The order was taking a long time to be made. I understand it's busy and there are many customers, but my boyfriend has health issues and he cannot wait long to eat. I am thankful for the manager's kindness and understanding, even though she was handling difficult situations. This was not her fault. I was dissatisfied while waiting at the register because I had to wait for ten minutes, a different worker gave assistance to other customers who had short waits. Twice, I was ignored by this worker and she asked me whether I needed anything after 10 minutes with an unfriendly tone of voice, and rudely suggested that I ask for a manager. After politely asking for a refund and seeking assistance, the worker was extremely rude and made me feel awful. I also understand that the manager cannot do the refund since it's a mobile order. However, I believe that Taco Bell should come up with something where customers can receive a refund right away inside the store instead of waiting for it. went through drive through last night to order some dinner. i had my service dog with me so when i ordered a box of tacos i had asked if they could make one of those "soft shell and with just meat and cheese for the puppy" when we got our box and my sister opened it she noticed the soft taco was labeled "for the puppy" this was the only soft one in the box so it really was just a sweet extra step they took. such a sweet gesture. it may seem little but it really made my day!! i have had other locations completely forget her taco so this extra step really meant a lot to me!!! read more

Those stoned high schoolers have figured out the ratios of cheese sauce sour cream lettuce tomatoes and cheese to beef to concoct the essence of pure flavor. This is one of the worst Taco Bells I have ever been to. You never know what to expect from the person behind the cash register. They often act like they would rather be anywhere other than there. The speed of service seems to have nothing to do with how busy they are. I have been there when they were busy and gotten my food quickly. I have also been there when there were only 3 customers and had it take 10 minutes because they kept screwing up orders and remaking them. The food is the worst of any Taco Bell I've visited. The beans are watered down to the point you should eat a bean burrito by squeezing it out rather than biting it. Another reviewer said "they're like spackle". I'm guessing they overly water them down early in the day so that later they will not have to adjust the thickness. That's just lazy! The taco meat is the same way. It's far too wet. Combine that with the fact that the lettuce is dripping with water when they put it on your taco. What you end up with is a taco that is dripping water down your arm as you eat. If you get an order to go, the taco shells are soggy by the time you make your 5 minute drive back to the office. A couple of things that are not the staff's fault. The taco shells have gotten so thin over the years that if they happen to make it to you unbroken, which they often don't, they explode when you take the first bite. Me giving this two stars (I'd give it two and a half if I could) is wholly related to this particular Taco Bell. I like Taco Bell and go there all the time. Points in this location's favor are its cleanliness, the demeanor of the staff, and the fact that it serves Taco Bell food. The two reasons I'm giving this two stars: the speed of service and the prices. As I said, the staff is nice but every time I'm in here, it's a 10 minute minimum wait from the time I order to the time I receive my food. It's not the end of the world, but it's double the time you wait anywhere else. I'll mention that I usually go in the afternoon, before dinner rush. As far as the prices go, every item on this menu is more expensive than your average Taco Bell. They charge mall prices and some items are even higher. I don't quite understand it as all of the other fast food places on this road are normal prices. Overall, it's still Taco Bell and it's still good.
