Came order to this location around 12:30 at night. Drive Thru takes forever. Seriously, an hour wait with only a few cars in line. Multiple employees inside but seemed like only one person was handling taking orders and preparing food. Got my order half wrong. Food was semi-warm at best. Had to ask for my money back on a drink because they seriously didn't have any drinks available. Overall, poor experience and would not recommend wasting your time for this 'fast food'. read more

Cecilia was the worst employee who not only didn't even thank me after I placed the order, didn't ask me what my name was so she could call out my order; she even forgot to give me a tray to put my food in when I wanted to eat inside. I told her this when I order, but she didn't listen nor did she remember. I'm not Hispanic, so it could be she discriminated me for being Asian because she was so rude. The other employees there was nice and polite saying thank you to customers and have a nice day. Management should look into this rude and discriminatory treatment of non-hispanics by cecilia. This McDonald's is just not a good representation of the McDonald's brand. This location degrades the reputation and reinforces all negative comments said about McDonald's. You just never know what type of service you're going to get. The cones are made blindfolded, the fries are undercooked and over salted, and the burger is slathered with oil. One time the cashier could not even calculate my change. It was simple math and after a brief moment of thinking, she was still short a dollar. Why is 0 stars not an option ? First of all there's only 2 people & a manager working with lines at both the drive through and dine in counter. After waiting over 5 minutes for someone to even come to the register. The people in front of my bf& I ordered and then I was told by the manager that the register needed to be "closed" temporarily. Being that it was midnight I assumed it was a shift change or something. NO. they were just trying to catch up on orders. Literally waited ANOTHER 15 minutes for another worker to take my order. This store needs new crew members and a manager because they have no customer service skills! Last night it took 18 minutes to receive my order which was prepared wrong! They gave me nuggets and fries which are fried food that take a few minutes! Why did I wait 18 minutes?! 25 minutes if you add in having to replace my food the second time to make my order correct! Not a single crew member had any sense of urgency to the lobby full of customers waiting for their food! We expressed how upset we were with Christian, the manager, but he didn't even bother to turn our unhappy visit into a great one. He let us walk out the door extremely unhappy. It's McDonald's. I mean, the food is pretty standard at most locations across the board. They've never gotten my order wrong here, so kudos, guys! This location is pretty busy, though, and the parking lot is kind of tight. What's more, sometimes there will be two or three cars jamming things up because they're waiting in line to turn into the drive-thru. Came in on a Wednesday at 10 am and figured I would order inside since the wait for drive thru was extremely long. GOT inside with only perhaps 2 customers in front of me? My biggest pet peeve is that they don't mix in the Reese's into the McFlurry... they just dump it on top. I really like this Mc Donald's, they always serve the freshest french fries. We all know that they have the best fries, but in this location, it is always consistently awesome. I am thinking maybe because they are always super crazy busy, so they always have to make fresh ones. In addition, they make the greatest chocolate chip frappes. Sent my son to get us breakfast this morning. What a mistake. First, they messed up the order so my son had to go back to the counter and reorder my breakfast. I got the Egg McMuffin meal like I usually do. I take a couple of bits and, oh geez, a big piece of egg shell in the egg. YUCK! Then, as far as I was concerned, the cheese now tastes more like cheddar than good old American, again, yuck. The hash browns were soggy and the OJ tasted watered down. I walked in to the McDonald's and a shift leader (a girl) aloud said the new people were useless, not very professional of her part. If the new people are useless is because whoever trained them didn't train them the right way. Maybe the shift leaders and managers should be retrained to be able to train the new people the right way. This McDonald's always takes forever to make your food. read more
