Wondering if there is any shame left on this fast food that advertise an amazing picture and when you get the order is the complete oposite. I'm extremely disappointed with the hamburger I received. The burger looked nothing like the picture advertised on the menu, website, app and social media. In the photo, the patty looked thick and juicy, with fresh lettuce, nicely melted slices of cheese and Big Mac sauce. What I got was a thin, dry patty, lettuce that look like it was placed just because the instructions say so, and cheese that wasn't even placed like in the advertisements. The bun was uneven is some parts , and the whole burger looked thrown together with no care. It honestly felt misleading compared to what's being promoted. I understand food styling for ads, but this wasn't even close. The taste was horrible! Who came with this idea? Tasted like the flat-top grill was never clean for months, just an awful after taste. And no Big Mac sauce like in the picture!!!!!!!!! For the price I paid, I expected something that at least resembled the picture. For the first time in months they had ice cream available. The vanilla ice cream shake tasted like strawberry though. I ordered pretty quickly but they had people pulling off to save their time clock. There was a car at window 3 waiting for food and 3 cars (I'm included in that 3) pulled into the app ordering parking spots because they couldn't keep up. McDonald's should take some lessons from chickfila to keep things moving. Fries didn't taste salted, but they were hot at least. read more

Ordered curbside 2 cold drinks.,Other cars parked in curbside area had no occupants. Clue! After 15 minutes went in since drive thru line was long. People were everywhere and 1 order taker.?people lined up along walls waiting for on site and pickup orders to be fulfilled but seemed to be sufficient staff making food. Just 1 guy delivering to tables. I asked 3 separate staff for help and was blown off by 2 of 3. After waiting for cashier to be available I asked her for help for 2 cold drinks and she came back with one which belonged to someone else. Gave her the order number again and finally got the drinks. Ice was pretty melted so anticipate it sat awhile. Iced coffee was gross and dumped it. McDowner! Obviously some management issues here. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service from the window operator all the way down to the cook the restaurant was filthy and dirty. The food came out, not even on the bun. I've never received a cheeseburger off the bun and still in a wrapper. There was more ketchup on the wrapper, there was on the hamburger. It was disgusting. I wish you could just get your money back from McDonald's. This was absolutely horrible. do not go here. It was so bad and dirty. I pray I did not get hepatitis from these people. read more

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I had to stand in the line for 20 minutes for an Uber eats order and no one came to ask what order I had. People where rude when I finally got my order and was mad when I told them that they needed to do their job. No one even acknowledged me until I went behind the counter and yelled at someone. Costumer service here is absolutely awful I don't recommend coming to this one if you're going to eat inside. They are extremely hateful and don't care about their costumers at all. There also was a whole group of the guys standing around near the food area talking to eachother. No wonder they are so slow. Please don't go here it's horrible. read more

24/7 understaffed. That seems to be the issue every time we come to this McDonald's. We waited over 45 minutes in the drive-thru to get our order even at 11pm. Everyone in the line behind us became frustrated and left the line honking. Absolutely unacceptable. Service is horrendous and the management needs to investigated ASAP. During my visit to this location a few months ago, I had an unfortunate encounter with a particular employee who was quite rude to me. She displayed sarcastic behavior and laughed at me together with her coworkers. When I asked what I did wrong, she proceeded to mock the way I spoke, which left me feeling very upset. If you're driving on i-4 at night and you're hungry... KEEP DRIVING. Even though they are supposed to be open until 1am, it's hit or miss. You never know if they are open or not. The lights will be on, but no one answers at the drive thru. I guess management doesn't care what time their employees decide to stop working. There's an Arbys at the Loves gas station, and a Taco Bus next door. Maybe you'll have better luck. read more

so, what can i say, this place is a hit or miss, went today mobile parked in slot 3 watched the person bring out one big bag of food and go to slot 2, watched the lady go thew the bag of food than give it back to the person that brought it out. Then that person brings the same bag to me, on the ticket was my name and a Big # 3 for slot. the person hands the bag to me an walks away, quickly check bag and missing 2 items, call for the person that im missing stuff and she goes back in the store, same person brings out 2 small bags and a coffee goes to slot 2 the lady takes her small bag and coffee whick is what she order than the person brings my missing items to me. this is by far the best McDonald's I've ever eaten at, the customer service is extremely good, and the food is always perfect. I come here a couple times a month and every time I am greeted with one of the most amazing cast of charismatic service members. They always take my order perfectly and I can always efficiently get my food. The kitchen people are also fantastic, I've came in over a hundred times and they've never messed up my intricate order. This is one of the few fast food restaurants where I've ever felt like a valued customer and I really appreciate it. read more
