And next thing I know a person swaps out and a guy comes on and says "we closed" so I uno reverse that and say what why. And then he's like "what" and later to connect the dot they were potentially counting drawers or something along those lines. They just leave it in the grey area of the unknown. Just a terrible place with terrible staff and terrible customers. Whole time I was there. Bunch of teenagers spouting foul language the whole time. Staff is slow, unresponsive, and could care less. Location is bad with narrow paths both coming in from Custer Rd and also from 15th St. What happened. A decade ago it was a lot better. I just had my last piece crap cheese burger I'll ever eat at any McDonalds unless I'm starving to death. I had to wait behind a loser in line that had his own problem with them, but they made me sit there until my food got colder, my 1/4 pounder was a double cheese burger, I got pickles and onions when asked for no pickles and no onions 3x, my drink was a warm drpepper instead of a cold coke, and instead apologizing she thought it was amusing! This location will automatically upgrade your drink. This has happened many times. This morning I ordered a combo meal. Noticed on the screen an upcharge for the drink. When I got to the window I asked if I was being charged for an upgraded drinks. Was told no. Got my receipt and was indeed charged 30 cent for it Mentioned it at the pickup window and the woman only spoke Spanish and acted as if she didn't understand me. This location is very busy at dinner time but has a small dining area. It does not have self service refills but the workers there got me a refill and seemed nice. App item prices are higher here than at other Plano locations and they charge extra for most condiments like bbq sauce or honey. But as a consequence of being busy the food is made fresh. read more

The 2 latinas employees here were rude. The whole time they had their restless B face on. There's no condiments out or napkins yet they don't want people to ask for anything??? Maybe have a better setup at your store that allows customers to have access to things you don't want to be asked for. I only gave one star to complain.. DO NOT ORDER from here. No one answered phone after I complained to Uber. Past 10 orders I got a partial refund but was charged a lot more. $20+ more for 2 meals missing. It wasn't the Uber driver so if you do order make sure you take a screenshot before you place order. When I went to see receipt it was missing an ordered meal that never came but I was charged anyway.. & contact Uber driver & he hung up when questioned. I totally blame McDonald's for this. This is not an isolated issue. There is a preparation issue with oatmeal. This is an issue that is at several restaurants and it irritates the $%@*# out of me and I'm sure others as well. When I order oatmeal, I do not expect to get soup but that's what I get. I lift the lid and there is a cup full of water and it is irritating. A simple fix of training employees on how to prepare/measure the amount of hot water to use would resolve this problem. read more

Be careful of this MCDonalds they take a Mobile order at Night they you get there and they say we are not taking mobile orders only CASH they already charged your credit card. But they can only take your cash when we ordered at the window it was 18.46 they are not giving receipts we sat at the drive thru and order the same thing we order on the mobile app and guess what it was the same amount charged on the mobile app.So we ordered to pay with they could not give us a receipt. We even gave them out phone show what correct Amount should.. I guess the employees have a way to make up for their salable wages that McDonald pays. then. I have been coming to this McDonald's for over 20 years. It's right by my house and very convenient for me. Unfortunately I am always having an issue with this location, food is never fresh, employees are rude, and the worst part 90% of the time they are always leaving something out from my order. Stopped by here and got a Cheeseburger kids meal at about 2pm because I had missed lunch. Wasn't busy, and I had to wait a minute or so for fresh fries. Thank you! I really hate soggy old fries. They nailed that part. The cheeseburger, that's a different story. The pickles were clumped in a pile on one side, and there was too much onion in it. Worse than that was that the bun wasn't soft and it seemed mealy. I wrote corporate about this visit. The buns and the meat are the two most important parts of the burger. They missed on 1 of these. Seems to me that the McD's in the town, probably everywhere are struggling to put out a consistently good product. Plus their prices are out of whack! My advice to corporate McD's would be to stop trying to do all these newfangled burgers, go back to your original menu 10 yrs ago, and get your prices in check. A Big Mac is $4.39 + dollars!
