If you want to be treated like a criminal and lied to, then by all mean, come here. I came to get some breakfast sandwiches before hitting the road back to LA. I used the mobile order station. I picked up my to go back and went to find napkins and pepper and ketchup. Lo and Behold, none of those are out. I asked the employee why there are no condiments out. She said " Because people steal them". huh? Thats just the cost of doing business. I go back to my car, then go back in to bring my dogs water bowl to fill up. Same employee says to me " I asked the owner why we don't keep the condiments out and he said because customers put substances in them". I said " Thats not true. Why do you keep the iced tea out if thats the case". I told her I believed her first answer more. This is super shady and I don't think McDonald's corp would approve. read more

We live in Patterson so we have seen this McDonald's go up and down in service. After all these years and all McDonald's we been too, this is the worst one around . Their customer service is so poor and disrespectful , they always get the order wrong. They charge you for something you didn't order which is crazy I don't know how it changes when it's repeated back to you and you ok it but yet your recipet is different. When you call them out on it they always say sorry we can't fix it we charged you for 4 piece and not a 6 piece even thou they put us down foe a six 6 on the screen. The best part is they always make it feel like it's our fault , it's obvious they hate their job, but the lobby not open still a year later. So the only have to worry about drive threw and yet when you get your food their so rude about it. I get fast food job sucks but don't take it out on the customers. Every time we go either we get bad service or our order is wrong . And going back into a 20 minute drive threw line isn't worth it. This is also the only McDonald's won't sell you a toy by itself if you want a extra toy you have to pay full price of a happy meal adds up to 5 bucks. read more

When addressed to Management there is always a lack of concern for the mistakes. Owner ( Patterson Resident) needs to get off his Pile of Money and make some well needed and overdue changes. Went to mcdonalds yesterday @ noon. Paid for two cheeseburgers and a coke. What I got was two flat/pressed cheeseburgers with NO flavor and tea. Yes TEA! They have a ton of workers inside but there's no inside service. So all staff should be working on drive-thru orders. The last three times I've gone through the drive-thru I've been sent to park in the front even though there was only one car behind me. And every time they bring my order out they forget something. Yes they only put two barbecue sauces in for the chicken McNuggets. But I paid for two extra. That's 50 Cent that you didn't earn. Another time they forgot one cheeseburger. I often go to this mcdonald's before i go to work to get my iced coffee and to my surprised they have a nice girl who i always see every morning at their drive thru. I believe her name is Daniela i think she is new cause i have never seen her before. she would always greet you very politely and she is very welcoming. Unlike before whenever i go to their drive thru you see these youngsters who work there wont even smile at you they don't seem to care to their customers! Now I am glad they have someone who works there that gives a good customer service. I also want to give credit to Ana because she would always made sure you get your orders right and to their manager Carlos he seems really nice to his employees. I gave it 3 stars because i know some of their employees there are really nice though going inside getting your food takes really long time. btw they also need to train their order takers at the drive thru to make sure to turn off their headset after they take orders cause you could hear them complaining after they get your orders and if you want to add something on your order. I've gone a couple times to McDonald's here and they always happen to say they have parfait and once I pay them they come back and say oh I'm sorry we ran out. The worker there said the guy in front took the last one when in reality he didn't even stop at the second window because it was all gone. i had never seen an employee work so efficient like Adriana, she goes above and beyond. i go through the drive thru every morning for my coffee and she is very polite and makes sure my order is always right before i leave. ive only been seeing her a couple weeks and she does an outstanding job like if she has been there a long time. that great customer service early in the morning for me makes my day. she is the kind of people this restaurant needs to always hire to always offer awesome service. props to you Adriana! read more

Would not recommend this place to anybody, the lines are slow and would not dare wish anybody to be served by the girl Natalia. She's extremely rude, obviously doesn't care about her job, and mugged me for simply asking for extra ketchup when I asked kindly and respectfully. The Patterson location, is simply awful. Service lack in every way, management is a joke. They have difficulty getting simple orders correct. Ordered a double quarter pounder got a single. I dont usually go to a mcdonalds anymore because i got tired of it, but yesterday i wanted an iced coffee before heading to work. I ordered one of their jalapeño double burger meal, an extra Jalapeño double burger and a medium iced coffee in the drive thru. The cashier substituted my iced coffee for the drink that goes with my meal without me asking them to, but good thing the employee at the window gave us a large drink anyway and that's why they get 2 stars instead of a . I would have to say there was nothing spectacular about the jalapeño burger, typical mcdonald food which was a reminder to myself not to eat Mcdonald food. read more

The service was very bad. Then a couple of teenage girls started "playing" at the coke machine. They were pretending to "fill up" their cups but were really trying to get the next customer in line all wet. He was an older man with a cane who was not the same race as they were and they were abusing him for fun. When he went back to his table he said that they were just a couple of stupid kids. They went out and got their mom who came in and started shouting that he had called the girls C-nts. He did not. They wanted Mc D's to call the cops on him. The mom was the only one using the C word. I think that the mother and the girls were asked to leave but as they were leaving the girls were laughing and being very smug. This place is clean, well run, and has an excellent staff. One star deduction because they'll goof an order up every once in a while -- such as putting a slice of cheese on something when I didn't want it -- but no big deal.
