I am an Uber driver. They are closed odd hours in drive thru at night. Sometimes 12:30am, sometimes 3-4 am. I am here at 8:28 pm. I have to wait in the drive-through line that goes all the way to Redlands Boulevard, and they won't give me the orders through the door, despite answering when I rang the doorbell. This affects my pay, having to wait in line instead of delivering the order and moving onto the next. It also affects my tips being that it takes so long. How's the driver, I'm the last person the customer sees, therefore I take the blame. McDonald's should not be open 24 hours in the drive-through if they cannot handle the traffic, the hours, and the orders. Whoever the manager is after 8 PM is awful. I reject orders from here now. read more

First of all, I believe if you're fighting for a "living wage", actually earn it, don't just expect it. If you want a living wage, try getting people's orders correct. After a long day of moving on our way home we stopped to get the kids some food at this location problem is we had a 6x12 trailer attached to our truck and we couldn't fit in the drive thru and the inside was closed. We kindly asked a worker outside who Seemed to be off or on break if the inside was Open for ordering he noticed the trailer and He said no but that he would take our order anyway since we had the trailer attached we were blown away by such a courteous example of excellent he took the order for us we paid and he brought the food out to The truck. Arrived for a quick bite in their Redlands location & at their drive thru late at night (around 11pm), and waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru behind a large line of cars only to be told at the ordering window that they had to close for 40 minutes. Couldn't order anything, so I just left afterward. Lesson learned--never giving them a second thought voluntarily again unless I have no other choice. read more

I don't leave reviews on yelp. This place is so bad that I had to pull out the Yelp app and make sure that people understand how bad this place is. Go to the McDonald's on Lugonia near Mentone. They do a much better job and it's only like five minutes away. This place only excepts cash and has given me poor service every single time that I have interacted with them. All of my friends have had the same experience, you are better off spending your money at the Del Taco right next-door. The food is the food but the service and ambiance are awful. If they are busy, pick up orders or drive up orders do not matter whatsoever. They continue to close their doors earlier than they're suppose to, and so much more. I've been patient enough times. Yesterday my husband and I placed a mobile order for pickup. We waited 10 minutes, called, no answer. My husband goes in, "it'll be a little longer we're super busy rn." Okay, no problem, we know how it is. 15 minutes go by, we call, no answer. So again, my husband goes in. Only this time a girl says the ticket for our order doesn't show we've arrived for our order but so she's been told not to make it. My husband then asks to speak to the manager who just told him now 20 minutes ago that the order was being worked on. The manager comes and says there's been a refund issued and she couldn't make the food bc their system needs us to say we've arrived. I watched my husband put that we were in spot 4.. Regardless I'm so confused as to why she couldn't say well my eyes have served me different and you're clearly right here so here's your food.. Instead she says we will get a refund in 24 hours and if we want our food we have to replace it and it will be over an hour. At this point lunch was way over and there was not a single car in the drive thru. The people here are so lazy it's sad. The older woman here is the only person who deserves pay. This McDonald's needs to get it together!! It's the closest one to my house so it's the one I go to the most but I always find myself in the drive thru line saying to myself, "why did I come to this one?!" However, on rare occasions, there's only a car or two in line and I consider myself lucky!! Whoo! Hoo! I always have to check my bag before I pull away, because if I don't, there's a good chance I'll drive all the way home, and something will be missing. My biggest complaint about this location, is if you go at night I think there's literally only one person working the entire store. I went to McDonald's on a busy night. Drive thru was almost to the street. I ordered my food and had a coupon. I caught an employee on their first week. She did the best she could because I gave her the first receipt coupon she worked with. McDonald's food will always be McDonald's, however, Kenzie's customer service was amazing and she made my day. Ordered through Drive Thru. There was a man sitting against the building right before you approach the pay window. He was holding a sign wanting handouts. Told the young man at the pay window, he was rude and did not care. We had to wait in the parking lot, because the food was not prepared. Got home and found that we were shorted. This place is horrible! Came in morning for some breakfast... Bathrooms were horribly disgusting. They ran out of forks so we ate our deluxe with spoons. Parking lot is horrible and pot holes everywhere. No self-serve soda machines. Couldn't even purchase happy meal toys separately (we've been to so many they all offer it) This is why many people complain. Will never be coming here again EVER! read more

I stopped in for my morning coffee and it was actually pretty good. Basic iced medium vanilla shot of expresso which I was really happy they had and it was as good as I thought it was going to be I'm really picky about my coffee and McDonald's does have good coffee. Starbucks I will never drink again they over roast their beans and their coffees really bitter, I don't like it. So when I'm in town I know what McDonald's to go to that has the expresso. read more

Ok, I've never reviewed a fast food joint. We stopped at this Macdonald's because they had an outdoor patio and we had our dog. We parked and walked around the restaurant to go in from the patio door. The manager stopped us and said that aren't doing eat in dining until Monday June 8th. When we said that we were on the road trip and it's hard to eat in the car with the dog he made an exception. Came out with a cup of water for our dog and allowed his staff to take our order through the door and serve us the same way. Not sure if Redlands has different Covid restrictions but it was a kindness that we won't forget. read more

Not sure what's going on at this location...on a previous visit I ordered a meal showing on the menu as $7.18'ish. When they asked if I wanted medium or large, I replied that small was fine, but they advised that small is not an option. I opted for the medium and was charged the higher price for the medium. At the payment window I pointed out the issue and received a blank stare in return. Today, while sitting at the window to pick up my food, I noticed a photocopied picture of a sign taped to the window that referenced the "no straw without asking" law enacted by the City of Los Angeles. Previous experience was horrible at 1 STar. Another terrible experience today at a Redlands McDonald's. Just ordered Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Macchiato and two hot chocalate beverages. I went through drive thru this time around and waiting a total of 40 minutes from driving through drive through to actually receiving our beverages. The drive thru cashier Amanda told us to move up once we got to her window because the beverages weren't ready. She wanted us to drive up and wait more time. My husband let her know we already waited a long time and we'd like to wait at window. She said we need to move up and she had the folks behind us order ready. She was so rude and unprofessional. Amanda made our experience the worst Mcdonalds experience ever after we went in for a new drink because the drink received ( Peppermint Movha) was awful. The employee remaking our beverage let Amanda know the drink was awful and Amanda said aloud " I made it like that in purpose!" I head her say that clear and let her know I would like my money back and she asked what I as my order I told her the order she just purposefully made terrible. I told the shift leAd Dillon about what a Amanda said aloud and he refunded my money and said he talked to her. She needs to be reprimanded. Makes McDonalds look awful, look only 1 star for entire store. Get it together, go to boot camp , fix who you all are. You need a lot of HELP!!!! New experience is 5 STAR Today 02/25/19 we came to grab breakfast inside and we were greeted politely and served in less than 2 minutes. The young gal even gave my son a sticker.
