Not good service and poor attitude from the female / approx. 5' height 180lb staff ( in duty 4/21 around 2 PM) in navy shirt. Ordered a large size of drink but came out with medium... which was a simple fix and proved by the receipt. She tried to ignored my quest by giving attitude till she realized I was standing there to wait for her response. It was not worth anybody's effort to defend to say " they put it wrong and it's my fault". No one tried to blame anyone at that time, just fix an honest mistake, period. read more

She opens up the lid to put in sweetener, and she finds an old receipt in her drink. It was a receipt from someone else's order, not even our own. One star is too good for this place. A lower rating would be more honest than this store. The communication is beyond terrible and the staff is entirely incompetent. I came to the store on a hot summer day, above 90 degrees and just wanted an ice cream cone. After waiting about five minutes and not being directed where the line was, I ordered. After about another 5 minutes, my number was called and I was told they didn't have any ice cream left. What the heck? Then why even take my order? I asked for an immediate refund and an apology for wasting my time. Nobody would give me an answer why they didn't realize an entire menu item was missing. Did they just intend to take my money and give me an air cone at the end? Did they just not tell their workers they're out of food? Do they like wasting their own time as well as mine? Even talking to the manager, she couldn't bother to answer my question. She did not look me in the eye or even give me a half straight answer. It isn't enough to just write this review. Everyone at this store should be fired and the store should be shut down. There's no point to having a store that just takes money and wastes the time of its customers. Save yourself the frustration and never come here. If you can, tell McDonald's corporate to just shut down this store. BEWARE: CHECK ALL YOUR MACDONALD'S HAPPY MEALS FROM THIS LOCATION My bf and I came into this macdonald's for lunch and we ordered a 20pc chicken nuggets and 2 happy meals. We are aware that people have been bulk buying happy meals for the trading cards and scalping them up in price online. We asked the cashier if he had the pokemon cards in stock because we wanted to get these for my bf's little cousins. Upon receiving a "Yes" as an answer, we were very excited to be able to get them since it seems like all over, people have been snatching them up. I even went back in line to purchase another happy meal for my brother. After getting home, we checked our happy meals and 1 out of 3 boxes had the pokemon card pack. The other 2 had regular toys that were not even advertised. I do not know nor do I understand why the macdonald's management (possibly could be happening at other locations as well) thought this was a great idea, but it is a very dishonest approach to their customers. If they say on their advertisement that EVERY HAPPY MEAL INCLUDES WHAT THEY ADVERTISE, they should not low-ball their consumers this way. Also, if they did run out of inventory, they should just be honest about it and say so. Explaining to their customers the reasons is a lot more professional than doing something as sketchy as this. I honestly cannot imagine how they can assume every adult is taking advantage of the situation and hype of pokemon for their own profit. I don't like thinking about how sad a child would be if they literally opened their pokemon-themed happy meal to not get what they most excited for. It is terrible. Please, if you are a family or parent getting your kids a happy meal here, check the box to make sure you get what you're paying for and so your child could be happy. read more

I've ordered 3 times through DoorDash and there's always something missing. They have no communication with DoorDash. They fail to communicate out of stock items with customers and DoorDash employees. Very disappointed to expect food to be delivered accurately yet consistently have something missing with zero communication letting us know certain items won't be delivered. It's not fair to have to pay for something while these employees know we won't receive what we paid for and they simply don't care. It's really unfortunate... the 1.5 stars this place has is actually too high. I live nearby, so this is the closest McDonald's to me, so we'll come here if we want something quick and easy. After all, a place like McDonald's should be all about consistency. You aren't going to get a fine dining experience, but you should know what to expect, it should be consistent with all your other McDonald's experiences. The more times I come to this place, the more they do to try and convince me it's the worst McDonald's in the country. Not only is my order almost always wrong (specifications not adhered to, missing condiments on to go orders, and more often than should be, missing entire items ordered. The inside has been open for a while now, and I took my kids inside and let them play in the play place. The restaurant was a disaster. We were there for about an hour, and while there, at least 3 tables had trash and leftover food on it and under it. Nobody seemed to care that it should be cleaned up. Their one hand sanitizer station was out of sanitizer, and when I asked, three employees looked at each other and one said, "I honestly don't know when the last time it wasn't empty." Same thing with the sanitizer wipes in the play place, they didn't have any replacements, and they didn't seem to know that there even should have been. I regularly see multiple employees standing around chatting so they don't have to make eye contact with a customer, because they might be requested to do something (provide napkins, condiments, etc). Just the worst McDonald's ever. And it's unfortunate that it's the only one close to me, because I'll likely go back. But not nearly as often as I would if it was a good establishment. Conrad is an absolutely terrible employee, doesn't treat customers with respect and laughs at them for mistakes that they themselves made. Left the drive through missing three items, and when I went back in to get them, he laughed in my face and told me that I had already gotten them. They remodeled this location recently, and I really hate the new format. There is a wall that separates the kitchen from customers, and no one is around to help you. if you need a drink refill, condiments, napkins, you have to ask for it. I've placed mobile orders in advance and it was never ready when I arrived and I still had to ask about my order and wait a significant amount of time when I got there. This is the closest McDonald's to me but I think I'll drive the extra mile to go to the other location. read more

Many of the workers near the fryer were playing potty cake, some with gloves some without. No changing of gloves before resuming touching the food. The mens bathroom needs cleaning due to some disaster in the toilet. Floor is also wet with piss in front of the urinalysis. Disgusting. Saw an assistant manager type use the phone, scratch her face, and not proceed to wash her hands. Guess the pandemic didn't teach us anything real about the spreading of germs and bacteria except plastic shields and masks and vaccinations will save us. I waited in that spot for 15 minutes before just giving up and going into the store to remind them of my existence. Turns out, the burger was just chilling there on the counter-- it was already gone cold. Asked to see a manager. Had to wait 5 minutes to talk to him. Then wait another 3 minutes to get another burger. But, hey, they slipped in a large fry for my troubles. It would have been faster to go to the grocery store, buy groceries, cook them and eat them, then to go to this McDonald's. Never again. read more

HORRIBLE MCDONALDS, it's one of those high tech McDonald's where you pretty much do everything yourself. You order, pay via card because cash is not accepted. No one will take your order. They have employees just standing around but can't help you, they get you the refill by filling up another cup and then pouring that into your cup. The food was cold and because you order via a machine you can't request anything. The manager has skills and a language as my 5 year old. When we went it was a Tuesday afternoon around 2 and the place was packed and loud with employees who were there just to chit chat and pick up their paycheck. So if you love horrible food and service then this McDonalds is for you, as for us NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

I ordered from the kiosk, I saw three people walk out of the line because of how long it took to get to them. No sense of urgency in the staff nor did they have the wherewithal to apologize or even thank customers for patience. It wouldn't be the worst decision to come here because it is a McDonalds after all and you can't expect 5-star service. However if this McDonalds can be avoided, avoid it. read more
