So I'm here for about an hour and a half. I found a table with a power outlet, placed my order on the McDonald's app and a few minutes later, one of the crew brought over my meal. Touchless and avoiding contact, I'm a fan. The McDouble was cooked and assembled properly, the fries were a bit underdone and the nuggets were warm. I swapped out the soda for a bottle of water, which was cold. Other than the slight miss with the food, the restaurant was clean inside and out. Hello! This is why I put 4 stars. McDonald's is okay! The problem is it is hit or miss with the fries, sometimes they put enough salt and sometimes not. The nuggets are very good, I've never had "Bad" chicken nuggets. From McDonald's at least. I do not eat the burgers, I'm not a big fan of any type of burgers. Me and my father went here to grab a quick bite to eat. We get there and wait at the counter for a few minutes until a worker comes by and mumbles "it would be quicker to order from the kiosk" we do so and wait for our food. There were multiple issues with our food, my fries were the wrong size, they forgot our apple pies, and they didn't have any large cups. The guy who mumbled at us before continued to give us short, aggressive answers. Once we get home, we are eating and I find a hair in my food. We waited for are food for 10 mins because the guy at the window was sitting there talking to his lady friend which held up the whole line. It was honestly outrageous and disappointing it made me late to my job. The quality of the food and the customer service at this location has taken a giant cliff-dive over the last few weeks. The newly trained girls that work the drive-thru after 10:00 PM are rude, and practically toss the bag of food at you through the window and seem really unengaged in their jobs and they don't even try to hide it. Cold fries and cold burgers are the norm since they've been working here. Seriously, sometimes the fries and burger aren't even luke-warm. They got me again tonight. Warmish fries, cold Big Mac with a nice stiff piece of cheese on it. Nary a corner was melty and wilting. This was refrigerator-stiff cheese. Totally flat and stiff like a slab of orange plywood. Do yourself a favor and avoid having this experience or worse. Drive the short distance to the other location on Rt. 9 Margaret Street. I've always gotten hot, crispy fries there and the burgers are always hot. The regular staff always seems engaged in their jobs and pleasant to deal with. I've never encountered rudeness and unbridled sloth at that location either. Would you believe that one of the drive-thru girls mentioned above was actually sipping on a Coke at the drive-thru window? Had the straw jammed right up in her mouth like a thirsty elephant at a watering hole. I've never seen that before. I don't EVER want to see it again. read more

Always fun here. They have a fully decked dollar menu here unlike what you see in major cities. The staff is usually friendly here, the parking lot is easy, and the dining area is generally clean. You can have as much soft drink as you desire since it is DIY. Easily the best of their kind here. Plus drive thru is very efficient as well. read more

The service was great, and was extremely fast. The cleanliness is a 5/5, and everything is well kept up. There are even height chairs for babies as well. The woman who took our order was extremely nice and acts very genuine. I've had bad experiences with cashier workers before but not here. The only thing that I would say that was kind of bad were the prices (they were kind of high), but overall a definite 4/5 stars. read more
