I like McDonald's specially their fries! Family and I was going to riverside, stopped to take a bite at McDonald;s at this location, what disappointment. restaurant was not clean and when I went to order food I saw ice cream on the floor with food prints that some one stepped on it, a safety fall hazard, I ask cashier twice to send some one to clean it, she told me that she will send someone for ten minutes nothing happened, thenI ask for Manager, she did not care either! It's funny. I've been coming here since I was a kid and they have always fucked up my order. I still go back until this day because I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt. I will no longer be doing this. This McDonald's as well as it's employees are a fucking waste of human life. Hi! Welcome to the SLOWEST 'fast' food drive-thu ever! Seriously, unless you want to sit in the drive-thru for nearly 20 minuets when there's only like six cars ahead of you, there's an issue. It's not like it was even busy inside, where the wait would be somewhat understandable. Del Taco is right down the street, it's not McDonald's but it's way faster. If I could give it a - star I would. Unfortunately it's up the street from us. I've gone here 3 times EVERY single time they messed up my order & I mean it was way off or they gave me someone else's order. 1 time I had to park around the side & wait 14 minutes for my egg mcmuffin? Does that sound right? I don't know if the staff doesn't like me or what, but after messing up 3 times & never even really apologizing after I brought it up I'm done. Honestly I think the employees just don't care, and are purposely mean. Order #1 - Pancake breakfast, what I ended up getting a egg & Biscuit meal. Order #2 - Big Mac meal & Kids meal - Kids meal was right but with a girl toy instead of a toy for a boy...use unisex toys if its that hard. I also got a double cheeseburger meal not my big mac meal, and god forbid you ask for ketchup.....it must have gold in it. Order #2 - egg mcmuffin meal, coffee was less then half way filled and I had to pull over to the side and wait 14 minutes for 1 egg mcmuffin & hashbrown. By far the worst mcdonalds in riverside! Everytime I get stuck going there they ALWAYS MESS UP ON MY ORDER AND THE GIRLS THERE ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. I hate when I just order a simple happy meal or a coffee and make me wait on the side for a good 5-10 min. Then they end up forgetting somthing and im stuck there for 15min!!! Not a single soul in the drive thru ordered 1 happy meal and was asked to pull to the side and park. Team lead or manager in gray shirt said it's normal. . I keep hoping this location would get better with its service and quality of food but yet I was disappointed again. After couple of year of not going I thought I would give it a try again but quickly was reminded why I don't go this this location. The service is horrible I waited over 10 minute wait to inform me my pies are not cooked so I have to wait an additional 10 minutes. This McDonalds is the most disgusting, filthy place I have ever been to. There was food all over the floors, squeezed ketchup on the walls near the drink dispensers and along the counter. The table tops were disgusting and looked like they hadnt been cleaned in days. Then while sitting there I watched an employee wipe down the trash cans then proceed to start to wipe down tables! I spoke with the manager who didnt seem too concerned. I demanded a refund, why I ordered in the first place I really dont know. If the restaurant area is this disgusting, what must the kitchen area be like?? It literally made me sick to my stomach thinking about it. If I could give zero I would. I walked in at 7:15 tonight, a Monday, at least half of the tables had trash or food spilled on them and there was trash all over the floor. Napkins, empty ketchup packets and food wrappers everywhere. I went into the restroom and the handicapped toilet was clogged and there was toilet paper all over the floor in both stalls and in front of the sink. The second toilet had to be flushed three times and it never really fully emptied. The floors looked like they had not been mopped all day. There were three people working as cashiers, the manager was assembling food and I saw a guy in the back. The whole time I was there an alarm for the drive through was beeping. The condition of the customer area makes me afraid that the back has just as lax of cleanliness and makes me wary to eat the food. HORRIBLE CONDITIONS! read more

I hit the drive thru after work at about 1:30 am. There was two cars in front of me and it took 24 minutes to get a burger and fries. The drive thru service is extremely slow however the employees treated me very well and apologized for the delay. I went back the following day after work thinking yesterday was just a bad day for them. It took way too long to get my food again. It's not worth my time to go there anymore. Every time I come to this location it's always a really long wait no matter what the time is. Staff is typically really nice and apologizes for the wait however today I ordered a sausage mcmuffin meal and they charged me for a sausage egg McMuffin meal, I know it's not a huge difference but I asked the girl at The window isn't the McMuffin without egg cheaper and all she said was "I'm honestly not sure" The fact that she didn't know the price isn't what bothered me, what's annoying is she didn't even offer to check or ask somebody else. Food is usually really good here; fresh fries, nuggets, and burgers. However, don't even bother asking for sauce with your nuggets, cause it NEVER makes it into the bag. I'm not a fan of dry nuggets, so I usually either pull back around to get the sauce I ordered, or just give them to my boyfriend who prefers dry nuggs. The McDonalds at 2605 Van Buren Blvd. in Riverside, Ca, 92503 is absolutely unprofessional and unethical. I have many complaints about this particular restaurant so bear with me. First, I would to like to complain about the service I had this evening. It was 7:30pm PST on September 15, 2019, a Sunday night that was slow. We went though the drive -thur and said "Hello," to speaker since the employees never hear the "DING!" to tell them someone's in drive thur. The employee responds but makes me repeat my order like 5 times because she is not listening. I ordered a ten-piece McNuggets meal, large size with a bottle of water and an extra large fry, very simple. When the employee finally got it correct, I pulled up the first window to pay. The male employee at the window had an attitude and was very brash when he took my money. You could tell he did not want to be there, but I chose to be friendly and thank the ungrateful employee for my change. Then I pulled up to the second window and another male employee gives me my bottle of water and tells me to pull up. Now, here is my first major complaint about this McDs. They're so quickly to take your money, but when it comes to giving you what you pay for, you're going to have to pull up and wait, and they do it to every car till there's nowhere else to pull up. Even if you're just passing by on Van Buren, you'll see all the cars being pulled over as if this is routine. I personally find it disrespectful to be told to pull over, and every time we go there, they always tell us to pull over. It does not matter how simple my order was, pull over. Tonight, I pulled over right in front of their glass doors, and literally saw five employees laughing and standing around while I had to wait for fries. I finally got out of my car and went in to discover my food right there and fries right there also just waiting to be put in a box. Thank God I got out of my car and made the lazy female employee work for once and get my fries. Meanwhile the other male employee that told me to pull up runs like a coward to his front drive thru corner totally avoiding me. The female employee gets my fries and is flushed in the face. She knows she's done something wrong, and there's no manager whatsoever to be seen. I get home finally and want to eat my food that I went through hell to get. The fries are staled and chewy for some reason and my McNuggets taste like tree bark which leads me to believe they don't filter their grease vats. This McDonalds don't give a damn about the customer. They can't take an order, but they're quick to take your money, then they want you to pull up and waste your time giggling and standing around while your order is right in front of them. They obviously all hate their job and purposely taking it out on the customer. I get told to pull up every time I go here. One time the male employee ignorantly waved his hand in front of me, which is extremely disrespectful, to tell me to pull up like he cares. The managers are the ones that allow this behavior and deserved to be fired, no mercy. There was even a time this past summer like in June 2019 where McDonalds offered $1 drinks. Well, here, on Van Buren they ran out of soda. I'm not making this up. They went to Albertsons which is right there and bought 2-liters and were pouring that stuff into McDonalds cups and was serving that to the customers. Once again, they don't care as long as they get a paycheck, but paycheck for what? Your service is malicious and vindictive. They don't care about the customer, and they don't hide it. They flaunt the fact they don't care about the customer. I'm very offended by all the McDonalds employees here. Stay away from dump! They always mess up drive thru orders & are very lazy! They always say the shake & ice cream machine is broken so they don't have to help make anything! Since revamping the drive thru to two lanes I have come here twice. Both times have had a wait time of at least 25 minutes. McDonalds is supposed to have a car out in like 90 seconds. So I ask why the excessive wait time and I am given the answer we have no people. I counted 7 visible people working. Then I ask again and she says I'm sorry. I say that is not an answer.
