OMG! It's been a minute since I ate at McDonald's #17594, and they are expensive for fast food. I ordered the Filet-O-Fish combo and another Filet-O-Fish with a Grandma McFlurry; the total was $26.00. Are you kidding me? Twelve ($12) for a combo! The service was excellent, and the person at the window answered all my questions about the prices. The outside of the building and parking lot was clean and manicured. We ordered 3 egg and cheese McMuffins with no meat, we told two people (the lady taking the order and the person at the window taking payment, just to confirm). It was the most bizarre thing but it's like they didn't really understand what we were asking, even though it's so simple. We get our order and it's all regular McMuffins with ham. We go in to have them fix the order to McMuffins with ONLY egg and cheese, NO MEAT, and after asking multiple times what exactly we mean, even the manager seemed confused, they finally understand we want bread, egg, and cheese as a sandwich. Then we get our replacement order. One sandwich is egg and cheese, one is bread and ham, and the other is just bread and cheese. Then they didn't want to give us a refund and made a big deal about it. I'm telling you I think these people are on drugs or something, it was the most baffling experience I've ever had at any restaurant, ever. Don't waste your time at this place. read more

I've been to this location multiple times usually disappointed after ordering because it's wrong. They never get the orders right.

I am a uber driver, I went into this McDonald's to get an order. I asked to use the restroom before I verified the order, if we do not verify and leave right after it affects my rating and my delivery time. The manager I believe it was, was bsolutely an asshole for no reason. He would ot let me use the restroom, he said I had to erify first, that is not true. I have been doing nis for a long time, not once have I ever heard this, neither has uber ever said this. After all that and him being rude he ended up giving me the wrong order, meaning my order wasn't ready and I could have used the restroom. He said he was going to report me and get me into trouble. I went back in and asked the workers for help or another manager number, nothing. I have reported this location to uber. I really wish people, can be nice. So this McDonalds customer service was horrible. It was late morning and not busy at all. I walked up to the counter and there were 3 employees standing over by the drive through window chatting and not paying attention to anything but themselves. After standing at the counter for a couple minutes being ignored I spoke up asking if anybody is working the counter. The bigger guy (pulling up his pants in my photo) looked me straight in the eye and said you can use the kiosk because they were busy. Lol, there was nobody in the restaurant nor parked at the drive through window. Besides it doesn't take 3 employees to stand at the window. But I simply replied that I don't care for using the kiosk to order. He then replied in a smart ass tone "you can wait then!" And his two buddies laughed. This was not a very good Mcdonald's experience. I went on a Sunday morning with a friend and it was not busy at all. He ordered a medium iced caramel latte and they gave him a small with no coffee, only milk and caramel at the bottom. We asked them to remake it and while the worker was giving me a new one, he was in the process of answering a phone call. The people in the back making the food were on their phones as they were touching the food. Not a good experience and definitely never coming to this location again. The tables in the dining area were also very dirty. If the workers have time to be on their phones, they definitely have time to wipe the tables in between rushes of people. read more

Only giving it 4 stars because there are a lot of one stars. Although I have not ate inside restaurant, the food [mcdouble, spicy chicken, fries) normally comes out fresh and made correctly. The drive thru order machine is sometimes not working and they timely get the order out. Probably hit and miss depending on who is working at the moment. read more

Usually don't want to admit to stopping at a McDonald's, especially since one of my profile photos celebrates a McDonald's being torn down, but here I was, stranded while my car was being repaired nearby. I was treated nicely and was allowed to use their free wifi for a couple of hours. The positives: Very nicely updated interior, with a couple of large communal seating options for groups. Television. Free wifi. The negatives: No directly accessible drink refills!!!!!! (You must wait for refills at the counter). The kids play place is very modest and useful for only very young children. No video games. The AC system left the restaurant freezing and drafty on this day. I think this would have been a three star review if you didn't have to beg for drink refills like it was the 1980's. Perhaps even a four star review if they had a more elaborate play place. But alas, no such luck. read more

Whenever I order from this place on DoorDash or Uber eats they always seem to mess up my order when it's clearly in front of them, as well as sauces. They never put the sauces in the bag, and when I tell my delivery driver to just ask for extra just in case, they always respond with. We already put some in the bag. I just think they need to work better on delivery apps as well not just in-store customers because obviously people are ordering from home, so just don't mess it up.. if u hate working at McDonald's why are you working there? Don't half fast it and mess someone else's order up and ruin their day.
