The business hours doesn't mean much to them, there was one time I ordered something on the app, drove there to pick it up, turns out they closed at 9 pm, they do this randomly, and they don't notify anyone. Tried curbside pickup twice, one time they took more then 5 minutes, which is okay, but very confusing if they promised that on the app, we ended up having one of us went in to check on the food, and 5 minutes later, the manager walked out with the food while my boyfriend was still waiting for them to check on the food in the restaurant. The worst McDonalds I have ever been too and will never return here ever again!!! Went Tuesday 11/13/18 at 1:10am, service was really slow!!! It took 40 minutes from the time I pulled up to get my food. The staff was rude, unprofessional and had an attitude. They were only taking cash at this time. Considering the time it took for everyone to get their food, they did not even apologize for the delay. It is like they took the food order there, had someone go to another McDonalds location to pick up the food, and brought it back to this location. That is how long it took!!! I asked for a receipt and they said because I paid cash they don't give receipt. If this is the way this franchise owner runs this place, I hope their employees are robbing them blind! I've never been to a McDonalds where they're so consistently slow when it comes to their drive thru that it makes it looks busier than it really is. Not only that but almost half the times I've been here for lunch or dinner they've asked me to park in the front and wait for them to bring it out to my car. The stars are mainly for the quality of service i get whenever i come here. The staff here are always friendly and helpful since the remodel. The drive thru is the same still super busy and slow but the walk in is quick and my food is always accurate. To turn into McDonalds is sharp and a bit narrow but theres a decent amount of parking since the drive thru line tends to wrap around the building it does block some parking spots. Use the McDonalds App and get a discount on the food and drinks here. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and there was toilet paper everywhere (that is the customer's fault of course), but the employees seem overworked and the restaurant is super packed with no parking. They need to hire more people and keep the restaurant in better shape and the employees less stressed. They forgot to give us our drink and did not include fries in our combo, all this after making us order from the kiosk (after waiting in front of the register for a while).
