Came here for a quick breakfast fix... The thing about Mc Donalds is... It's McDonald's. The food is the same everywhere. My food was hot and I waited about 2min so I was happy. The front line of cashiers could use a customer service course though. Now don't misunderstand this by them being extremely rude, they weren't. They just had the face of "why am I here... Can I go home and watch TV" ladies... Delayed flight. All I wanted after sitting for 4 hours was some hot fries, and a sweet tea. Sheesh. NASTY OLD FRIES. ICE COLD to boot. Sweet tea was aweful. Went back for a quick meal on Thursday night. OMG that place is so disturbing. I ordered. Quarter pounder with cheese and a fries and my husband had a chicken sandwich. My quarter pounder looked like two pieces of bread, A slice of cheese that was thicker than the meat. I mean I get cutbacks but seriously my burger was a less than an 1/8 pounder. Unfortunately, this is the closest McDonald's to us. I don't know why I keep going back. Every single time we go they either screw up the order or the food is cold. We even asked for fresh fries and they completely disregarded the request and the fries were cold and taste like they were sitting there for hours. This was the last straw. We are not coming back to this McDonald's and would never recommend anyone to this place and personally feel they should shut down or fire every person in there and just start over. Flies inside the restaurant, homeless people hanging out inside and did not order food or drink! Outside door into McDonald never closed! Heat outside was over 100 degrees that day so the inside was just as hot! Cigarette smoker right outside the door (that never closed) and my poor young children inhaled that! Eating area was filthy and smelled like vomit! Bathroom was atrocious, toilet paper and seat covers all over the floor! Toilet seat covered in urine, no hand soap! It's was 10:29 and they refused to give me fries because it wasn't 10:30 and told me I had to wait to order which I think was not nice...then I asked for a large water which they always do but today they said they couldn't, I asked why and they said just cause which I thought was really rude and shouldn't treat their customers like that..on top of that I had asked for a large sprite and what they gave me was absolutely horrendous! I've put off writing a review about this place for a long time. This is the closest McDonalds to where I live, so by default, this is usually the location I visit. It's become a running joke in my home, that if we go to this location, the odds of them getting our order wrong, forgetting to put something we ordered in the bag or them saying we don't have something is almost a guarantee​. If it's not their ice cream machine that conveniently​ breaks down every night after 8pm...it's something else. Today it was "I'm sorry we don't have breakfast." When I inquired as to why, since McDonalds offers all-day​ breakfast, I was told, "Yeah, we just don't." When I asked to speak to a manager, the employee on the other end of the dirve-thru speaker just seemed to ignore my request. When I got up to the front window, the car in front of me asked the same exact question​, "Why don't you have any breakfast." She was met with the same type of inconsiderate response. After that, she drove off. When I got to the window I asked to speak to a manager. When the young lady came over, I asked her why they weren't serving breakfast. She stated that five (5) of her employees called off that morning​ and she only had one person on the grill. So let me put this out there to provide some clarification. I understand this location is extremely busy given it's close proximity​ to the mall. With that said, this is an ongoing issue and steps should be put into​ place so that such events don't impact your customers. Call off's, machines breaking, messing up someones order etc... should never be your customer's problem! Have the employees of this location been trained on how to take care of their customers in the event things like this happen? If this were a one-time​ thing, I would not be writing this review. I believe every establishment has their good days and bad. However, this is such an ongoing issue that I feel it's worth mentioning. I was told the Store Manager at this location is Margret, who happens to be on vacation until Wednesday. I will be contacting her about the poor service at her location! I will also be sure to contact the corporate office if the leadership at this location can't do a better job of serving their customers going forward. If you have other options to grab a quick bite to eat, I would highly recommend that as opposed to this location. read more
