Came in on a flier for steak and cheese which is new and thought I would give the boiled beef sandwich place a try, as I love a Philly Steak and cheese. Its 6 bucks, not bad as its $12 bucks at the un-named place here that makes it right by New Jersey standards where it was invented which was on the east coast. So I waited a minute or two while the crew looked like they were still opening. Then said Hello a few times. I'm sure they heard but they were busy doing kitchen stuff. So then there is a beep noise and they take the drive thru order immediately, looks at me as he come out from back of the kitchen, again, but tells me to wait a minute while he takes the order. The food is just fine but the orders are always wrong and the bags overstuffed. Every single Arby bag we get rips. I carefully tell them what my order is but the difference between a large and medium beef and cheddar sandwich seems to boggle their minds. The owner needs to train their staff on the menu. When a person wants a meal with a large beef and cheddar sandwich that means the regular medium meal will have a large beef and cheddar sandwich as opposed to a medium sandwich. This does not mean you make the medium beef and cheddar meal a large. All that does is make the fries and drink large. You have to specify the sandwich needs to be a large in the system because a large meal mean medium sandwich and large fry and drink. This mistake is made every single time I go to this location and it irritates me to death. The staff is terrible at replacing items as well. A classic roast beef with curly fries and chocolate shake is an extra charge for replacing the drink. This should be extremely simple. I don't even work there nor have I ever worked fast food and even I know how to do it. For large orders, it needs to be placed in a separate paper carry-all bag with handles because Arby bags are the worst. I wish the quality of service could match the food because it's actually really good at this location. I'll keep going back because I love it but I'd love it a whole lot more if I'd finally start getting the food I actually ordered. read more

Rating a fast food chain seems kind of silly, but I have actually never eaten Arby's. Wanting to give everything a try at least once I went there during my break with a friend and we got several items. Their standard roast beef sandwich wasn't the greatest. The sauces are good, the bread is tasty. The problem was the meat itself is kind of sour and wet. The fish sandwich isn't bad at all, but I think there are better fast food fish sandwiches. I normally hate curly fries but the ones here are tasty and not greasy. What actually shocked me was the Gyro, it wasn't bad at all. It is skimpy on the meat but it was actually better then many "authentic" gyro i have had. If they piled on the meat for the Gyro I'd go back for that for the value alone. Arby's is a decent value, but it hits your stomach like a brick and overall isn't the most appetizing place. read more

I grew up with Arby's and their curly fries, and this location never fails to deliver. We've come here for lunch after church a couple of times over the past year. I have put off trying the brisket sandwich until now. I'm not sure if I have put it off for fear of hating it or for fear of liking it. :-) I'm somewhere in between. It tastes fine, but honestly everything tastes pretty good at fast food joints. They don't do authentic. They do "guilty pleasure." My review is pretty much for them having the nerve to call this brisket. It is lunch meat quality meat (but a little thicker) with so many complimentary flavors (sauce, cheese, caramelized onions) that it could have been store bought roast beef and I would have barely been able to tell the difference. When I opened the box, half of the meat was hanging outside of the bun. That gave me the chance to try the meat without the bun, and honestly it still didn't taste like brisket. The bigger issue is the price of this sandwich. I had a coupon for a free fry and drink with the sandwich purchase. Without those, the sandwich was over $5. I would have been embarrassed to pay full price for it. Well, at least I can't be accused of my "BBQ snobbery" keeping me from trying it. If you have read my reviews, you know that I am anything but a food snob. Buffets, fast food and other assorted junk regularly get good marks from me based on my expectations. They do not answer their phone. The phones all went to busy after 5 rings and then hung up. They were all open for at least another hour, so I think they shut them off. I have allergies and was having a reaction to something. I thought it was the Arby's Gyro so I called 9 Arby's before I got one to answer their phone. This is a very big Arby's. It was halfway updated but not as new inside as the one on Spring Creek. Despite how large it was, we had trouble finding a place to sit because many tables still had crumbs on them. The food was good - consistent with other Arby's. If you want a salad, pick a DIFFERENT fast food place. There are not a lot of fast food places near my work, so I stopped at Arbys on 15th and Custer to try the salad. The menu reads "Farmhouse Salad $5.49" with Crispy Chicken -or- Roasted Turkey. I ordered it with turkey. The "Farmhouse" salad is chopped iceberg lettuce, 1/2 strip of bacon, 1 Tbs of shredded cheese & 1 Tbs chopped tomato. Mostly lettuce. The "Roasted Turkey" a slice of deli meat, cut in pieces.
