I'll be honest, this McDonald's used to be pretty bad. The customer service wasn't great, and the lines were always long. It was one of those places you didn't really look forward to going to. But over time, I've noticed a big difference. The staff has been really, really nice every time I come in. Like noticeably nicer than before. No attitude, no rudeness--just friendly and respectful, which honestly makes a huge difference. I think it might be the manager (I'm not sure of her name), but ever since she's been around, the whole vibe feels different. The team just seems more on it and way more customer-friendly. Sometimes the food takes a little longer, but you can tell they're actually making it fresh and trying to get orders out as fast as they can. I'd rather wait a few extra minutes and be treated well than get rushed service with a bad attitude. Overall, they've definitely improved. Absolutely every time I stop by this location they remind me why I should never come back . Everytime I get moved away from the pick up window. And every time I get my 40$ order with zero condiments. Specially after I ask for some ketchup for my 3 combo meals . Everytime the drive through employees says "yes I'll put ketchup in your bag" and eveeytime they just refuse to do it. On my way to visit a friend at UC Riverside and i decided to visit this McDonald's... Bad Choice! First, the young lady that assisted was rude, unprofessional and had a smart mouth. I was attempting to clarify a step on the app and she responded "I dont know what your phone says" " i cant see your screen" In my mind... of course you cant but im asking a simple question, if i order through the app can I get it through the drive thru. The concept of "fast food" is not very well understood at this location. On multiple occasions I have had to wait over 20 minutes for a single order, a small one. The drive through is always backed up blocking in drivers who use those parking spots, and the redesigned interior is absolutely atrocious.
