian bacon, mcgriddle without sausage = around $7 Unfortunately they don't charge less for requesting no meat. And they don't have an egg and cheese option for a sandwich.. they are four stars because their cleanliness left my boyfriend and I impressed. We went at 10:30-40 pm and ordered 20 nuggets, a McDouble and a caramel frappe and we went to the window and were handled a hot coffee, we told her we ordered a frappe with no whipped cream then she proceeded to just snatched it from my hands and made the frapp without even saying anything. the drive thru cashier which name I believe is Lorraine (she didn't give us the receipt) gave us our frappe with 1/4 of it missing and whipped cream. Also when we asked her for buffalo sauce, she just rolled her eyes at us. This location is close to my house and we're very disappointed with the service. This is another of the newer remodeled McDonald's. The entry to the store is open and inviting, and much like my favorite location on Washington Blvd in Whittier I really like the architectural 'feel' here. Though the seating design is open, there are still 'booths' toward the rear that allow for a more private feel conducive to long internet or study sessions. My visit was just after 12 noon on a weekday, and though the drive thru and the store were busy, there was no longish wait and service was quick. The service was fine, and Guillermo the General Manager served me with a smile and great spirit. Overall rating: 4 Stars for now with more feedback to come in the future. read more

Sooo I ordered my meal and i get some over cooked french fries. This fries are supposed be golden yellow, that only means that the oil they used is old. My fries shouldn't come out brownish they taste funny when the oil is old. I then went to order a new batch of fries and told the cashier "make sure they are a fresh new batch" no they brought out a new batch but same fries. This McDonald's has the worst service and management that can not even manage their people. A bunch of young kids working here like chickens with no head, they don't know what to do without someone as a manager telling them. The manager also seems to be more like their friend than their manager, socializing with them and joking around. I was here for breakfast this morning and they had messed up on my order and other families that came in. Wow, I manage more people than this place and can see that there is definitely a problem. Employees need more training to be more efficient and productive. And these are the people that think they deserve a higher wage of $15.00 an hour. Not in my eyes. I've never seen a McDonald's to be so busy and the crew just chitchatting while customers are waiting in a very long line. ALSO when I asked the supervisor for a large lid she told me she was on a break WHILE literally cleaning and putting "out of order" signs on the drink stand. The cashier can't seem to be bothered and keeps leaving the counter even when there were A LOT of customers that needed to be tended. All in all a bad experience. I have been a morning, weekday customer of this McDonald's for several years now. And since the beginning, I have always used my American Express card. This morning, I placed my usual order in the drive-thru, pulled up to the cashier window, only to have my payment method rejected. Cashier "KS# 13" told me, "I'm sorry, we don't take American Express here." I questioned, "Oh really??" She replied, "It's a recent thing." Well, it was an overnight thing because I had paid for my previous day's order with my American Express card. How the heck can McDonald's not accept American Express?? It's an international restaurant! The McDonald's near my home accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Traveler's Checks, EBT, stimulus checks and probably even a 1986 food stamp. Thank goodness I'm old enough to know better than to leave home without multiple forms of payment. While the owner of this franchise is trying to be greedy by saving a few cents on the front-end by denying Amex transactions, losing large order customers like myself will ultimately cause a greater bottom-line deficit. I am highly displeased with this McDonald's failure to accommodate its patrons with payment options and I most certainly cannot envision myself visiting this McDonald's location, again. Jack in the Box, Wendy's, and Subway are looking really quite enticing after this doo-dooey experience. Good luck! read more
