Was able to adjust sugar level but unable to adjust ice - and I did feel like they packed a lot of ice into my drink. But the flavor was on point and I loved the chewiness of their housemade boba. The tea was still slightly sweeter than I would have liked at 50% sweetness - but the cream on top, getting a sip with all the components was pretty amazing. And made my drive home that much more bearable. Saw somebody walk out of the shop after I had ordered with 4 thai tea salted creams ... was sad that I didn't get one for myself.
