Sunday morning and only 1 cashier?!? I come here almost every morning for my coffee before work and as of late the management has been making poor choices. This McDonald's is horrible, even to McDonald's standards....where do I begin? I've been here a few times and it's always the same. They never have ice cream so don't expect to get a Mcflurry or sundae. They are ketchup Nazis, you're going to have to learn how ration one ketchup packet for an entire large order of fries And lastly they have horrible customer service, I ask for ketchup for the fries i ordered(why aren't there any in there already?) girl at the drive-in is super rude, she doesn't even stop her conversation with her other associate, she just tosses the ketchup in the bag and shuts the window super quickly, what am I going to bite you or something? Whatever guy at the window today around 12:50 was extremely rude and he's rude literally every time I come there and I come everyday! He doesn't even greet you when you pull up he just opens the window says here and walks away. Everybody else at this establishment is extremely kind. Not sure why this place has such low reviews. I LOVE this Mc Donalds. They are always so nice & the teenagers here are never "teenagers" when it comes to Customer Service. I honestly feel most teenagers have no sense of customer service anymore. Everywhere you go they are chit chatting w/ their fellow co-worker about what they did that weekend, or who said what about who on Twitter. It's rare to get a "how are you doing today?" or even a simple "Hello" from some of them. I swear most places I go they just stop talking w/ their co-worker long enough to tell you "$17.35" then take your money, hand you your change all while not so much as making eye contact w/ you and still yapping their mouth to their friend. Not a "thank you" or "have a nice day" of any sort. So this is why I LOVE this McDonald's so much. The people here (teens included) always acknowledge me and say hello. They always smile and say thank you. They always get my order right & that says a lot because my lazy fat self is there often, LOL. read more

.Private franchise so they are 30-60 cents higher than the norm...but the food is always re cooked or cold, bad customer service , the deals you see on the commercials are not the same at this location...for example i ordered a large drink and it clearly says 1.00 for any size beverage...which i order from many locations almost daily, here it was 1.39 also my sausage biscut wasnt 1.00 either, i can go on and on this is by far the worst location i have been to as far as the overall experience, and i live down the street, always giving this place another chance but they always screw somthing up... read more

This McDonald's sucks!!!! They never have anything. Either no patties, no ketchup, no toys for the kids happy meals, the ice cream machine is always "broken." I once went there in the morning to get an ice coffee, waited forever in the drive thru to get to the window and pay for them to tell me they had no ice coffee. Apparently when I ordered, they weren't aware that they were all out. Drive thru always takes forever. Cashier can't seem to multitask. Most of them are rude and seemed very unhappy to work there. I used to work at a McDonald during my high school years, and we had a time limit to get cars in and out. This place seems like they dont give a crap about peoples time. Terrible service always getting orders wrong because they are to busy chatting away (chisme). They never have supplies like cups, straws, etc. Managers are a joke and they will call the cops on you for any stupid reason. Only complaint Is drive-thru I come every morning on my way to work 3:45 am and 4:45 am and 75% of the time I'm stuck behind a car that takes over 5 mins to get their order, and all I'm waiting for is a black coffee. Many times I have to drive out to make it to work (75% of the time), and I have to drive all the way back at my 1st break. This is my first review, I have never been this disappointed in this McDonalds, first while in the drive thru I ordered the 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a Shake, of course they do not have Ice Cream, I also ordered a Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad, I was asked if I wanted grilled or crispy chicken, I ordered the crispy chicken. Once we arrive a the next window to pay I was then informed that they no longer have any Salads, now I'm a little ticked off. After paying for the 10 piece nugget meal, I ask for my receipt, they tell me they do not have any paper for a receipt. Once I get my food I ask for a manager, I was told the manager name was Julio, who was not on the premises at the time, so I asked for the head manager, was told her name was Carla. The person at the counter would not give me any last names. I would never recommend this McDonalds. I give it 0 stars, bad customer service all the way around. I asked politely and with a smile for a manager because I didn't understand why a small hot latte would not be sweetened with liquid sugar unless I payed extra for it? The moment I said the the crew taking my order gave me attitude and seemed displeased to go get a manager, then the manager showed up, I was told his name was Jesus, I had to ask because he didn't have his name badge on, he came straight at me with a bad face on him asked me what the problem was and instead of preceding to explain to me why that drinking didn't already come with liquid sugar unless I payed. He, not only had food on his teeth, but also proceeded to ask me questions which he wouldn't even let me answer to, which was just really rude. I asked him to just go ahead and change my drink to a vanilla flavor then, then he was like so are you having 2 drinks or one? I was like just one, and then he said the vanilla one or the plain one?, what I mean is that he was looking for a way to Attack me with those questions probably trying to get into an argument that I was not gonna give in to, I just nodded only the vanilla one, he proceeded to give me my receipt with out thanking me or wishing me to have a nice day and just closed the window, very rude. At the second window he was the one to prepare my order and then desapearing. My fries were pretty cold And I didn't get bbq with my tenders. But I wasn't trying to complain anymore since at this point I have seen the terrible service that they have there. And food on their teeth. read more

A few weeks Ago I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich well my bread was BLACK LIKE BURNT. i threw it away because I was not going to go back when I just got home. Today I ordered a double quarter pounder no sauce with a diet coke i endedl up with a coke regular quarter pounder with no pickles sauce still.on it. I was fed up so I went to get a new one. I still end up getting my wrong order I got double quarter pounder with no pickles and mustard on it. How is that possible!
