This is like the worst McDonalds ever its funny theyll give you a half filled coke and you cant even get a refill

Whenever I order from this place on DoorDash or Uber eats they always seem to mess up my order when it's clearly in front of them, as well as sauces. They never put the sauces in the bag, and when I tell my delivery driver to just ask for extra just in case, they always respond with. We already put some in the bag. I just think they need to work better on delivery apps as well not just in-store customers because obviously people are ordering from home, so just don't mess it up.. if u hate working at McDonald's why are you working there? Don't half fast it and mess someone else's order up and ruin their day. Maybe that someone's first meal the day or maybe they have an ate at all they're super hungry and want to eat McDonald's don't ruin it for them just cause you're not happy working there. read more

I usually go to McDonald's on 32nd street in INDIAN SCHOOL every morning I get a smoothie with NO YOGURT and hashbrowns. This was my first time ordering from this location. I ordered a smoothie without yogurt. For some reason this location stated that they could not make the smoothie yogurt-less, with confussion I explain, "I get this all the time why is it different at this location"? The lady stated, " I don't have to explain anything to you, we are unable to customize your smoothie" I asked to speak to a manager, she rolled her eyes n sighed and stated he's not here. I asked for a complaint number, was told there isn't one. TERRIBLE SERVICE. My mother ordered a French vanilla cappchino and was given black coffee, of course we gave it back in exchange for the cappchino we order. Drove thru for iced coffees & sandwiches on our way home... big mistake! Asked for 2 medium iced coffees, told there's no medium cups. Ok, ordered large and asked for 1 to be Hazelnut, told no Hazelnut, ok, give me caramel. Asked for other to be made with 2 Sweet n Lows and a little cream, told there's no Sweet n Low so told them cancel that coffee. Drove up and nobody was at the window to take our money so, since nobody was ahead of us we decided to move up to the other window. After cashier got the money he left the window open so we got to listen to the chaos inside. Wow! It's a wonder that anyone gets served there. Heard they were out of BBQ sauce and something else that we couldn't quite make out. Finally gave me my Caramel iced coffee that looked like a large cup of milk and ice and tastes like a large cup of milk and ice with a tiny sprinkle of caramel in it. I don't know where the coffee was but it sure wasn't in my cup! They must have just waved the coffee pot over the cup. The sandwiches were ok but overall, this visit was a big waste of time and money. If there was a lower score to give I would have given it. I went through the drive through because I saw it said OPEN 4AM on the window and all of the lights were on. One side of the drive thru was closed off so we pulled up to the other side of the drive thru. No one greeted us at the speaker even though everything was lit up. So we drove up to the first window. Nothing. Drive to the second window. There's a guy there, but he doesn't greet or acknowledge us. Finally after I wave my arms at him he does the hand across the throat close me out type gesture without even looking at us from inside. 5:00 pm on Friday April 13, 2018 - Extremely rude staff, including the floor manager. Food was ordered and 20 minutes later I still don't have the food ready. During this time the store manager is yelling in Spanish to employees right in the front of the registers. It takes me minutes to get her attention to inquire of my order. Went thru the drive thru with my brother this evening around 6:15 pm. Order our food and proceed to the first window to pay. My brother had a McDonald gift card. He told the lady he wasn't sure how much was on it. He figured it wasn't going to cover the hold bill. The lady came back and told us it covered the whole bill but it didn't print a receipt. This was the first red flag. We proceed to the pick up window. The guy at the window handed my brother his drink. The guy then asked us what we ordered. We told him and he looked at us strangely. He asked to see our receipt and my brother told him the lady didn't give us one because it didn't print. He closes the window and speaks with someone which I assume was the manager. In about 5 minutes the first guy comes back with the lady who we paid. She said she messed up. They close the window. We wait another couple of minutes and they say we owe 5 dollars and change. My brother hands him his credit card. He shut the window again and we wait another couple of minutes. He comes back and hands us our food. He starts to close the window and my brother asks for his card back. We wait again and he gives the card but no receipt. My brother asks for his receipt since that was the start of the problem. We wait again and he comes back with a receipt. We finally are able to leave of course there now is a long line at the drive thru. We get home my brother checks the receipt and it wasn't for our order. Hopefully we didn't pay for somebody else order. My brother will check tomorrow to make sure he charged right amount. Of course the food was cold. Having worked in the restaurant business if I was the manager I would have comped the 5 dollars but we didn't even get We're sorry for the inconvenience. Pay attention to these reviews, the franchise owner and McDonalds Corporate don't care to work to improve this store. It's become comical, anytime we go here, the order is screwed up. We never "special order", we order right off the menu. Last time we ordered 2 McGriddles. Open the bag and it's 2 of the value item breakfast sandwiches. Walk in and the Managers calls my wife a liar. It seriously has become funny how bad this store is. Nobody is going to fix it so if you are in a hurry, don't go here. They messed up at simple order more than once. This is by far the worst McDonald's in Phoenix. It is worth it to drive an extra few miles to get actually decent food. Their fries are always soggy, they don't really respond to any complaints, and they don't help anyone with the new ordering screens. This McDonald's is a hit and miss. Sometimes you have the employees who actually have customer service common sense and some who obviously don't. On May 24 my two teenage kids went in at about 830am and asked for a cup of water and were told that unless they purchased something, they couldn't give them water. Pretty inconsiderate, considering it was 90+ degrees out already. Had they had $, they would likely have purchased a cup of soda instead. Funny thing is that depending on the employee, depends if the customer gets a free cup of water.
