This is a difficult McDonald's to review. I've never had any issues with the food here, so that's good. But it's odd to get to from the freeway, so that's not good. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful, so that's good. But there's no play place, so that's not good. The drive thru moves very quickly, so that's good. The dining room was very cold (to be fair it was December), so that's not good. A pretty mixed bag if I'm being honest. Never had any issues with the food. The one manager here named Diane or Dina however you spell it. It's extremely rude. She is also very rude to her staff and customers. She looks like an ugly version of Nanny McPhee I asked her a simple question about an item on the menu since I've never tried it before, and she literally chewed my head off not to mention she sounds like a chipmunk from Alvin the chipmunks I came in here one time for a burger and fries for dinner in the burger was raw and a fries were overcooked from the lunch breast and I came here at 7 PM if you have love to have diarrhea this is your go to place I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy to eat here and that saying something this place should be called Mclaxatives and not McDonald's. Also not to mention the service here is extremely slow if you want to wait 30 minutes or more for your meal come here even when the place is extremely empty. I am going to start with the positive just so I don't sound all finicky. Service was prompt and friendly. Smile included. Food was warm and fresh. Now the negative. The place was dead, so remembering my days in customer service, this is the time that you clean the place. Bathroom was REALLY messy. Like I almost left but had to go so braved it. Paper towels and bits of toilet paper on the floor. Why wasn't this being attended to by one of the many employees I saw basically moving around and trying to look busy without actually being busy. Every time we go to this McDonalds they get the order wrong, how do you leave chicken nuggets out of a chicken nuggets Happy Meal? How do you put on a tag on a sandwich that says triple cheeseburger and only put two patties on the sandwich? How do you forget items all together? It this location wasn't so close I would go to another McDonalds. Stopped in for a milkshake. Ordered a large Chocolate milkshake. The first time around it tasted nothing like chocolate, more like overly sweet vanilla. They remade it and it tasted a bit more chocolate but still overly sweet and the artificial taste was so strong. Didn't try another other foods but would not order a milkshake from here.
