I used to recommend this McDonalds but the last FOUR times things were missing from my order. I have had enough! I asked directly if the sauce is in the bag--the window person told me to my face they put it in themselves--no sauce in the bag! Tonight I tried it through DoorDash. I texted the dasher and he directly asked them if the sauce was in the bag and they said it was. The bag was thoroughly sealed. No sauce and my two apple pies were missing! I cannot comprehend how hard this job could possibly be. I have worked fast food for years and years and cannot understand how the workers here could possibly get things wrong, hand things out uncooked, or completely miss things altogether, ALL while being insanely rude (looking at you racist hunchback). I am convinced that the people who work here are just vindictive, bitter people who do things wrong on purpose because they're mad that people are asking them to do their jobs. This McDonald's used be a really solid location around 2016/2017. Food was always fresh and quick. I don't know if it's an issue with understaffing, or if it's an issue of plain carelessness; but this location has been AWFUL lately. I never write reviews and am coming here after repeatedly having experiences that don't justify McDonald's as a Brand. As a former Crew Trainer, I'm genuinely baffled that nobody has stepped in and done something about the issues with this store. First and foremost, some (not all!) employees aren't consistent in reading back orders in the drive thru. Most are, but one employee in particular usually seems annoyed as they yell, "VALUED CUSTOMER?" Through the window when you pull up -- which is pretty jarring if you're not expecting it. When I haven't ordered through the app, the same employee reads the order back to you. It's occasionally deterred me from ordering on the app, because I know I'll get an easier transaction without any confusion. That being said, we often place our order on the app ahead of time. The app says your food will be ready when you arrive! It is never ready. We always get through the line VERY quickly -- because they treat their parking lot like a SONIC and send almost every single car to a parking spot to wait for fifteen minutes; just to receive cold food (because half of it has been waiting for the other half to be done.) This is clearly being done to accomplish a good drive thru rate. As a crew trainer, I would have encouraged this behavior for one or two cars when we truly needed a minute to get the order together. But, every knew employee that it was a last resort type of ordeal. The goal was always efficiency and we were held accountable if we were abusing the spots reserved for drive thru. This McDonald's has had EIGHT spots filled before with a poor runner going from car to car trying to figure out who's order is what. This location has gotten to the point that I am ordering MORE food than I need because I know that something will be missing or wrong or inedible and it is not worth the hassle and attitude received when you bring it up the the employees at this location. I am always OVERTLY nice when talking to anybody in the customer service industry. We've all had a pot of coffee thrown at us by a nasty customer right? But the attitude of the employees here when you tell them something isn't right with your order is unbelievable. Now the food. It's like playing roulette as to who in the car is gonna be the most dissatisfied with their order. There is ALWAYS at least two things in the bag that are Lukewarm at best. Usually the fries are cold and not very salty, often the nuggets have been sitting for quite some time and sometimes the 10:1 burgers are just little hockey pucks. They forget the sauce about 1/3 of the time, which is usually the only saving grace when trying to mask the miserable taste of lukewarm McDonald's. I do stay trying though for the VERY rare (and getting more rare) occasion that I do get a gloriously hot and perfectly salty box of fries, or a bite into a hot crispy golden nugget that I actually get to dip into sauce. Unfortunately both have never happened on the same occasion, but I'm hopeful that one day this McDonald's will again become even half of what it once was. Also -- when I asked what the mambo sauce was, not a single employee could tell me. Imagine if you just had the employees try it once as a company wide thing so they could tell customers? I will say, there is one employee that calls people ma'am and sir and is VERY pleasant and competent to communicate with. read more

I arrived at McDonald's in Plymouth New Hampshire at approximately 6am like I do every Saturday morning. As I approached the restaurant I could see that the garbage and soda stain on the out side walkway had gotten considerably bigger. You had to walk through it to get through the door. Pictures included. As is habit I used the bathroom before I put in my normal order. The bathroom smelled of urine, cigarettes, and body odor. On the floor was a large dried urine puddle. Pictures included. As I left the bathroom, the sun was shining through the window. The floor appeared to be greasy and unclean. I could see footprints on the greasy floor. I had to wonder if some of those footprints were from the dried urine in the bathroom. They did go to and from the door. I normally order two sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle with hash browns and a large drink. All of a sudden they did not seem so appetizing. I wondered what the food prep area looked like considering the lobby and bathroom were so disgusting at 6 am? I have decided that this McDonald's will no longer be a place I eat at read more

not a happy camper. a few months ago , my daughter was on her way home to maine and stopped at the mcdees in plymouth. the same one i've been going to for decades. i always had a good relationship with the staff and manager. so the McChicken my daughter got wasn't edible. she even sent me a picture of it. which i sent twice in a nice letter to the manager. she threw it out of the car. it was a piece of garbage. so i sent a nice letter. not a bad one at all. i sent the picture too. plus my phone number and email. i never got a response. so i waited a couple of months and tried again. still not a word. and i'm not bashing them or wanting any coupons or anything. i was just bringing this to their attention. and to be blown off by a place i've patronized for decades gets my nose out of joint. so thats why i'm resorting to this review and ratting them out. so if your in plymouth,nh and looking for a place to eat and that might actually appreciate your business, there are other choices close by. personally, i will NEVER go there again as long as i live............... read more

Ima keep this short, if i could rate this location no stars i fucking would. Told the guy at the drive thru i wanted a BACON MC DOUBLE, need i say a bacon MCDOUBLE. Said it 3 times cuz the dude clearly couldn't hear me and kept saying uhh one min. The dude said the total was 15$ so in my head I'm like 15$? I said a bacon McDouble with a medium fry and a 10 piece nugget and thats 15$? Idc about paying the money but i knew it wasn't what i ordered since i get this order all the time.
