This McDonalds is by far the worst, every time I come here they are alway messing up my order and I come like once every 2 months and this time Im leaving a review. For one they added two pies and a sweet tea to my order THAT I DIDNT ORDER NOR WAS IT ON THE SCREEN WHEN I CHECKED MY ORDER second I asked three times for a large water and still ended up getting a small like really? 0 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used to go to this McDonalds because it is 24 hr and it was decent. I have seen the quality go down in the past year. Meaning fries were cold, bread is stale, etc. However, this last incident a month ago was the last straw. It was 6 PM on a weekday and I decided to get 2 large fries and a big mac. I went in and waited for the hot fries and once I got the food, I started chowing down the fries like a mad man. By the tenth fry I started to smell something....nasty. So I pulled over in the parking lot and stuck my head in the bag and took a sniff - the fries smelled like a homeless guy!!! The fries didn't taste weird, just the smell. By this time I was sick to my stomach cuz of the worst smell ever!!!!! I don't think they changed the oil for the fries in long time or they decided to cook a homeless guy. I pulled over to the gas station and threw out the whole bag. I got home and didn't eat for the rest of the night. I wrote a complaint to McDonalds corporation and they sent me an email back saying sorry. I got a letter from the franchise owning company and they said sorry and to expect a call from the manager of this McDonalds. NO CALL YET!! Not even a voucher for my money back or replacement food. Don't worry, even if they gave it to me I would NEVER go back to a McDonalds and I am spreading the word!!!!! Used to work here, but then all the managers have changed. I came in one day with my brother and bf and we made 2 seperate orders. We ordered the same thing each. The cashier messed my order up so I had to ask her to change it, but the manager reacted and said " OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OKAY!" and so she changes it. So the website for this McDonald's says it's open 24hrs and there is a sign posted outside on the restaurant window saying it's open 24hrs but actually, IT'S NOT.Many times I've come by around 330am and it's completely dark. The drive thru lanes are turned off and coned off. Tonight I came here at 345am and saw two cars in line so I drove up to the menu screen when suddenly all the lights turned off and no one came on to say they are closed or anything. I backed out and went across to Jack in the box because they ARE OPEN 24hrs. Coming out of Jack in The box I looked over to McDonald's and it was still closed. Horrible breakfast service. Went through drive thru and the girl taking the order was practically dead. She needed coffee more than I did. When I got to the window to get my food, they got my order wrong AND it was tough and dry. I ordered a Vanilla ice coffee and it wasn't even mixed and I didn't taste any vanilla. The review is for the way the manager today 04/10/2016 at 12:45 pm handled the situation. Today was the day that I buy my son as a treat Mcdonalds. My mom was woth me so I order a happy meal and an egg mcmuffin for my mom. We were on our way and my mom bit into her sandwich. There was a long black hair embedded between the egg. I understand accidents do happen so I went back. The guy I am assuming he is the manager told me he would make me another one. I politely told him I didn't wan't one and I wanted my money back. Last Saturday, I was very impressed by the fantastic service my kids and I got at this McDonald's. We ordered our meals and after we paid the cashier, the young lady gave me a number sign and asked me to place it on our table. I noticed our table was greasy and went to the counter and asked the cashier if I could borrow a rag to wipe the table. The young lady quickly came out to clean our table. First off, I would like to thank Rebecca for managing to stay calm and smile on what must have been a really scary first day. This review is for a little while ago, but I kept meaning to write it, even kept my reciept with her name written on it next to the computer to remind me. What is worse than a first day on the job? A busy first day where no one trains you in a business where customers can be really rude. I watched this kid field rude customers, figure out the cash register on the fly (without any training: I later overheard her explaining a mistake to her manager. Good job, kid!), and still manage to have a genuine smile all on her FIRST DAY!. For the record: my order (large #3 plain) was perfect and given to me in a timely manner. I went here on my lunch break just to get some food and I left being a little more inspired: we all need to try harder and think fast but a smile and a sense of humor can really save the day. read more

Whoever was at the drive-thru tonight who sounded like an 11 year old girl, was absolutely terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. We came through the drive thru for breakfast. We were never given the receipt and we were given an order missing three drinks and three hash browns. We parked, carried two sleepy kiddos and waited in a long line. Once in front, we told them what happened and since we didn't have the receipt we politely told them that we didn't mind paying for the extra drinks and hash browns.
