Customer service was outstanding. I took my kids here to celebrate a good report card. Management was very responsive when the electronic menu board didn't reflect everything we entered. The manager was SO understanding and kind that my 4th grader insisted we write a review to recognize his work. After seeing other reviews, I suspect the company sent this guy in to turn the place around. Job well done. The dining area was clean and offers a couple of fun modern booths. Food was consistent as expected with McDonald's. The drive through service was friendly and courteous and even with a line we were able to get through the li e quickly. It's a McDonald's so the ambiance is t fancy, just utilitarian. One thing that could be improved o. If I can I would put 0 star. This McDonald's in Plymouth MN is awful. I ordered the hot cakes for myself and my boyfriend. This people who are working there don't put the right amount of food we ordered. It's not just one time it's constantly as example instead two pieces bacon they put just one piece all the time. I ve paid for en extra bacon and they don't put any. This place is a shame. I would never come come back again. Drive thru order taker was extremely rude right from the start without any prompting. They were rushing the order taking and sounded frustrated. Their tone was very argumentative. When at the window, cashier was nice, however the original order taker working in the background was making dismissive remarks. This person seemed to be a manager as well as they were wearing a red shirt and the cashier was wearing gray. It wasn't like our order was complicated. We got the promotional meal, two sandwiches, some nuggets and another drink. But the customer service was extremely frustrating. I am very forgiving of fast food workers and restaurants as I know that mistakes happen and people have off days. But the fact that from the start I was treated the way I was is complete unacceptable. This employee, in my opinion, should not be working there. read more

Was going to place a drive through order. The drive through staff, a bald headed African American male staff, plain outright asked me, "what do you want?" instead of introducing with a proper standard McDonald's greeting, "Hi, Welcome to McDonald's, how can I help you?" I provided instant feedback saying I would appreciate he started with a proper greeting. He continued saying, "what do you want?" I paused. He then asked me to leave. That was very rude. I ordered through DoorDash and when my food got here, my sandwiches were inedible because I asked for no meat but there was meat on them. I ordered a blue fanta slushie for my son but it came lemonade (which is whatever I guess if they didnt have the flavor at least they sent something instead of nothing at all). My sweet tea tastes like coffee drippings. I contacted doordash and they issued a reorder so I decided to give McDonalds a quick call to let them know and to clarify. I feel that I was very polite but the employee that answered interrupted me, talked to me like i was stupid, didnt let me explain, and hung up on me. I'm now scared to eat the food when it gets here if it's even right. Update: foods here. there's no meat on it but I'm still not eating it because the way he treated me made me scared he would spit in it or something. they sent the right flavor slushie this time but my son is in bed so it doesn't matter now and the sweet tea still tastes like old coffee drippings. read more

I go to this McDonalds for my morning oatmeal and beverage. they are always courteous and provide accurate orders. I love seeing the same staff daily. though some can be super focused on getting the product to you and not pay attention to you as a customer as much, most are really great and friendly. I, especially like to see Michael and the manager. They are always smiling and generous on asking how my day is and just chatting (if there is no line) or wishing me well (if there is a line). They are open during the pandemic and during peak times always have a line, so plan ahead. :) read more

I was already upset when coming in so I'm probably over reacting so take this with a grain of salt. I did an online order. When I went to the window to pick it up they gave me the complete wrong sandwich and forgot my side so I told them my order and the they gave me the correct side but the wrong sandwich still which I didn't realize until I got home. read more

It has a new look and feel. A bunch of outlets for us laptop people. As of right now, it is nice and clean. I'll hold my judgement on being clean, just because it just had a redo of the lobby. I wished it did it for the kitchen as well. But I understand they wanted to keep the drive thru open, while the lobby is redone. For now, it is a nice place to go. I'll update or right a new review of this in a month or so from now. 4 stars is because I know how the staff is/was before the lobby redo. I would be glad to change/update this to a 5 star McDonald's (in terms of other McDonald's in the area), if the staff is like this couple of month from now. read more

I've been to this McDonald's two times now and every time I come thru, it's always a disappointment. First they messed up my order and I didn't want to go back in to tell them because it wasn't worth my time and second I order my food from my app and tried to go thru the drive for pick up but this rude assssss dude didn't greet me. He just ask me what I want in a rude way while talking to other customers inside. Got me f-up! I told him I order online and got a code. But then he went on saying "it don't work" I'm like what don't work. And he was like "the app, it don't work" in a rude way without apologizing. worst drive through experience of my life. never been so upset after a mcdonalds visit. a friend and i both had codes on the app for free fries. we went through the drive through and gave our codes. firstly, it took quite awhile for the cashier to enter the orders. then, when we pulled up to the first window, a kind boy told us we needed to pay 27 cents for sauce, even though the codes said no purchase necessary. he was very understanding and told us he would remove the sauce and give it to us for free after showing him the code. so, we pulled up to the next window and were not-so-warmly greeted with a woman asking us if we had paid. we evenly explained the situation and she was immediately defensive. she told us we must pay 50 cents for a sauce. it was clear that she knew she was in the wrong but was just trying to cover up her worker's mistake. we calmly persisted because we did not want to pay 50 cents after using our points. it was a back and forth and ended with her harshly telling us to "have a good night ladies" and quickly shutting the window in our faces. we made our way down to the medina mcdonalds and recieved much better service by their manager! the medina mcdonalds is definitely worth the extra 5 minute drive down hwy 55 read more

Avoid this McDonald's at all costs. There are other ones that treat their customers with respect. This one gives out food that looks old and cold. After dropping our food they didn't even apologize. When taking our order they didn't seem to understand and we asked them to repeat and they wouldn't. Then they proceeded to yell at us. Instead of the manager listening to our situation she immediately sided with the extremely rude lady. Another time, the flurry machine was broken down and I was told I should go to the location by 55, because it was a newer McDonald's. I have complained about McDonalds before but this has to be the worse store in the MN, WI, IL area! They mess up my order, the bread is often stale and the fries are always either undercooked, OR the oil in the fryer is not cleaned out, and it leaves an oil residue on the fries that makes the fries bitter and rubbery. 3rd time in a row that I had to come back to get part of the order because they forgot it. customer service is just a straight out fail at this store. I started my order by walking up to the counter and after about a min of the cashier just staring at me I ask should I go ahead and tell you what I want? there was no thank yous, can we help yous, not even a smile from anyone on staff. when I came back to get the missing part of my order, I went up to the counter and had several of the staff by the fryer looking over at me and whispering to one another before I finally asked a guy walking by if I could please get the remainder of my order that I had to drive back for. I will seriously NOT be back to this location. Staff is rude and unhelpful! I ordered breakfast this morning, first order is a big breakfast with hot cakes. I order a second one and am told they cannot do more than one because they are out of biscuits. You couldn't just substitute the biscuit for a English muffin? But whatever I order a McGriddle and am told they are out of that as well. Fine. I get done ordering and my total is 25 dollars, seems like a lot for the food I ordered. When I get my food I check the bag, and am met with rolling eyes and huffing. Every time I come here something is missing or gets screwed up, if I am paying 25 dollars damn right I'm checking the bag, it took 3 seconds. I look at the receipt and the individual orders are not adding up to 25 dollars.. I ask if she can clarify how it came out to 25 dollars when I'm getting around 15 but then at the end the total is 25. I hand her the receipt and she just points and says, "see it's 25 dollars". I say ok, but how it's not adding up to that much? I just wanted clarification, I could have been missing something but she just says, "what don't you understand?? It says 25 dollars!". I tried to explain one more time that the amounts don't add up, but the receipt was obviously low on ink so maybe there was a 2x next to something I was missing? I am just trying to get some clarification and she just yells at me again that the receipt says 25 dollars. She obviously doesn't get what I am saying but chooses to just yell and try to make me feel bad for wanting the clarification. Never going back! read more

I was at this McDonald's a few nights ago early evening. The lobby door was locked and a worker was locked outside the place. He looked uncomfortable to me and said the lobby was closed and I had to use the drive thru. I saw two girls inside who looked angry but they let him in. A couple days before this I saw two McDonald's executives I believe inside doing some survey wearing fancy suits. Since then, I noticed the service and the employees are trying to keep up with the customers and most of everybody has to wait????? I won't be going to this McDonald's anymore, the service and the safety of the place is not welcome. I don't know if the Management of McDonald's will see this...but they should wake up and see what is going on at this McDonald's. The McDonald's just down the road on Hwy 55 is just fine....it is much farther for me to go there so i won't be going as often as usual. Lately, with the take away of menu items and the way McDonald's is running their business I give them a big F for failure. read more
