I'm thoroughly disgusted with what $20.00 bought me. This little mini chicken sandwich and a burnt tasteless fish sandwich is a disgrace to both land and sea food. I honestly cannot believe this place is in business and that people are actually lined up for their food. For the chicken sandwich, I'm literally paying for bread, lettuce and A tomato. The chicken is so thin you'd think they'd double it up. Mannn, I could've gone to Popeyes for a waaaaaay better chicken sandwich and for less. I took one bit of the fish sandwich and threw it away. If I order four cones, two double and two single, I expect the double to have more ice cream. I dunno if it's just this franchise but the Golden Valley and Maple Grove aren't so stingy. Only go to this location if you have to. Also their pints are more. Even counting gas you'll save money going to a different Culver's which I often do. This is a great spot for a fast food option. The service is fast, and you order at the counter. Their burgers are great, good fries, and amazing custard. Their kids meow and it's a great price as well and comes with a coupon for an ice cream, too. Fast food survey continues with Culver's. Folks I'm starting to run out of adjectives. Regardless I find they serve a burger of quality. Most recently a friend and I experienced the Culver's version of curbside pickup. One orders via drive thru, receives a number and then waits for food to be delivered to one's idling vehicle. It seemed a bit clunky but actually worked quite well. We ate at an available picnic table that we stumbled across. I found my burger to be messy but satisfying. Crinkle cut fries were not bad. My buddy had no complaints about his burger. In the numerous times and locations I've never ordered a "Concrete." I guess if I'm in the mood for ice cream I'd rather go elsewhere. read more

I have been going her for years and always had great service and good food. This was my 3rd vist in the last month, but I will never go back. Recently we were at Culvers and got 2 sundaes with very small amounts of toppings. My wife complained to the owner and he gave us coupons for 2 free sundaes. I thought that was nice of him. We went back 2 weeks later to use the coupons and the owner was very hostile saying the coupons were not valid and it wasn't his handwriting. He also said he has never see us before in his life, I guess I wouldn't expect him to recognize everyone. I said to him "do you think I wrote this" and he said yes. This Culvers is always SUPER busy and has a long line all the time for the drive-through window orders. They recently added a call-in number where they will bring the order out to you in front of the store. I just wanted some fries one day and decided to use this feature. The line of course was still long. I asked them on the phone if it was better to stay in line or to leave it and use the carryout option. They said to use the carry out one. So I proceeded to tell them I only wanted a large french fry and I had it within the minute. They swiped my credit card and I was on my way. I don't think the drive-in window line had moved much during that time. So glad they offered this new feature. read more
