This McDonald's used to be fairly decent. Because of the issues at the one at 56th and Folsom Blvd, came to this establishment. A little further, but figured it just would be a better place. Was I wrong. Absolutely terrible experience. Not talking about the food, because McDonald's food seems to be the same everywhere. It is the other stuff. Biggest thing is when you come into the restaurant, it is cold. And more noticeable if you eat there which I did. The staff is all wearing coats or sweatshirts so that should tell you something. When you mention to staff, the response is this is the norm. Second, as you go to the counter, don't expect anyone to be there. No one is assigned to that function. Someone from the back needs to notice you are there. But that can take a while (it did for me) as it looks like the drive-thru customers. Just should not work that way. Perhaps associated with this prioritization is the upkeep in the eating area. Probably there 40 minutes maybe. Not once did anyone come out clean-up a bit and wipe down tables that need it. And there were some when I started plus how many more during my time there. Definitely you don't feel good about this. Guess the last one I will mention is they do not have senior drinks like other McDonald's do. When I asked about it, the lady said they used to do that, but no longer do. Did not know why. Gee, I wonder why. Guess the 50% price increase (two bumps) in their soft drinks just was not enough. read more

This place does not serve breakfast after 10:30am. I arrived to this location at 10:22am. There was one customer in front of me. He ordered his food and the cashier asked what I wanted. I said my order (2 for 5 sausage egg and cheese sandwich with a iced coffee), but it appeared he ran into some issues and walked away. I waited for a couple more minutes and a new cashier was asked to help me. I told her what I wanted and she said she breakfast isn't being served and ended at 10:30am. I looked at my watch and it was 10:31am. I said I was already here & gave my order to the previous cashier. She said sorry, but we don't serve breakfast after 10:30am at this location. I said, I thought McDonalds serves breakfast all day. She said not at this location & asked if I wanted anything else. I said no thank you & walked away from this place, never to return. read more

Two employees here need additional training with customer service. Both Elizabeth & Alexis females don't know how to speak to customers and rudely shut the drive through windows. Thankfully manager Jesus was able to step in to help. Literally made us wait 5-10 minutes for 2 large sodas. This is not my McDonald's of choice. But when your son won't settle for anything less than a happy meal and you're barely holding onto sanity during the coronavirus, it will do. I've been through the drive-thru a handful of times over the years and have always found it inconsistent. On my recent visit, the gal taking my order was nice but there were some apparent distractions and the whole process was painfully slow despite there being very few people in line. My son's fries were cold, but I didn't want to bother going back through. I give them some leeway considering I have had better service here in the past. This location is awesome. Great job to the crew today (11/23 lunch time). Druve thru line was long but went fast. This was the only location we went to that the food served reflects the one in the pictures. We can tell between food that was just cooked & prepared fresh to ones that have been sitting out and is still being served. This will be our go to McDonalds. Hoping they stay consistent. read more

Just left this Mcdonald's, pulled in the Drive-Thru, ordered my food, and as I'm ordering the person taking my order tells me to pull forward without even asking me if that was it. But in the process I was still placing my order, so I asked her if she heard me. She said that she wasn't talking to me she was talking to a customer. I explained to her that I didn't know that. It's not as though she said excuse me for a minute, I will be back with you. So after I pulled forward I paid for my order at the first window. It was the person at the second window that took my order, while I was talking to her she was very rude by not responding. So I went on to say thank you, and she didn't say a word. This Mcdonalds loves to forget items or give you cold items which either one comes first, they never seem to miss that on your order and will let me down EVERYtime I come into this location drive thru or lobby. So always double check your order because they will not answer their work telephone anytime of the day either. The only reason for the single star is so I can leave this review. One would think being located in a fairly upscale part of town you'd get good service NOT THE CASE!! This morning the drive thru girl couldn't figure out how to the enter the code for my breakfast sandwich so I told her to just give me the coffee. She proceeded to say I was rude and when I replied she was incompetent she refused me my coffee also and proceeded to yell F#% Y** B^tch out the window. WTF???? This McDonald's has Wi-Fi, a two lane drive thru and plenty of parking. I went thru the drive thru and explained to the employee that I had a coupon for a smoothie on the menu. She was able to help me with it right away as well as the rest of my order. I pulled up to the window where the transaction was made and I got my items including my freebie. I would have loved to stay and hang out to gain prospective on modern interiors however, my husband approaches me just as I sit down and waves his hand 'no'. "I can't handle the fart smell in here!" This is the worst location ever. The manager is a major bitch and has a major attitude problem, she even cursed at me today and tried to tell me I misheard her when called out. She yells at customers, and is all around rude. My roommate ordered McDonald's breakfast through DoorDash, when the order from this location arrived it was incomplete. Being that we didn't live to far from this location we decided to drive back to fulfill her order. Once we arrived they were kind enough to give us our missing sandwiches, only problem was the order still wasn't fulfilled. So we had to drive back through the drive thru since the building is under construction and had to explain that part of the order was still missing. The manger looked at her like he didn't believe her, she had to explain we ordered two hash browns and not one and we were still missing a hash brown. She even showed him her phone with the door dash order still on her screen. We weren't trying to get free food we just wanted the rest of her order. He reluctantly walked away from the drive thru window and appeared two minutes later with a new hash brown and didn't bother to apologize. Literally every time I come to this McDonald's they forget something but they never forget to charge you for it.

I walked in this morning because the drive through was busy (around 7:45 am), I went to the kiosk to place my order. 1 Large Oreo Frappe, no whip I wanted to pay cash and have the app on my phone for McCafe beverages scanned, so I got a receipt and took it to the counter. Waited for several minutes before I was helped. Cashier took my money and I waited for a while. Another employee poked around from the corner and advised that they no longer carried the "oreo frappe" and wasn't sure why "she" [pointed to the cashier] would even ring me up for that item. Not very customer service friendly to call out your teammate like that. I said I'd like a chocolate chip frappe instead and when the employee brought it over to me it had whipped cream on it which I'd ordered the oreo one without- I feel like she should have asked but she was so huffy with her own teammate I didn't want to point it out and have her get upset with me also or have her spit into my drink so I just took my beverage and left. Also- the credit to my McCafe app never got scanned correctly so I didn't get the virtual "stamp" for it :( read more
