It was thinner than I would like it to be. Not thick and creamy. I may try the strawberries and cream shake next time. They have a long list of different smoothie and shake combinations posted on the truck. It was much lengthier than what I saw online. The lobster roll was the star of the show here. This one looked like it had more than 3 oz of lobster. This one was served chilled with melted butter on the side. My mother ate every bit of it. I tried a large piece of claw meat. It was great! It's counter service, so on arrival you get on line and be given a number to place on a table you've seated yourself on. The sandwiches are great as are the salads and sweet tea. I assumed that this was a take on key lime pie merely subbing grapefruit juice for the lime juice. Instead, this pie was quite gelatinous! If you like jello, go for it!
