The sugar topping was torched too long and had a noticeably bitter, burnt flavor. The server (and possibly a manager) apologized, and I was given $2 off the drink, which I appreciated. Between the okay food and the especially strange service and lack of communication the experience left me disappointed. The atmosphere is definitely the highlight, but for me, the service experience was enough to say I probably won't be back anytime soon.

Ex) order pickup time states 5:00, expect it ready at 5:15 at the earliest. 3)The restaurant is in located in downtown Redlands so parking can be difficult. I'll stop in when I'm desperate for fries only now and they can't even do the advertised WE DON'T COOK IT TILL YOU ORDER IT on the quarter pounder. Turns out its like nuke and puke B.K does with every thing. I thought I'd give it a try and went in to try it but before I filled my soda they called my number less than 90 seconds after I ordered what turned out to be a DRIED OUT burger!
