I was at McDonald's about 1 hour ago. I placed an order for 2 McGriddle combos and 2 additional hash browns. I paid nearly $25 for my order. We received our order, and drove home. My daughter opened the bag and discovered no hash browns! I called the telephone number listed on line to report and request my hash browns. The number listed is out of service. I'm unhappy. Very unhappy. While I can't say how many delivery orders were being managed by the person working, I can tell you that we were literally the only car, including parked cars, in the entire parking lot. I'm just not sure what the deal is at this location. I've been living in the neighborhood for 13 years now and there's always an issue when you come between the hours of 12 PM and 6 AM. They have a huge sign that says 24 hours, Google says they're 24 hours, their website says they're 24 hours, but they will not serve you food between the hours of midnight and 6 AM. You could order on One of the apps, but if you live in the neighborhood and drive up to get food they weren't serve you... Interestingly enough I pulled into the parking lot moments after the interaction in the video, to see where else I could order food from... And a guy came out the back and asked me if I was waiting to buy weed... So I can get drugs overnight, but I can't get food unless I order it from Uber eats and pay twice the darn price. The food, at McDonald's is so unhealthy and it's not good for us consumers to eat a fish fillet sandwich that is filled with grease and this is how we put weight on by eating this food everyday. I think that they should add impossible burgers, vegan cheese, follow your heart cheese, beyond meat burgers, impossible meat chik'n nuggets. We have health problems we are trying to keep under control and sometimes the service isn't all that great either you have to wait for a while for your order and the ambiance is amazing I would rate them a 4. They literally refused to give me my mobile order, when THEIR computers were down the night before and I had to come back the next day instead. Lady in the durag pretty much calls me a liar even when I have all the proof and trying to show her my order, but to no avail. I ask for a refund and am told I have to call a #, which I was told that last time and the # tells me something different. Unfortunately, I agree with the rest of the reviews here. This location and the manager should be ashamed and embarrassed. Customer service was severely lacking. I waiting 20 minutes for 3 happy meals. The cashier was very rude. This seems to be the culture of McDonalds. Rude young kids- no manager- laughing and talking during work- eye rolling... The absolute worst McDonald's I've ever been in, without a doubt. The establishment is disgusting and usually, generally unsafe (last winter, there was a thick sheet of ice on their parking lot that they refused to do anything about). The ice cream machine is usually down, and when I'd order a meal (usually a fish-o-filet), the fish would taste dry, the bun wouldn't be steamed, and the tarter sauce would sometimes be in the box, rather than on the sandwich. The fries would also taste hard and like they've been sitting. Long story short, I've actually dubbed this McDonalds the "Bad McDonalds" when referring to ones I'd visit, and it's for good reasoning. They remodeled it earlier this year, and it STILL looks a mess. Only go there if you absolutely have to, but try not to. read more
