Unbelievably obnoxious manager this morning! I simply complained in a calm manner because I was picking up an Uber Eats order and they left the food sitting there for nearly five minutes while no one was getting the drinks for the order. The "Manager" (If she was my manager I would have fired her on the spot) told me I was rude. She then ripped the bag wide open (Almost in half) trying to put a straw in the already sealed bag (They seal the bag shut with stickers for Uber Eats) and shoved the drinks at me (They were in a cup holder) and they nearly went over the edge of the counter, the whole time yelling at me to leave and telling me she was going to report me to Uber...lol. Seriously? Idiot. I then delivered the order and promptly called the store to ask for their store #. Again, she answered and was extremely rude to me stating that the number I called was the store number??? Again...seriously? I have never been shouted at before by a manager nor have I ever been treated so poorly by a place in front of all those customers. She was clearly out of control and angry. All I did was point out that the food should not be sitting there so long before they made the drinks. I never raised my voice while she just kept telling me over and over again how rude I was. She (Loera) was very arrogant, bossy and downright mean. I'm sorry but that's just wrong. I am going to post an honest review about this incident on every review site I can find and I will Tweet about this and call Corporate and I will go out of my way never to go to this Mcdonalds ever again. The McDonald's service at this location sucks! We literally asked for one buffalo sauce and the girl at the drive thru almost quit her job! We were literally amazed by how difficult this girls job must have been to grab this one buffalo sauce. Ronald seriously needs to filter out the lazy employees. The graveyard shift employees are really slow. There are many people that want snacks late around and after midnight and they work slow.

Let me preface this by saying I don't normally review things, I had to download the yelp app just to leave this review. This location is usually GREAT, I mean it's McDonald's, hard to mess that up right? PSYCH! Last night upon arriving home with my maple bacon dijon chicken sandwich I was unpleasantly surprised to find something between the buns more along the lines of a hockey puck. I have literally, in 24 years, never had apiece of chicken so hard, dry, and overcooked. I took a single bite before immediately dumping it into the trash. Then the icing on the cake was when I was jolted awake at 5 am with some of the worst stomach cramps I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing, I then proceeded to spend the rest of my morning battling food poisoning I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. Literally every time I go through the drive through at night, they always say cash only. And they don't even tell you cash only until you get up to the drive through speaker so a lot of the time you end up waiting for 15 min just for them to tell you it's cash only. This place is horrible. On our way home from a long day from a concert in Irvine. We decided to stop off on our way home at this McDonald's as we regretted stopping here. The drive thru line was not that long but started to get long because the staff was extremely slow. We waited over 10 minutes before getting to the order menu. Then another 10 minutes to get to the window. They allowed someone with a regular bicycle to go through the drive thru which I find very unprofessional on McDonald's part to allow something like that to happen. The food was alright as we were very hungry. The server at the window was rude, didn't greet us, was making a face like she was miserable working there. Didn't apologize at all for the long wait at this point I just grabbed our order and didn't say anything to her. I highly recommend NOT to come here. A cross the street is a In N Out Burger and a Sonics. Go there instead of this place just because of the horrible customer service here. read more

Although it is a Mickey D's and it is a fast food restaurant, it is very convenient for students and teachers for both Fullerton high & college. They always do a pretty good job serving exactly what you have ordered, although I admit that it can be crowded there in the early afternoons. I mostly come here for the Chicken McWraps and I would defiantly recommend these over their burgers because they are out of this world good. Okay so where do I begin?? I felt like McDonald's so I decided to go to the McDonald's drive-through. Now I love the chicken mcNuggets so I ordered. I asked for the combo meal with a Coke I paid and pulled through to the second window the employee who handed me the order was in a rush and didn't even give me any eye contact or say anything to me and handed my bag and my drink. I drove off since the line behind me was long. When I got home I realized after looking in the bag that I was missing the fries and no sauces that were supposed to come with the chicken McNuggets and the kicker was that the Coke didn't come with a straw now there's nothing more irritating than getting home were wanting to drink your coke and having a straw. Usually good service but higher priced than other McD's. Friday 8/17 stopped by for a quick dinner. Was in line 22 minutes!! Last person in front of me took 10 minutes for 5 ice cream sundaes. After waiting 22 minutes our food of course was barely warm. Poor girl at window was almost in tears as she had to endure dissatisfied customers like me due to insufficient staffing. Six cars waited over 40 minutes with no movement and when I drive past the store front I saw their employees watching whatever was on the television in their store. Ok ..Well ..The employees were great ,but my reviwe is mostly as a parent . I never have a Monday off and thought to myself I'm going to treat myself to a nice time out with some coffee and have my toddler play at Mc Donalds ..advantages is that its enclosed ,safe and you can relax while keeping an eye on them . I order my food and what not. Go into the play ground and was so dissapointed. The freaken playground was a bunch of ropes and one slide..I mean I'm not expecting Disneyland up in here..but where did the normal playground go? My 1 1/2 year old could not do crap. Well thank you! As far as McDonald's goes this one is right in the meat of the curve. The place is clean tough has a odd setup. The counter is diagonal in the middle of the restaurant. The food is fine, well its McDs, but you know what I mean. There strength is the Drive-Thru line, orders are accurate and the food always hot. read more

This is the "go to" McDonalds for both me and my GF. We go here at least 2 times a week just for the ice cream cones, and like once a week for dinner. I get quarter Pounder with cheese combo, andy girl gets 2 cheese burgers, fries and a coke... With the occasional chicken nuggets. Everything we eat there has been fantastic! 4-Star!! read more
