Good food, not great. Had fish, shrimp, chips and rings. Taste was fine and people were good. A little stingy on the malt vinegar maybe. Actually pretty quick service but clearly this is freezer to bag food. I didn't go inside. read more

I used drive thru. Service was quick and friendly. Ambiance in the restaurant looks open and welcoming. Good was pretty good for fast food. My first Zips visit. Onion rings are great; onion doesn't pull out when eating. They are cooked perfect and taste great. I also had a fishwich. I wish the patty was thicker but it tasted great. read more

Excellent food! The fish is golden , crispy, & tasty! The burger is hot, delectable & must have made to order. The fries are good, the service is pleasant.... ZIPS is a local franchise & UNFORTUNATELY each ZIPS is run differently... We live in Coeur D Alene Idaho (the downtown ZIPS is TERRIBLE) We travel 20 minutes each way to eat at the Post Falls because it's superior to all others ZIPS except the Rathdrum Idaho one which is also good... Whoever owns THIS Post Falls Zips deserves an industry award... ( I grew up in the restaurant biz) This is exactly what fast food should be... Golden, crispy, fresh, tasty food at a great price... We ate there the other night, not like the one in Spokane Valley. We ordered I had a burger with the bbq sauce in a meal large size, it was all bun with two little dried up patties couple pieces of bacon cheese and a small amount of bbq sauce all on one end. It was all bread, the large fries were half empty and cold. My daughter had a papa Jo in a meal medium size and my wife has a cheeseburger. 49.00 dollars later disappointing. read more

First time trying Zip's since moving to Idaho. I got the chicken strip combo and both the chicken and the fries were hot and fresh. The wait was move like a drive in type rather than a McDonalds, however it was worth it. Their fry sauce was also really good. The fries could've used a bit more salt or seasonings but that is just my personal preference. All in all a good drive in restaurant. read more

Zero stars! Lobby was closed so no one being helped in lobby. No one in front of me in drive through. Waited 25 minutes for fries and ice tea. Fries were cold, I asked for extra fry sauce and of course not received and ice tea tasted like water. Took an extra 5 minutes just to bring sweetener. No straw in the bag for tea...parked and went to the drive thru window as lobby was closed and there was a line of cars now. Treated like crap when I asked for a straw. I went to Zips in Post Falls last Friday. When I got up to the window, the person was not wearing a facemask. I looked in and not one employee that was working in the kitchen was wearing a mask. I was shocked that they were not taking the easiest of precautions to keep their employees safe or the customers. Statistics have shown that most people that contract covid have recently eaten out or from a restaurant. I will not be returning, which is very disappointing as we like supporting Zips and it's close to home. read more

I have tried this Zip's two times...and tonight will be my last. The first time we ordered a family pack, and then an extra burger, and it confused the window person so much they couldn't figure out how to ring it up. Tonight I went thru and ordered $30 worth of food. I was given a 6 piece mozz stick when I ordered a 12 piece. And when I called, the manager Steven said I got a 6 piece "because you ordered a 6 piece". Super rude, and can't get your orders right...do NOT recommend! read more

We waited 15 minutes for 2 corn dogs and a hot dog and we were the only ones in line. Our fries were old, cold then re-fried and served to us. They were soggy and dripping in grease. Also, the grease clearly wasnt changed in a very long time because it tasted clearly rotten. We will not come back here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone read more

Great service inside, and I refuse to give 5 stars for a joint with lengthy wait times inside the drive through window. The interior is themed like the Tropicana hotel and casino in old Las Vegas, this zips doesn't smell like the Troppie but it's outdated like it! Interior is outdated but very clean and well cared for. The guys behind that counter were very helpful, not horrible pushy and easy to deal with. The bacon burger is a solid choice, this is no heart attack inducing menace to society but a good freshly cooked burger with a great taste for Post Falls fast food. The tater gems are the most amazing tots in town! Don't forget to load up on the heart stopping fry sauce. The milkshake menu is lengthy, great flavor selection and I really like the peanut butter shake as they use real peanut butter which I can appreciate. Well, this is drive-in fast food. But I had to write a review for the friendliest service ever. We showed up a little past breakfast time but they still made us a special order breakfast sandwich and charged us less. The coffee was huge and hot. The food was typical Zips, good burger and fries. However my kids and I got there 45 minutes before closing and was told I couldn't eat inside and I had to take it to go. I said we'd be done well in advance and the cashier apologized and said that's just what she was told. No signs or anything up stating this. I would recommend if you are closing your lobby early you at least tell people or put up a sign that all orders after a certain time is to go only. read more

I have always enjoyed Zips in Spokane Valley but today, in Post Falls was a joke! We ordered my daughter a hotdog and sat down to eat. Upon opening it, she found it had ketchup and pickles. She didnt order it that way so I asked for a plain hotdog. They refused. The " Assistant Manager", if thats what he calls himself, said thats the way they make them and they cant make a new one just because I want it another way. Seriously???? It said nowhere on the menu that hotdogs come with ketchup and pickles. So, "Mr. Assistant.Manager" Justin, let me tell you about customer service....you do what you need to do to have repeat customers. Yes, even if it means making another hotdog! Suck up your pride! I went to Zips in Trinities tonight! Fowler Street in Kennewick. The worst experience ever in any drive thru. Not kidding. I got there at 6:05, waited 30 mins before even making it to the speaker. The car in front of me, left 15 mins after placing it's order! After turning off my engine, getting out of my car, I finally went inside to see if the drive thru was even operating! They said sorry and I told them how pissed I was. Went back to my car, finally made it to order, placed my single fish and chips order and the wait commenced! When I got to the window, this young girl, handed me the order of the car in front of me, I told her that they left long ago but she still had charged my credit car for their order!!!! I was now super pissed! I informed her that I wasn't paying for that food and she asked me what I ordered. I said, Fish and chips. She refunded me the $25 for the order of the car in front of me. I waited and waited... finally she came out gave me my fish and chips. I gave her a $20 bill and for my change she gave me a fiver and $4.00 in quarters!!! I told her I wasn't gambling tonight and she could have care less! I will never return to Zips. I tried finding a corporate office but they are all independently owned. Good luck with that. It is impossible to complain at a higher level and that is that. I am going in tomorrow to talk with a manager and to get some kind of compensation. Like free Fish and chips. I don't know how a lot of their food tastes...simply because I'm stuck on their bacon burger!!! That's the best thing on their menu, and when you include those amazing french fries...I'm totally there. Everything is fresh and we almost always get friendly service.
