My cheese steak came out hot and toasty and I'm happy to report there was noticeably more meat on my sandwich than in the past. Meat kept falling out as I bit into it! As for the impossible part and it being plant-based, it was actually pretty decent and flavorful. I normally don't eat plant-based meat due to the over use of sodium to flavor, but this was pretty close to an actual cheese steak.
