This morning at 530 am we stopped for breakfast and the girl at the window messed up our order by not asking if we wanted the meal or not so they took about 10 mins to fix that issue and then when we got our food the hash browns were cold like really this early in the morning and we were the only customer and our food was cold. I would give this place -5 stars if it was possible. Last night we went through this drive through at around 3:00 am since it was opened 24 hrs and they informed us that they could only give us fries and drinks after we ordered. There were 2 workers in there so it was very slow. The first fries they gave us were awful. They were cold, soggy, and tasted like they had been sitting for almost an hour. They remade them and they were much better besides the fact that it took 10 minutes and making all of the cars behind us wait. If I could do -5 stars I would. This place is absolutely terrible. I came here with my family after a night of roller skating. We all ordered off the kiosk and waited for our food. They brought our food over and the girl (hailey) that brought it was beyond nasty. She was extremely rude and just not professional at all. We said thank you and she just threw the tray on the table. When we received our food and noticed that we had some food missing, I went to the counter; stood there for 5 minutes before being acknowledged and asked for the rest of the food. She said that it was not on the order list and told me I was out of luck and that I needed to re order. I went to go look for my receipt and noticed that when she (hailey) brought the food over, she took the receipt. While my family ate their ice cream, all we heard from the kitchen was profanity with every other word they said. I am absolutely disgusted. read more

I ordered 9/19 and 9/21 on my way to work I ordered bacon quarter pounder with tomato no onions or ketup I'm allergic to onions both times they was piled high with ketup and onions why I went back a second time I don't know I'm out of $20 with nothing to eat I threw the food away fries was hard and cold people must can't ready only thing right was the soda I'm hungry is crap it make you want to scream your head off it's going to be a long night I just want my money back I'm so disappointed. In town for a Baseball tournament. Employees outside smoking then ran inside once we had to order. Which is alright with no customers. It's ok to have a break but we ordered desserts and they all smelled like weed both the employees and our desserts. read more

Visited this McDonald's Drive thru late night and sat at the window so long (approx 20 minutes - there were three cars ahead of me) I had a chance to read all the notes written to the employees about messing around during work. I can only assume this is what they were doing as every item we got was cold - fries, nuggets, strips and cheeseburger. Then the girl who took my card and gave me my food, greeted me with WHATS UP!? This McDonald's looks newly renovated and staff keep the place very clean. They have self order kiosks now and someone working there helps you through the ordering process of you get confused. Drive through has two ordering lanes which seems to make things move faster. I try to stay away from fast food so when I do go to McDonald's, I usually get the southwest salad. Totally worth the price and quality isn't bad at all. read more

I'm not sure if it's a Long Island thing or what but it's so different up here. On Long Island everything tastes better. The bread had to be expired. No condiments on the burger. Went with my family to get three large fries in the drive through. Guy at the window dumped the fries into our car and slammed the door. Didn't even ask us if we wanted ketchup! We went inside to complain but the guy had already left in a hurry as soon as his shift ended. What a jackass! Parking lot horrable WATCH OUT for potholes

Had breakfast here and got free coffee. No complaint from me. Staff was nice and place was clean. All was good.

Had the most satisfying fried mac n cheese bites I have ever had before. The only down side was how hot they were but that didn't stop me.

I never thought I'd write a review for a McDonald's but out of all the ones I've been to in my lifetime, the staff at this one is unbelievably friendly. They also are recently renovated, so I don't know if the style of serving for McDonald's is changing too if it's just this one, but they bring the food to your table and even come back to ask if you need anything. For dinner tonight I had some McDonald's. I went with the pick 2 for $5 combo and I ordered a 10 piece McNuggets and a triple cheeseburger. When I first ordered I thought to myself "hey this might taste pretty good". Nope I was wrong. Everything was just filled with grease, I literally could feel the acne and fat growing on me with each bite. The whole saving grace throughout the whole meal was my large sprite, which always has a crisp and refreshing taste to it. read more
