They priorities drive thru first before curbside pick up. The last two days 4 cars came after I had been waiting for my order, came, ordered, and left before I received my order. The right door wasn't able to open and , no caution sign was posted and I was in a motion to opened and sudden stop make me spill the whole sink on the only door that is open and no one came out to help clean it. I attempted to clean with a stack of napkins but it was a frappe drink so didn't do justice and I have to go back the second time to ask someone to come clean up before someone slip and fall. This is the worst McDonald's ever!!! First of all, they didn't give me what I wanted at all! So upset... I asked for fries, chicken nuggets, and a vanilla milkshake. With a side of ranch. What I got was SOGGY chicken nuggets, SOGGY fries, and NO MILKSHAKE. Instead, they gave me an extra fry, which was soggy as well, and two apple pies, and I don't like apple pies. On top of this, they gave me honey mustard, instead of ranch. I also hate honey mustard. This was a horrible experience and I am never ordering from this location ever again. I am angry. I've been here before the pandemic and I know this isn't a one time thing. I ordered a happy meal and asked specifically for the Luca toy. I should have checked the bag before leaving because what did I get? A Fast and the Furious toy. What's the point of allowing you to select your toy on the app if they won't give it to you? The attitude of the staff here are bothered that you are there to place an order. I worked a long day and wanted something quick. I ordered on the app and selected inside pick-up because I had my dog and didn't want him to scare whomever would be delivering to the car. I walked in and immediately was waved off and said the dining room is closed. I said I ordered through the app and selected inside pick-up. The employee said, Go back outside and select the parking location. I said I can't the order is already completed for dining room pick up. She then started yelling that they are closed because they are short staffed. Ok I get it. But there is no need to yell at me, I was just trying to order food. She went back to the kitchen said there was no order for me. I showed her the order, still told me there was no order. Another lady walked in and was met with the same diatribe. She would have saved so much time by giving a friendly greeting with how may I help you, instead of barking her frustration at us. The lady who entered after me ordered curbside delivery and had been waiting 20 minutes. I asked for a refund and left. That will be my last visit to this location. read more
