McDonald's has definitely missed the mark on this one with the new glazed donut. It was tasteless cold and hard I am use to a sticky glaze soft donut. The customer service here is absolutely terrible !! I was waiting for 20 mins at the drive thru window. Nobody said anything to me. Not "sorry for the wait." Not "we'll be right with you." My boyfriend and I came in for breakfast because we didn't feel like figuring out how to get around the street closures for the original intended breakfast spot, and we found that today is a day where they had table service. BEWARE - CREDIT CARD FRAUD ABOUND: Ordered a large meal, including a cup of water (normally free). Was charged for an "iced tea", even though my order did not include an iced tea. When I brought this to the attention of the employee, I was told that when you order water, you have to pay for the cup. Really?!?! Do I have to pay for the little packets the ketchup comes in too? There was a small line when I arrived but I was up by the register in a few minutes. I ordered a filet-o-fish, a 10-piece chicken nuggets, and a small Oreo McFlurry. The cashier was polite and asked me how my day was, a first for a McDonald's. Two minutes later I had my food in hand and was ready to roll. I go to this McDonald's a couple times a week. It's not usually a great experience, the staff is unwelcoming, there's always something wrong with my order, but today they took it to another level. I was waiting for my order when a young African-American man came in, dressed in a trade uniform, obviously on his lunch break. He politely said they had his sandwich wrong, he'd asked for a double cheeseburger. In every other McDonald's I've been in, they'd apologize and promptly fix the issue. What unfolded today was bizarre and disturbing. He was asked to hand back his entire order as the issue was investigated. Upon being handed his corrected order back, he was asked to pay again. He naturally questioned it and was told that the original order had been credited. I didn't see this done he and he obviously wasn't given a receipt. He checked his bank account on his phone and there was no credit, to which the manager replied that it "takes two hours". He declined to pay for his order a second time and as he reached to take his food and leave, the manager took the bags back. He stayed calm and started to exit the shop but I couldn't silently watch such poor treatment and shouted "That ain't right! Give the man his food!" This encouraged him to return to the counter and I looked at her and said "all you had to do is give him a new sandwich, this is horrible". She finally brought herself to hand him back his order and he left saying thank you. He represented the company uniform he wore very well. The McDonald's employees actions were a disgrace. The two glaring mistakes in my own order, when I finally got it, weren't apologized for, but at least I didn't have to wait for another customer to intervene on my behalf. read more

I have frequently attended this Mcdonalds for the past 21 years and let me tell you, my experience never falls short of excellent. Here are a few examples as to why this Mcdonalds exceeds it's competitors: 1) When I ask honey mustard, the lovely cashier (wanda I believe is her name) hands me not one but TWO containers. WOW!!!!1 2) This is the only Mcdonalds that I have EVER been to that also comes with free love entertainment. NO THAT WAS NOT A TYPO. A very charming gentleman with a yellow hat comes in every once in a while and puts on a fantastic show. However, this show is for adults only (18+) and can sometimes be a little sexist. I stopped bringing my girlfriend on dates here. 3) The napkins are always in stock and I never get yelled at for taking 30 of them at a time. Heres the secret they dont want you to know: just tell them that you need it for cleaning up blood on your car floor; it works like a CHARM! The only thing that is keeping from a perfect review is my lone unpleasant experience. On 3/13/2012, both of the toilets in the mens restroom were clogged, and the urinal had fecal matter with it. When I presented the issue to management, they directed me to a comment/complaint box where I could fill out any issues on a 4x2 inch notecard. By 3/15/2012, the issue was resolved and I could peacefully use the restroom once again. read more

Came to this McDonald's drive thru and got taken care by someone who clearly didn't know the menus or the deals. After telling him again and again that the deal I was trying to get was indeed advertised right in front of their door, he said no. I had to park and go inside to order with the manager, Jorge. After I told him my situation he did NOT even apologize , and told me the guy was new. It was literally his first day. So I wonder why no one is uh... TEACHING HIM? Again this guy Jorge seemed like he didn't care and has no intentions of making it right or apologizing. I paid for my food and while waiting witnessed the other manager (Indian guy, didn't see his name tag) SPIT in the sink that's in front behind the registers. He was washing his hands, that's normal, but he kept spitting like he was in his own bathroom. He did it 5 times (I counted) with customers right there. He went to do something then came back, turned the water on again and spat into the sink again. Like what kind of dirty and unprofessional people do you have working there? When I asked for a mighty kids meal, the lady looked at me as if I were speaking a foreign language. Completely incompetent staff. There hasn't been a single time I've come here that everything has run smoothly. I paid extra for 4 extra ranch dressings, and I open the bag to find 2 ranches and 2 BBQ sauces. The staff does not listen, and I don't think they even know their own menu. i would give 3 stars because of the employee's. around 11:30pm one evening, my boyfriend and i went through the drive thru. we sat at the window for about 3 minutes before the girl noticed we were there. i had to tap outside on the building to get her attention, i did not want to yell. she was on her phone. she did not look pleased to see us. she took our order. when i gave her my debit card she had it in her hand while she was continuing to be on her phone. that is one big NONO! he next day i immediately contacted corporate. hey handled t very nicely. the franchise owner of the store sent me a free meal coupon and apologized for the service. having someone's card in their hand and their phone is super sketchy and they should be fired. that is ridiculous. the great customer service is the reason they are getting 4 stars read more

Best mcd's in the area. Why? Their receipt promo is the only one I know of that says "buy one sandwich get one free". That means ANY sandwich, not limited to the 1/4 pounder and ham muffin (yuk). Drive thru in the AM is usually backed up, but just go in and do the carryout, it is faster - go figure. read more
