had a simple order, the food was out almost immediately, in and out of there in under ten minutes. i get home, and the most important part, the fries, are a tangled mess of cold, soggy (and incredibly oily) potato sticks. i didn't even know it was possible for fries to be stale AND soggy simultaneously. i'm honestly kinda surprised someone would put that in my bag without even glancing at it to see if it looked edible; it wasn't even the right color--it was a pale white yellow. it had completely soaked through the bag and got oil on my car seat. the sandwich was decent as always, the cola is great as always, but the fries completely ruined my experience. won't be returning. read more

This is just an OK McDonald's. In their effort to redesign the interior, they created a very sterile environment. One that is void of any warmth or friendliness. They don't even have a station to get your own napkins or drinks. Their employees are all busy in the back... which is a good sign, I suppose. I am not saying it is a bad thing, but I feel there is a great disconnect. I look for friendly faces when you walk into a restaurant and I feel there were none. Now if you approach the counter, then a person will come and take your order.They have 6 kiosks that greet you instead of a real live human being. McDonald's food has gotten too darn expensive and with the lack of connection it just feels cold. However the food was good, but not good enough to keep them from being formulaic and void of any personality. The resturant was clean. That's about it. Went to pick up a DoorDash order from there the drive thru line was into the street I called asking if they could bring it to the mobile order pick up and the worker said the people in the drive thru would think it's "unfair". I told them a large coffee a large Americana and two sausage Mc Griddles. She charged me 5.36 which I questioned as being not enough but was assured it was correct. He had the best personality of any I've had to deal with at McDonald's. His personality brightened my day and I know he will go far in this world with the way he values customer service. Many times when you visit a fast food restaurant you get what you expected, average service and food where the cashier is not rude, but not very polite or friendly either. I Visited this site during the early morning hours the day after Thanksgiving. The food was what you would expect from McDonalds. If you like McDonald's food it pretty much all tastes the same and the food was good. What really impressed me was the service. A young man by the name of Brett took my order and he was very attentive to my needs while he was waiting for my food. His attitude was very refreshing and you could tell he genuinely cared about his customers. Went through the drive through this morning for a quick breakfast bite. First of all the person had a hard time understanding order. Finally after several times repeating it she seemed to understand. When I got to window she only had 1/2 the order but I accepted it just because I didn't want to go through it anymore and hold up the line. But when I got home I didn't even have what I paid for.
