In the middle of the night I stoped by this McDonald's and she seemed to be multitasking (taking orders over the headset, handing orders out at the window and bagging the food) I work at Chick-fil-A so I understand how stressful doing all three jobs can be. We didn't have to wait in the drive through long and service was fast, but lack of quality seemed to be part of the reason why. Got a large tea, got it about an inch short of full. The buns were rough and stale, and we ordered mc chickens with extra mayo, they didn't have extra mayo...and only a few shreds of lettuce. Meat was hot at least. read more

The girl taking our order barely spoke above a whisper, got it wrong on the screen and never said hello or thanks. Bad customer service. I understand that it's a fast food joint so I don't except much. I had a coupon and I could tell the cashier was struggling, so I was charged incorrect which I can look over but at least offer me my receipt or had the chance to ask. As soon as my transaction was approved the cashier singled for the next in line and went right into helping her before I could even out my card up. read more

This place is awful, we had a hard time ordering and then there was indigent people sleeping in the booths and even a child about 12 that was apparently left there by his parents, probably so they could go to work and this is a convenient place as a baby sitter. There was no sound barrier between the playroom and the dining tables, so you have to listen to constant ear piercing screams as you eat. The floors were sticky and had food all over them. Great experience! Service was fast and polite. The play area is small but set up well for what they have. The climbing objects and slides make noises when impacted by little hands and feet on them. Very clean store and play area. Their outdoor patio was clean, large, and very nice! No complaints! Great location, service, and food. read more

No one expects great service from a McDonalds anymore but this type of ineptness is crazy. Went through the drive through and the Hispanic order taker took my order but then said he can't understand me and just went totally silent. No kidding, the guy went RADIO SILENT. I drove away and parked and went inside and saw this guy, only guy taking orders with a headset and he knew he'd messed up and would not look me in face. The manager handled the compliant very nicely but this was a crazy experience. What do I expect from mackieD I suppose. read more

$0.99 Big Macs this week for their remodel celebration. Well staffed, friendly and fast service even though they were super crowded both inside and at the drive through. Accommodated my allergy request (no sesame seed buns) by replacing the top and bottom of the big Mac buns with regular hamburger buns. read more

The ppl were very rude. I had to wait 20 minutes for two parfaits I ordered in a parking space. After 15 minutes I went inside to ask nicely what was taking so long. They were not busy so I didn't get why I had to wait so long. They looked at me and rudely said they weren't ready. I asked how much longer. By now my food was cold. The girl gave me attitude and said 5 minutes. 5 minutes later she slams it on the counter and walks away with no apology. Ppl who worked there before were nice. Hip Hip Hooray for the manager and late night team here. I had a craving for some chicken nuggets at 11:30 one night. I thought that nobody was open that late. I went to the drive thru here and politely asked if there was anyway that I could order a twenty piece nuggets with a small order of fries. The manager was super cool and asked if I mind waiting about ten minutes since they had to heat up the fryer and make more. I of coarse said no problem and waited. Not only were the fresh and steamy hot, they were oh so delicious! And I ordered a small fry but they gave me a medium one ( I guess to get rid of some). But who cares it was great. I loved the fact that they were willing to make me food so late at night and upgrade my order for free. I will soooooo be coming back!!!! read more

FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THIS LOCATION. Needed to kill some time and walked in with the idea of ordering a coffee and an Egg McMuffin. As I am waiting for someone to take my order, a really big homeless guy walks in front of me drinking from a cup. Dirty clothes, pant cuffs shredded and dragging along the ground......and then he turned around and I realized HE WAS WEARING A MCDONALDS UNIFORM. He walks behind the counter still drinking from the cup (health code violation) and reached to move some french fries that were on a tray and about to be served.....I lost any interest in ordering anything at that point. If Management allows employees to serve and prepare food in this state I don't know what else they are ignoring...... read more

I hate McDonald's because the ice cream cones could only be satisfying to a person who is anorexic. Call Nicole Richie, I'm sure she can give you an endorsement. Go to this location at least 3 times a week if not more since kids go to school near it. Have called several times on orders being wrong and they will not replace it saying I have to come back when the manager who I spoke with was working. First problem is I have no ideal when they work and they won't tell me. Second they say they are going to put my name in a book but they apparently do not. I stood at the register for almost five minutes with no one in front of me before someone came and took my order. The manager took my order and watched me put my card in to the machine. Hit a couple things on the register and then says oh cash only. Didn't explain if it was all the machines or if she could ring it up at another register. Went here today, never had good experience here but thought I'd give it a try since my kid wanted a snack after getting her shots. Placed order, long line, finally get to window handed bag, started to drive away, looked wrong order, backed up handed bag, assured it's what I ordered this time, drove away, look in bag, wrong order AGAIN! Had to go back through the order box this time since I trusted they couldn't have handed me wrong order twice and had driven too far away to back up this time.. explain issue, no apology told to drive to first window.. in order to do this, I have to wait in long line.. finally get to window, told I have to pull over out of line and wait because they're cooking my food.. wait for a sec, it's hot, screaming toddler chose to just drive away.. good lord... This is our neighborhood McDonald's and 2 weeks ago my husband declared we will boycott it. After using this McDonald's for 2 years (since we moved here), it has gone horribly down hill with quality and customer service. The food isn't fresh, and the people could care less about their jobs. The final straw was when my husband used the drive thru for his breakfast order. They asked him to wait one minutes for his steak breakfast sandwich and so he pulled into the reserved parking spots. With our 2 year old in tow, the one minute turned to 5, then 7 so he went in to inquire about his order. The female employee he asked about his order rolled her eyes at him. Then put the question to a male employee who brought him his order within a minute. The eye rolling was the final straw. With the lack of food freshness/quality, the lack of customer service makes it final. read more

The older gentlemen working the graveyard shift is a character if I've ever met one. Frankly a late night trip to this MickeyD's should be in your near future just so you can meet this guy. He's a jokester and always got a huge grin on his face. You aren't gonna get outta there without a good laugh! This is McDonald's... It tastes the same everywhere you go and it's not exactly good. They've recently revamped the McDonald's, and it's nice to see that people are enjoying it as well as I am. As far as food goes, it meets my expectations for a fast food restaurant, and have no hassle. My only concern is that the play area is now really close to the eating area, which causes a lot of child presence and sound. I prefer it the way it was, but great for a quick easy meal. read more

Have you been to a McDonalds recently? Today I stopped by for breakfast. The counter person was efficient enough and I had no problem with the sausage McMuffin , that is until I noticed the price. It was $1.00 a short time ago and today it was $1.29 an increase of 29%. I looked closely at the dollar menu and finally located it on a small board on the left side of all the menu items. There were three items on the $1.00 menu, coffee, sausage biscuit and has browns. Everything else that was here a few weeks ago has completely disappeared from the $1.00 menu. And McDonald's wonders why they are losing customers. I don't mind a few cents increase, however 29% is more than a few cents. In a few weeks that wording for the "One Dollar" menu will no doubt disappear. read more

I've purchased one or two sausage burritos for breakfast most Fridays and every Saturday at this McD's for the past 3 years. I always ask for and receive 2 packet of picante sauce for each burrito. Today I was told they can only give out ONE packet for each burrito. I know we are in an economic recession, but this is a load of crap. I often buy a quick lunch at this location. From now on I will making my purchases at the Whataburger on Central. This fast food place saved $.06 today and lost someone who spent more than $7.00 a week there for good. Whataburger's burritos are not made in advance either so the tortilla isn't hard. You keep yout picante packets! read more

The sweet young lady who takes orders is the one redeeming quality about this sub par performer. The food is often cooked inconsisently, hash browns are burned. orders are frequently incomplete or wrong. Efforts to contact the ownership group O'Reilly McDonalds, have no result.
