Today, August 26th, 2pm - I went into McDonald's about 1:25 after I placed a mobile order. My daughter goes to TSMS and I brought my younger son and HS aged daughter there to eat before we went to the carline to pick up my daughter. I ordered food for all 3 of us.y son played, then we ate, about 1:40, 2 of our longtime family friends were coming in to get food before their TC football game. They came into the play area to talk to us. Around 2pm, the security guard came into the room and told them they have to leave because they're not apart of our family and only a family with a child can be in there. So I decided we can just all leave. I told my daughter to go to the counter to get a refill before we went to the car. I believe it was the owner, light blue long sleeve shirt with glasses, when my daughter went to get the refill for the cups we PAID FOR, asked her if she's sure they're her cups or is she borrowing everyone else's cup!! I can't think of another reason as to why he'd ask her that besides her skin color. But maybe he just randomly decided to ask her, and only her. I get it - they have a lot of kids flood the store after school, but the security guard is insanely rude. He was rude when he came into the room to have our friends leave! That's why we left. He said "any issues take it up with the manager". He talks to those kids in a way he would not want anyone talking to his kids. Again, I get some kids are disrespectful, but he goes too far. And he has a gun for whatever reason. I usually go to this store on a regular basis. But after my daughter was disrespected for no reason, my friends were asked to leave for no reason, and I heard him talking to those kids that way, I probably won't be back. Yeah I know, the owner wont care and doesn't care. Just a warning. If you have an issue with this store, the owner will be completely useless. Dear Ronald M, You used to have a consistent fast food restaurant. And you remodeled and suck worse than a clogged Dustbuster that's been off the battery charger for 15 minutes. No self service drink refills! No ketchup! No napkins! Nobody at the counter and you have to yell to get someone's attention for a drink refill or to correct an error (of which there are many). Customer service is gone! My orders have been plagued by cold fries, missing sauces, sandwiches thrown together, unmelted cheese, half-full fries, and greasy breakfast sandwiches with untasted lifeless English muffins. They should be crispy and toasted you uncaring POS! You have the best fries ever, don't rest on your yanny's (or is it laurels). Wipe the stupid red grimace off your stupid clown face and get your McSh!t together. It pretty f'in terrible when I prefer Burger King next door to this particular McDonalds. Yeah, I said it. The people are friendly, the food is fresh and at least the fries are HOT (but still are terrible, you still win on fry flavor when they're hot and delicious). And have you heard of melted cheese on a burger? Try it sometime! Since you charge a buck a slice for cheese, at least heat it up! You don't even see the Hamburglar here anymore because even he doesn't care about your food anymore. And where are the Fry Guys? Alaska so the fries they steal seem hotter? The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1, you do have good deals on the app (when it works and I don't have to restart it 3-4 times to complete my order). But I'm starting to think it's no longer worth the hassle of going here. Don't even think about going to the Ronald M. Charity event where local chefs use ingredients from McDonald's to make alternate "elevated" food. French Fry Potato salad would be a hit because your fries are always F'ing cold! Get back to your roots and start making food hot and fresh! I'm going to stuff and entire medium fries (which is probably not full at all) up your clown nose. You know the food so this is about this location. This is the modernized version. 3 touch screen ordering kiosks plus a person at the register. Takes Apple Pay (yay!) they bring the food to you. So much more of a fast casual feel which is nice. The place is clean, bright, and open. Parking lot is big and easy to navigate. Only improvement is if they put a coke freestyle in. I really can't even give this location any stars because they screwed up my sandwich and insisted that i give them back the sandwich i touched all over and then they will give me a new sandwich. Why would they insist i give them back the touched sandwich .... of course to give it to someone else. Four stars for quick service & piping hot food. After running errands with my son, he decided that he needed a quarter pounder meal. This McDonald's is located near our home, it shares a large plaza with other business. It has been newly renovated and they have added a kids play area and have added When we drove up, both drive thru lanes were long. They did move pretty fast, there was a sign for free apple pie with a large sized meal. This made my son extremely happy. Our order was quickly taken, paid & got our food soon after. Food is okay at this location. It's usually at room temp. Never warm. My biggest complaint is evertime you go inside it smells like they mopped the floor with poop. Yes you read that right. I'm Not sure what is it. Is it the mop? Is it the liquid they use? Who knows. I have no idea how as management you don't notice and rectify it. Do better. Be proud of your location. I can't remember the last time I went into McDonalds to eat, nonetheless eat McD breakfast. However on a rare Friday morning my Husband woke up super early and couldn't go back to sleep so I suggested we grab breakfast. I was thinking the local diner but McD popped into our minds. It was early Friday morning so heck, why not :) So we set off to our local McD. They recently renovated this location but haven't been in the inside. I was impressed by the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere. I remembered McD always being cold and feeling greasy inside but the temperature was comfortable and felt like I was in a nice fast casual restaurant. You can order at the counter or kiosk. We opted to try the kiosk which was easy to use. After you place your order you grab and enter you table tent number to complete your order and have a seat. When your order is ready they will bring it out to you. Service was quick and friendly. We ordered the big breakfast with hot cakes and steak breakfast with hot cakes. The big breakfast with hot cakes was so nostalgic of Florida summer beach trips with my family. The meal was just as I remembered, filling and tasty! Just as McD advertises the eggs are freshly made, not powdered. I don't remember getting a biscuit before but the big breakfast comes with sausage, egg, hashbrown, biscuit, and 3 hot cakes. Whoa! That's a lot of food. We left happy and satisfied haven eaten our entire days with of calories on this meal. Overall, for McDonald's visit it pleasantly exceeded expectations with wonderful company and Friday morning vibes. Happy Friday! read more

My wife and daughter stopped by to pick up desserts, a shake, hot fudge sundae; and, fries (ahem...) The drive through it always busy; but, the staff is quick; and, so is the double queue for cars. I only wish more people could figure out how to "zipper" into the line properly, so the staff can keep the orders straight. Good stop, tasty food. Great prices... yay! I'm a fan. read more

Quick tip- if you use the McDonald's app for McCafe's ask for a old fashion coffee punch card. I couldn't find the mcrewards on my app so they gave me a physical card to bring in when I visit to get my 6th coffee free. A little messy here but it's McDonald's so they get slammed. There's bike parking out front and they do have a flat screen to catch some news on the go. read more

This is a nice Mcdonald with good overall service. My son loves the playground which is a commodity for our neighborhood. I appreciate the owners investing yo build the addition. The food is good knowing that it is a McDonald but this location does a lot of deals which we enjoy. An overall good place to visit. read more

This location recently renovated their store and overall, it looks much better than before. They added a playground; however, the rubber/plastic smell from the new equipment is beyond unbearable and they kept the door to the playground shut so air couldn't circulate. I cracked the door open and was given nasty stares by couple of their management staff (not sure if they work at the store or doing some kind of audit). New, clean, good service by the staff but need new management. If you have little ones and park by the front entrance, be sure to watch your kids as you enter and exit the location as the building is now blocking the view of drivers pulling up to the entrance and drive through. read more

Hi I just went through the drive thru at Avalon park. First they told me the decaf coffee would not be as strong as the regular coffee which I know. Then they wanted me to pull forward to wait on it to just lower the time for their drive thru numbers. You should not be asked to be pulled forward. It is a drive thru. If I wanted to wait, I would've gone inside. When I asked to sit at the window, the manager Mike told me he would just give me a refund. This is horrible customer service. He did not even care that I wanted to sit there so I took the refund without getting my coffee. Something needs to be done to handle this situation. He needs to be fired due to being rude to customers. I go here a lot, but will not return to this location.
