The burger was visually enticing (albeit too much arugula for my liking but that's my personal preference), I liked the flavor of the lamb burger patty; it was seasoned nicely and cooked well, the tzatziki sauce complimented it perfectly. My only critique was the bun could've been buttered and/or kissed the grill for a bit, it was too plain and dry for my liking. The service was absolutely terrible. I had placed an online order for lunch. The employee at Raising Cane's said we needed to come inside to fill up the 9 sodas, and that it was rude to expect them to fill up the sodas on a large order. We kept this order simple and all the sodas were the same. We told her that the line was so long, she'll have plenty of time to get them ready by the time we got to the window. It seems out of spite she filled all the cups to the tip top with ice, and I kid you not, 3 sips of soda in the cups. Also one of the meals we got only had about 10 French fries, and the Cole slaw was dry cabbage with no dressing. The services was horrible, the experience was horrible, the food and drink as a result was a disappointment. There was no customer service or consideration during this whole process, and left a bitter taste. Will not be going back any time soon to be treated like an inconvenience by the staff.
