However, this morning in the drive thru I was accused of yelling at the intercom while waiting for someone to take my order. This location fulfilled a door dash order for us. My son (2.5 yrs) was home sick and I had to take the day off. We usually go McDonalds drive thru as a treat on the weekends when we go to the park. I order a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin meal. I got an extra hash brown, apple slices, for my son. Whomever prepared our order gave me extra cheese and sausage patty, gave us four apple slice packs, and two bonus apple juice boxes. A very nice and generous gesture. I won't expect this every visit, but I suspect the McDonald's worker knew we had a child and wanted to perk up their day. Thank you! It did not go unnoticed. My good compliments have come to halt. I stopped through the drive thru on my way home. I was super thirsty and wanted a cone to cool me down. The inky thing good from my order was the cone! Super thankful their machine wasnt down like most places. I ordered a sweet tea, cone and medium frys. Cone - superb Sweet tea - was regular tea - I didnt ask for regular tea so that was disappointing. I usually take a sip as soon as I get my drink but I had a cone in hand first and just wanted to put my drink down. Didnt realize till I got home. Frys - also a big let down. They were luke warm at best. Seemed like they were under the heat lamp for a while. You can tell the difference between freshly made frys withing 5 minutes compared to frys say after like 10 minutes. There's a difference. All Frye's should be made to order. Frys dont last long once they are out! Come one people! It's why majority of people eat their frys on their way home instead of waiting! She ordered a 10 piece spicy chicken nuggets with fries and a drink as the meal and the worker SAMANTHA over the speaker kept saying that the meal # was 6 but on the board #6 was the Filet Sandwich and not what my sister had ordered. Clearly, the worker SAMANTHA wasn't completely understanding what my sister was trying to order and I guess she thought she was off mic afterwards when she said "She is so retarded" and started laughing. We all heard her in the car and it was very disrespectful so my mom drove up to the window and confronted SAMANTHA and when she did, the worker SAMANTHA ran away and never came back until we left that McDonalds location. And I know she came back because as we drove off, I looked into the first window where that worker was, and she was serving the other cars after us.
