Very friendly staff and great service. They brought our order to the table and checked to make sure everything was ok for all the customers in line and seated at tables. This manager has a great thing going here and deserves special recognition for a great business culture. Clean tables and fast order times even during the lunch rush. Nice McDonalds. Yeah it sounds weird to say that. I haven't seen one with model cars and sports themed wall paper before. Reminded me of a boys bedroom. Also has a free video game console. From the sweet tea to the cheesy bacon fries this meal truly was a blessing from our Lord and Savior. After eating this feast with my family I honestly went into deep thought just basking in the glory of the beautiful food I just consumed. After this the quality and deliciousness of McDonald's was put into perspective. I just came back from a long road trip to California and as you readers may know when you eat on the road it's always a quick stop at a fast food destination. I recently visited In and Out, Pollo Loco and Taco Bell for all my California readers these may be very common places to get a quick meal. But for me a Oregonian these are very rare spots (besides Taco Bell) to eat. And I can't say I didn't enjoy these places can't come close the level of McDonald's. The food presentation and flavor of McDonald's is glorious. So to sum this all up McDonald's you are the love of my life and will always have a special spot in my stomach. read more

Spoiled food. My husband and I became VERY sick immediately after eating here. We went back to complain and were told it couldn't be their fault, because food poisoning takes X hours to develop. OK, so we have been going to this particular McDonald's for over 10 years now. We eat breakfast there sometimes 2 to 3 times a week and take our grandson sometimes for lunch and to play in the playhouse. So, today we ordered exactly what we always order in the morning (2 sausage egg McMuffins, 1 chocolate milk, and 5 mild picante sauce packets). Our order always comes out to be $7.15......but not today! It came out to $7.75....not a big deal, but when we questioned it, the girl at the drive up window said it was because we ordered picante sauce packets and we ordered too many, therefore she will have to charge the extra .60 cents. We asked to speak to the manager and she came to the window quickly. We explained to her that we have been frequenting this particular McDonald's for over ten years and always order the same thing, but are now being charged for condiments. She explained that if we had only ordered two packets, there would have been no charge, but since we ordered 5 packets they are an extra .30 cents a piece and that she was giving us a deal by not charging us for the 5th packet. I asked her how many Ketchup's we could have and she said that they are free and we could have as many as we wanted. So, these two condiments come in the same packets, only a different sauce and you would rather loose a customer of 10+ years over a couple of picante sauces. Her reply: Yes, that's what I'm saying! We have to charge for the picante sauces now because the owner said so. My reply: Please cancell my order, I will go to the other McDonalds on Garden Vally Blvd. So we did. May we have 2 sausage egg McMuffins, 1 chocolate milk and 5 mild picante packets? No problem....No charge!!! $7.15 total. Questioned the girl at the window....Do you ever charge for picante sauces? No Sir, they are a complimentary condiment, just like Ketchup, Have a nice day :) Well, needless to say, McDonals on Garden Valley Blvd. is now our new breakfast and lunch stop. They may not have a playhouse, but we have plenty of FREE parks in the area to play at. So sad to be such a young and Naive manager that you would lose a valued customer over a couple of packets of picante sauce. Brilliant move missy.
