Came into this McDonald's to try the Huntrix meal. My husband and I used the kiosk to put our order in and while we waited I needed to use the restroom. The doors are locked with a sign to go to the front desk. Went to the front desk and waited behind the counter to simply ask for the doors to be unlocked. Three different employees looked directly at us and continued about what they were doing. At this point two other ladies were waiting for the restroom as well. When I asked for help the employee was extremely rude. I told my husband to cancel the order and we walked out. With multiple kiosks taking orders there should be one person at the counter to help with actual customers instead of hiding in the back. Horrible location and service. There are multiple restaurants in the area and would recommend going there instead of this location. read more

Absolutely horrible experience at this McDonald's on Howe Ave. I ordered two Ranch Snack Wrap meals, each with a wrap, fries, and a drink. When I got home, there were zero wraps in the bag. I drove 10 minutes back, went inside, and told them I got nothing but fries and drinks -- no wraps. They gave me TWO wraps, but I had ordered TWO meals, meaning it should've been FOUR wraps total (two per meal). I went back in again, explained it again, and they left me waiting around for 10 minutes -- still didn't fix the order. I finally had to ask for a manager, and even he didn't do much besides hand me 2 wraps and act like that made it all better. Wasted my time, gas, and patience just trying to get what I paid for. This location has terrible service, can't get a basic order right, and clearly doesn't care about fixing their mistakes. Never going back. read more

They're incredibly slow to the point I've had to ask for my food when it sat across the counter for about 8 minutes. Save your time, money and health, don't go to this one. I will never eat at McDonald's again. I placed a mobile order for pickup and paid online through the app. The payment was processed, and the money was taken from my bank account. But when I arrived to pick up my order, the staff told me it wasn't paid for and insisted I needed to pay again at the register. I explained that I had already paid in the app and that the money was withdrawn from my account, but the manager didn't want to get into the issue. She simply told me to cancel the order in the app and pay at the counter -- all while she was busy handling other orders. The restaurant employee I spoke with clearly had no idea what to do in this situation. In the end, I had to cancel the order and wait for a refund. However, the reward points I had redeemed for an extra sandwich were not returned to my account. So after wasting over 30 minutes, I left hungry and with my loyalty points gone for nothing. To make it worse, the app doesn't even have proper customer support in case something goes wrong with an order. The overall quality of McDonald's has gone down significantly. Prices keep increasing for no clear reason -- and it's clearly not just inflation. This experience was the last straw. This was my final visit to any McDonald's restaurant. read more

Good god. Employees cursing like drunken sailors(All female) in english and spanish, Goofing around not paying attention to the counter, girl at counter had shitty attitude. Had a chicken sandwhich. Unedible. The bottom of the bun looked liked it had been grilled on the flat top and smashed. It was flat , hard and like dry toast. The top of the bun had so much mayo it was wet. The patty was like cardboard. The fries were like the trimmings found at the bottom of the bag , none longer than the tip to knuckle or your finger or smaller. The 1/4 pounder was dry. People standing at the counter have to stand there a long time before they are seen, then ignored -no greeting, no hello, no, "ill be right with you" no " sorry for the wait" no "welcome to mcdonalds may I take your order".Just silence and quickly walk away until they want to come back. Whats the point of ordering at the kiosk and eating in with a table tent if they are not bringing your order out and yelling your table number? What in the heck happened to the Mc Donald's Franchise? Hey CVS super fun place to take the family grandkids and it was a great cheap dollar menu. The surroundings were bright, red and yellow. There is usually a play area now it looks like something straight out of a federal penitentiary. No fountain drink station. I don't mind the option of self order chaos actually really enjoyed the fact that I can select my 1/4 lb hamburger without salt and add lettuce and tomato without having a cashier look at me cross/eyed. I embarrassingly admit I've been to my share of McDonald's in the Sacramento area. This location ranks among the worst. Think botched orders, poor access off a busy intersection and lackluster customer service and you'll begin to get some idea. I've been a couple times and have always experienced some combination of these factors. The latest visit was the worst. Looking for a quick bite for my son before a party, we pulled in thinking this was the best option. The woman who took our order couldn't have sounded less like she wanted to be there. When we got the order, it was completely wrong - wrong sandwiches, missing burger, missing straws, missing napkins. Because it was COVID, we couldn't pop inside to get this corrected, so we had to get back in line and go through the drive-thru again. There was no apology, as if their mistake was our inconvenience. The silver lining was we pulled up to the takeout spot on the other side and they walked the food out to us. It wasn't an experience I'd want to repeat, but in the end I'm happy that we got to eat what we ordered. read more

I went with an Egg & Cheese McGriddle (~$4) and a Hash brown (~$1.50). My order was ready within minutes. Talk about "fast" food! The McGriddle is good, but it's so small considering I paid over $4 for this breakfast sandwich. The hash brown is amazing! If there's one thing McDonald's does right, it's their potatoes! If you're looking for a quick breakfast, you can't go wrong with McDonald's. The hash browns will definitely make your day. read more

I bought a Triple (yes!! triple) McGriddle with sausage, bacon, and cheese, and to keep it healthy, a Dr. Pepper! I stand my choices! I have to say that is way more filling than the regular McGriddle, be aware! I ordered via the app, then waited outside and made work phone calls while they prepped my food, so I cannot speak to the inside of the location. The parking lot was clean, just be aware that there are often homeless people that will approach you. Harmless, and not something the business can control. This is my favorite location and the staff here is the reason. They work well together and attend to the customers. The tall guy with glasses (Johnathan) is really on his game you can see him hustling and putting orders together while still juggling customers. The ladies that work the register are very competent and nice. This is probably the only location that hasn't messed up my order and I eat here A LOT. read more
